Cant trade a phone in to get an upgrade due to a little mark on the phone knowing the phones get that even in a case saying the phone has to be like new

I just purchased a new phone and I had a ton of questions about it I went to the metro PCS in copperas cove and met a young man by the name of Carlos very knowledgeable very professional really knows his stuff very personable and I didnt find out until much later in him providing great customer service that he was a store manager Ive been with MetroPCS for many years and I plan on being with them many years and I plan on being with them many more

Upgrade your phone every 3 months for the price of the phone you choose, as low as $30 or as high as $700. Service works great. Unlimited everything with hotspot for 5 phones, $162. Im happy. Any problems in the past have been taken care of within an hour. Great company. Ill be with them for many years to come.

Girls working had no clue what they were doing. Not at all professional and were not intelligent at all. Went back to get my new phone today and apparently the other girl there is a liar. The phone they were supposed to have for me before three wasnt there so i wasted yet another trip to cove. I will never deal with them again

Staff is not helpful at all. And no point in having a store in and area that service is very poor to nonexistent. Cant wait to get a new provider.
