This new crew are very professional and quick. I told them I didnt have a lot of time and they didnt hesitate to expedite the service. I bought my daughter a new 12 pro for graduation and he made sure I was taken care off. The new Manager is very professional and funny. Its always a good experience when you feel like you know them forever. As a 10+ small business owner in Copperas Cove this new manger and his trainee Chase is top notch serve. This store gets 5 stars because the service I received from Isaiah and Erik was the best I’ve ever had for cellphone customer service.I had another phone service with another cellphone company and was not satisfied with the product or service so I attempted to switch to T-Mobile but ran into problem that I wasn’t expecting nor T-Mobile and when T-Mobile explained to me what had occurred with the other company I was confused because I had a 14-day window to cancel service and I only had the other service 2-days. Once Isaiah identified the issue they told me what I needed to do b4 T-Mobile could give me service and when I get there if I have problems to call him. I didn’t have problems bc I took that same energy and passion about my problem that Isaiah had when I told him why I decided to switch to T-Mobile.I came back to T-Mobile the next day and let me just say when I tell you that they fight for their customers they went ALL IN to get me the T-Mobile service and didn’t allow ANYONE to block me from getting service turned on! To end this rating, I’m very happy today because I was give AAA service. This store is the best cellphone store in Central Texas because they deliver on their word! Thanks you Isaiah!

I came in today, and activated a line. I was dealing with Tamara, and she was really sweet. She did seem like she was having a bad day, she hid it well. She was very calm, and waited on me to provide my sprint Account number. She was very sweet, I wish all customer services experiences are like hers. I visited this office to trade in my iphone for a samsung phone and was helped by Isaiah. I have been to this same store multiple times and it has always been a pleasant experience. Great service by Isaiah on the day of service and follow up two weeks later. Helped my pick the phone that best fits my needs vs getting the newest most expensive phones.On November 13 2020 I did a follow up and he was able to help me out. However the female working was pointing out the phone models and calling them ugly to her friends. Seemed unprofessional since I had just bought that phone mode two weeks ago. I get she didn’t know I had that phone but you should never talk bad about a product when their are customers in the store.
I went to the store to purchase a new phone for my daughter and see about iPads sales. There was one sales person on the floor named Isaiah who wasn’t friendly and would constantly walk to the back while I was in the middle of a sentence. I asked about bundles since we have been loyal Customers for over 10 years and he rudely kept interrupting me. When another male employee walked in he went to speak with him and referred to me as a “Karen” and he didn’t want to help me as I had To many questions. He proceeded to the back and closed the door to have a snack all while leaving me to just walk out of the store and drive all the way to Killeen where that store answered all my questions, were very helpful and helped me upgrade my phone for a trade in.
The employees gave off a friendly vibe and made me feel welcomed. An employee named Alexis helped me with all my questions and I will continue to come to this store location if ever needed. T-Mobile is my new favorite phone service!

They were quick with answers and didnt hesitate to address issues and get things fixed.There seemed to be training going on, and Ill say compared to other trainings seen at other stores, these folks were encouraging or make things seem awkward when addressing any corrections or issues.Would definitely come through again.
Came into the store Friday where I was Helped by Tam. She was very pleasant and explained the breakdown of my bill, and even helped me calculate the monthly payments when my upgrade was available. She definitely knew her job and was very good at it. Would recommend anyone to her.
I visited this store the other day and it was a great experience! My phone was broken and needed to be replaced. Dani and Ben helped make the whole process easy for me. They were knowledgeable and friendly and helped make sure I had everything that I needed so that I would be safe on my 16.5 hour road trip that I was making the next day! They made sure that I had a phone that was reliable and working! I really appreciate all of their help and patience that they had with me and my two little children who excitedly rearranged their store. They were so sweet to us! I would come there anytime because they are great and treat customers with respect and kindness! Also the store was very clean! Thank you again for all of your help! I will definitely be back!

On 11/8 my Husband and I went to this location after having a horrible experience at another location in cove . Isaiah and Anessa were working, right from the get go they made us feel comfortable, while Isaiah was primarily helping us, Anessa never hesitated to answer any questions myself or my husband had. They both were very knowledgeable of the products, not once did we feel pressured to purchase . They made us feel relaxed, and thats why we bought a new phone that day, we ended up having to go to the store in the food court of the mall to get it since they didnt have the phone in stock, Isaiah called ahead and insure the phone was reserved, Bri and the other young lady there also made us feel welcome. Overall we loved the service from both location.
I called and made an appointment with Josh and he was incredibly helpful. Even after I had to reschedule our account set up a few times he still helped me set my account up with little to no trouble. Definitely will recommend him to anyone wanting a personal experience without the worry of upselling
I needed a new phone because I accidentally dropped it at work and this is not the first time I had dropped it. I didn’t think anything of it until I looked at my screen and it was totally cracked from top to bottom. I went into this t-mobile by Starbucks and Tamara helped me and was very friendly. I recommend going to this store for all of your phone needs. The ladies are nice and helpful!

I went into the store yesterday evening for a SIM card help and immediately noticed that the workers were on their phones instead of helping customers. The staff member anishka was incredibly rude to my husband and proceeded to tell him he needed to go to Verizon for them to unlock his phone even though we brought in paper work that the phone was unlocked. As she seemed frustrated another team member named Isaiah stepped in to offer some help. After explaining why we were here and what we were trying to do he became rude and reminded us he works for tmobile so he know what he is talking about. We decided to leave and just open up a new account with Verizon who were happy to help us again. We will be telling our friends not to come to the store due to this type of service and disrespect.
Tamara and Josh were amazing! I came in today to get a new phone, they made it very simple and easy to understand! Very good costumer service skills! If you ever need help I recommend coming to this T-Mobile store never once have I had an issue with them!
I came in with my wife and managed to get 3 lines with Tamara. She was very quick and helpful. She walked me through each process of what my phone bill would be for the month. She will be the person I go to everytime I come in. I do recommend seeing her if you want accurate information.
I’ve had only pre paid phones in my life and I decided to finally step my game up. I always heard going to stores would take forever to set everything up, be frustrating and too expensive overall but that was not the case! Teresa and Tamara were so helpful they made me feel like I was an actual person and not someone who affects their check. I highly recommend going here and if you get either of those two reps you’re going to have a good time.
This is the only Tmobile store I will go to. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I live in Lampasas but the drive is 1000% worth it. I wish more places had this level of professionalism and respect for their customers.Keep being awesome!

I came in on 26 June and was met by Kariem, who was the manager of the store. I went to switch service from another carrier and it was a very smooth and professional experience. Kariem was outstanding in his customer service and when he passed me on to Josh, same thing. Excellence in my dealings with them. Highly recommend them if wanting to go to T-Mobile.

I am extremely impressed with this tmobile, a rep named tam here reached out to me on Facebook. She informed me on how much my bill would be, told me all the great deals they have going on. Currently with att I pay 550 for my businesses lines, she gave me a way better deal! Once these devices are paid I will be heading her way!

I went in to just ask about the price difference between Verizon and Tmobile, and while i didnt change over, I was given some very good information from a black gentleman (he gave me his card but i dont remember his name. I think his name was Josh) he made everything so easy to understand and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I recommend him and Dani for all your questions and concerns

Went in Friday because my phone wouldn’t power on/charge. The rep who was already ready helping someone said I’d be helped shortly. Apparently the dude sleeping in the back was my help because she had to call him out to the front. He walked to his desk and I proceeded to tell him my phone wasn’t working properly. He asked for my phone, plugged it into a charger at the desk and handed it back to me. He says I’ll have to do a warranty exchange. I asked how long and he said it’d be Tuesday before I had a phone. I asked if I could go to Apple for a faster warranty exchange. He asks the rep next to him for confirmation and they both say yes. So I take off half a day from work to go to Austin which is over and hour away and wait 2.5hrs at the Apple store for a rep to spend 5-7 seconds soft resetting my phone which immediately powered my phone on and rectified my issue. Now if if the T-Mobile rep had tried this on my lunch break my entire afternoon wouldn’t have been wasted. I guess he wanted to get back to his nap. I hope he was well rested after wasting my entire afternoon.

We were just in the storemind you this is our very first time and 3 CSRs were assisting one customer. We had been waiting about 10 to 15 minutes and as soon as another person walks in, they went to assisting them like we were not even standing there. So I was already upset and yes I did give them a look and still no acknowledgement until one lady asked, What did we need. I explained to this young lady we had been there for a bit before the gentleman they assisted and just wanted to see about starting a plan for my sons and she just told me to Wait a sec. At that point both my husband and son became upset as well so we left. Definitely will not step into that store again.

Josh was an absolute godsend. My wife and I came in stressed about our Verizon bill and simply wanting to activate a line with Tmobile and unlike the other reps we spoke to either in the store or on the phone, he told us exactly how much wed pay and didnt try to upsell us or add anything that we didnt need. I understand they get paid off of what they sell but All we needed was insurance and a case for our phone and he got us in and out in less than 20 mins. Will definitely be asking for him next time!

Antonio was awful. The first time I went in to ask about a charging issue he wordlessly handed me a card. I had to ask what it was for. I called the insurance company and they told me since I hadnt been damaged so this would be a warranty issue and to return to the store. When I did Antonio said my warranty had expired in 2016. I told him this was impossible as the phone (Galaxy S9) hadnt been purchased until 2018. He told me he couldnt help me and wouldnt investigate my issue. He said my only option was to buy a new phone and even IF what I was saying was true my warranty would still be expired. I left and went to the other store. Within 5 minutes the guy figured out my account had never been updated to reflect the new phone. He called and got that changed and within 10 minutes he ordered a new phone. Antonios complete refusal to help or even look into the issue is ridiculous for a customer service job. If he had bothered to listen or even ask someone else I would have had a much better experience. Go to the T Mobile by Subway for better service and steer clear of this store.

When asking about a basic question if we could trade in a damaged Iphone X. The lady who helped us was extremely rude to my wife by cutting her off mid sentence and saying who dont take damaged phones period. They are others ways to answer a question without being rude.

Im done with Tmobile! The service has really gone down hill, im tired of getting attitude, and im tired of being over charged.Right now i am on unlimited everything for about $50 but I dont get service where I live. There have been MULTIPLE times where their systems were messed up which caused me being charged TWICE! To which the store told me I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Really? When its Tmobile fault?After the attitude today its clear that my money and my prepaid lifestyle is no longer welcomed here so I will take my business somewhere else.
They like to lie just to get you to choose their service over competitors. Was told we could add a 3rd line for free so we did. NOT true. As soon as we get our first bill we are paying for 3 lines not 2 plus 1 free. Has to go through the hassle of canceling the free line.Cell service sucks.
Do NOT go to this store. The Indian guy that works there is a total crook. He was SO pushy when my husband and I made it VERY clear we were not looking to buy phones that day or switch companies yet, and he repeatedly pushed us to buy a phone or start service that day. He insisted on setting us up with sim cards and that he would NOT be starting our service that day. He told us repeatedly that it would not be activated until we came back in. What do you know two weeks later we get a bill for a phone company we dont even use! After we told him numerous times we didnt want to start service yet! My husband had to go in and sort things with him and the guy claimed to have canceled it after playing dumb and asking oh you didnt use the service? We said ten times that day we just wanted a quote! Now were getting LATE bills from T-mobile after this awful salesman told us he cancelled it! One mistake of walking into a terrible store has caused us so much trouble and inconvenience. Im telling you, save yourself the trouble t because the salesman is a total liar. We will never be T-mobile customers after this horrid experience.

A whole bunch of crooks. Sold me 5 phones returned those 5 phones so that I could get a discount then sold me 5 phones again. 9 months later still no discount. I tried to call t-mobiles 1-800#,and they couldnt understand what I was talking about so they wouldnt help me. The store employees Put me on jump on demand instead of fixing there mistake. I will never go to this store. Rob the manager is a crook. He did exactly what he said he would do. He hooked me up . My bill is so screwed up still! If you go and get screwed dont say you werent warned.

The manager was so kind and understanding, she made sure that I had the perfect plan to fit MY needs. Even made sure that my pictures moved over ( just had new born twins SO I needed my pictures) her staff was very kind as well. Great vibe when you walk into the store. Plus while my stuff was transferring there’s Starbucks next door. Win win!

We walked in a couple of hours after opening, no one in the store besides us and 4 workers. Didnt seem like they were expecting to get customers. The girl who helped us did seem very annoyed that she had to help us. Another worker ignored us when we asked if something was in stock (she had ear buds in). We wont be back to this location.

Employees added unwanted services to my account without my knowledge and permission. I now have to dispute charges on my bill as being fraudulent. Make sure you check your bill if you have visited this store in the past.
This T-Mobile has great customer service, the one in market heights has a manager who hassles the customer. Sold me a black iPad when I asked for a pink one I called back as soon as I got home and one of his reps told me to bring it back and they will swap it. When I returned to the store the manager hassled me arguing thats what I asked for after the rep who worked with me said that I didnt and refused to swap it less than 30 min from purchase. The T-Mobile in copperas cove replaced it as soon as I came by the store. I love T-Mobile copperas cove
