AFF is a good store for major appliances and furniture at great prices IF you dont mind FRECKLES & DIMPLES as my wife calls them. These are appliances that have dings and dents, usually in places where you cant see it when installed or a nice magnet from Disneyland can cover it. Everything is in brand new working order just as if you had bought it from a name brand store. They have a website but their inventory moves so fast that its best to go there. We looked at a new Frigidaire refrigerator that had 2 DIMPLES, then the stock guy was unwrapping new items and we ended up finding the same thing with a tiny dent that cant even be seen. It was $1798 retail and we paid $805.

Do not order from this place. They will offer a next day delivery but will not call to tell you that the delivery if set for 3 days later! Horrible customer service!!! Do NOT recommend this place at all.

I walked into American freight thinking it was sears looking for a new refrigerator. Jennifer helped me out and was super friendly and professional. Didnt end up buying one today, but she told me they get more inventory on Weds so ill definitely be going back and will hopefully find one then.

Im very disappointed with the new management of Sears, this new American Freight management has bad costumer service. I purchased a washer tower and when it was delivered it was broken. Repair man quoted me a two weeks repair. I called this Corona location where I purchased my washer tower and asked for a replacement the manager Frank said they don’t have it. Instead of offering replacement they rejected my order. Ridiculous I will never come here again!!!

They have great customer service and were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The prices are also reasonable. I definitely recommend!

Most appliances are out of the box but everything comes with a 1 year warranty I bought a Refrigerator in Immaculate conditions they seem to be understaff but SJ helped me choose the right one for me and the warehouse guy helped me Loaded to truckThank you

Found a refrigerator at reduced price (50% off), due to damage which really was some slight scratches on the handle and a dent on the side which wont be noticeable once its in place at home. It is really just a cosmetic issue. Will definitely return for a dishwasher next. They have a good variety of brands and sizes. Recommend to everyone out near riverside, I.E. The sales associate that helped me and my wife today was informative and really knowledgeable and eased our concerns regarding warranty & delivery, plus the million other question my wife could come up with. I came here to buy a washer and dryer for my house as I felt it would be convenient during the stay at home order. Finding the right dryer was extremely fast due to the amazing service provided by the staff. I told them what I needed and they were able to accommodate them very well. Great service and affordable pricing, what’s not to love!

I have purchased several items from the Sears Outlet over the past 20 years most recently is a washer that went out two days prior.Prior to that at different residence purchased a Samsung washer, dont purchase Samsung. GOOD but not so good.Purchased a dryer several years prior to that purchased.Then a sexy black frigerator which was very sexy.Now another washer, I have not used it yet, but I like the look of it as well as the brand.

Upsetting. I called ahead to see if they had any freezers and was told a particular size, price, and brand new still in the box which was exactly what I wanted. Once I arrived, they said no they didnt have that one they told me about a smaller size. I advised them of what I was told and said no they dont have it. It was only a 10 min time period from when I called to when I showed up so Im sure it was just a lie.

Great experience, all thanks to 2 employees one by the name of Frank and another young man helping load the new GE range. Frank went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our new range. Going as far as helping us ordering extra parts delivered to our house

Been going here for years love the customer service especially the manger Frank 10/10. They’ve had some pretty good deals I went today and spent my check lol. I hope the store stays I really do it’s definitely one of riversides treasures. Weird to say but it’s full of memories, my wife and I scrapped together money bought our first fridge here together years ago. I love this place.

Nearest Sears location to me. It was worth the drive. These guys were helpful, and fun to chat with. Good experience overall. I would recommend anyone to try the outlets before buying from the retailers. Saves a lot of money, and they have equal or better protection offers.

The customer service was impeccable. Recently my fridge shut off and I needed a replacement fast. I came to this shop last as all the other shops I went to were overpriced, and they helped me find what i needed very quickly and at a reasonable price to boot!

Hello we drove all the way from palm springs area to Corona to the Sears outlet and there was even not enough help one manager and two employees and two them work the register and one on the floor that loaded the merchandise in your vehicle .We spent more time in the store versus driving. It was small used washing front loader for a trailer and most were used with dents and scratches on them some were brand new that werent used and return just minor scratch but it was to big for the spot it needed to be at . One think they need more help for there poor customer service and also went threw ordeal to get the free financing that alone took a extra hour which is really ridiculous they need more help !!

Nothing bad that I can say about the place after I visited. The employees were polite, they had a good stock of furniture and appliances, and everything was fairly price. Sadly, it was out of MY price range, so I decided to save up for my next visit and see what I can actually purchase for next time.

This location was actually pretty great, it had just the range of kitchen appliances that I needed for my new apartment plus the good prices gelled well with my budget so its a definite must to try out.

Great Prices! Limited selection. Mostly washers and dryers. Refrigerators and freezers too. Stove and ovens. Some furniture. Needed computer monitor but they dont carry. Staff friendly and approached me as soon as i walked in the door. Ill need to remember this place for appliances.

Our dryer went out and was on warranty. This was the closest Sears to our new place and it was a hassle free process. Manager was helpful as well as staff.

Went to price shop an extra fridge. Associates were friendly and helpful as alway. Pricing was good. Will go there to purchase when we are ready.

Came in during this week and there was only one employee in the store full of people. The sales lady was the only sales person there and she had a line so we left came back today and they had two people available to help. I recommend coming here on weekends looks like they have more help.

Sure the prices are cheap such as the refrigerators but the discount on a used and refurbished fridge is useless when they want to charge almost $400 for delivery so at that price it becomes cheaper to buy a brand new fridge from Sears with the $89 delivery fee for the same fridge... this place is better if its pickup only

We drove all the way from LA, and stoped at this sears outlet to get some daily essentials. We were greeted by Ms Shannan who was extremely courteous and helpful in helping us find what we wanted. My freezer had died, and they had the right size replacement in stock.

Drove 20 minutes to store and they had zero exercise equipment. Their website says they have lots but them have absolutely none at all.

All the associates were busy but the gentlemen loading on merchandise was so helpful and offered to help until another sales person was available. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for but kudos to the great customer service

Great customer service. Got an inexpensive new in the box washer. Nothing fancy. Their selection is limited to what is on the floor. So you have to check back often if you want something special. They also have other items than just appliances.

Very nice employees, great customer service!!! My husband went in and purchased a new refrigerator. We got it delivered the next day. They were very careful installing it without even touching a wall while moving it! The manufacturer hadnt yet removed a seal. I had a minor leak and they came and fixed it the same day!!!! Great place I highly recommend this place.!

Worst customer service. I ordered a refrigerator on Thursday 3/1 to be delivered today Thursday 3/7. My brother surprised me with a new stove that was to be delivered today as well. For whatever reason, Esmeralda took my delivery off the manifest. No one knows why she did this and of course shes off today. Ive been a week without a refrigerator. Frank said he would call me this evening with a time for delivery tomorrow. Frank never called, I had to call. Adriana answered the phone and wanted to know why do you want to talk to him. He never got on the phone with me. Come to find out my appliances cant be delivered until next week. Nope, not going to work, took today off from work to be home for the delivery. Refrigerator and stove are going to be returned tomorrow. I will never shop here again. Bought a refrigerator at Lowes with no dings for $100 more, delivery on Saturday, in and out of the store within 20 mins. So thank you Lowes for great customer service.
