Its Home Depot. Everything you need to do your home projects. All in one place. The old staff is very informed and very knowledgeable. The younger staff like to stand around and converse with one another and usually have no idea where anything is wothout calling a supervisor. Hence the 4 stars. Still, its worth the trip. Just dont speak to anyone under 25 that works there.
Very friendly service I usually go to to the one on Ontario Ave location, but Home Depot never disappoints me. Always friendly/helpful staff and service.
I have pain when Im on my feet walking for distance and the young female cashier went and looked for the handicap motorized buggy for me I thought that was very nice that she went out of her way to make my shopping experience feasible to help me
We went in the nursery my husband did a half slip on some water, then I report it and tell them to caution the area.We go get paint its said to be 10 min. We wait 45 min, mind you in between my husband is checking in with him, after this 45 min the guy discovers he hadnt even started mixing, a hour total. Later we get the paint and on our way out they still hadnt put up a caution cone where my husband partially slipped and there was still water there,,never here again, done🤔
The store was clean and easy to navigate. The staff was able to guide me to the exact isle number to find what i needed. Checking out was simple and the line moved quickly so I could get home and start my project :)
We got what we needed. The associates that worked there were helpful. Would recommend and visit again for all home essentials.
Needed a small ladder. Found a good selection and they had 3 or 4 of each.
This time around I only went to the garden dept. I bought a hose, potting soil and a plant. Well organized but under staffed. Luckily I knew my way around.

Me an my wife love this Home DepotHad a return and quickly takeing care of and then the service desk lady over head paged for the guy in lighting to meet us there and he did and answered all are Qs. When you have a limited time its nice to get in and out to go do something else.I really appriciate the extra mile. Way to go TEAM!

Too many parts out of stock. Plumbing parts, wood, extremely expensive. Anyways, now is not a good time to do construction. I would recommend to wait a few m.j months for any home remodeling.

The Corona store was so amazing. They save me $75 on my purchase by opening up a home depot card.
Tried use a virtual assistant. Completely horrific. Can’t respond in real time. Ask you the same questions over an over. Was on line for over one hour. Still couldn’t find a answer. Called Lowe’s in less then 3 minutes had a answer. Home Depot lost a 5 thousand dollar purchase. Didn’t seem to care. I’ll pay a little more at Lowe’s but their customer service is way better then HD
Some mornings are easy in and out
Went in to purchase appliances for a new house. Samsung had a deal for 10% off any 3 appliances. We purchased a washer/dryer and a fridge. The lady helping us (Michelle) was very friendly & helpful. However, our bad experience came once we went to check out and they wouldnt honor our Military discount of 10%...there is NO signage or fine print anywhere saying that you cant apply more than one or the military discount, but SOME Home Depot stores are honoring it. Michele called the Manager, Leticia to come speak with us and I kid you not she told Michele on the phone Im too busy to deal with them., we will not honor it.Not even 5 mins later, theres another woman sitting at the appliance counter with our cashier w/ a customer and this HD employee walks up to them, Michele says thats the Manager, Leticia here she comes.. she spoke with the other guest, but NEVER once acknowledged us. I, as a loyal HD employee feel discriminated against because the customer she DID go speak with was the same race as her and we are not. I am extremely disappointed, upset and feel disrespected.Pics attached to show no signage posted anywhere stating you cant use 1 or more discounts or that military discount does not apply. I suggest going to Lowes they honor it every time, no matter the circumstance.

Ive been coming to this home Depot for a while now and spent thousands of dollars there were most of employees know they dont have to worry about me paying. Anyways I went there to pick up PVC glue and a couple of pipe connections. When I went to the register to pay the employees insisted that I go to the register. I am more comfortable with self checkout since the covid outbreak. But this employee kept pushing for me to go to a register and wouldnt let me self checkout. Somehow during the time that she was ringing up everything she put aside the PVC glue which was the most important thing that I bought. now the store is closed and the busted pipe in my stable will continue to leave us without water and my horses. Stellar work home Depot employees.If a customer wants to go to self-checkout you should allow them to do so. I dont steal and always pay for whatever Im buying. So Im extremely upset and angry. Not only did I have to wait for her to finish ringing up other customers when I could have easily paid with cash or credit card at a self-checkout and been done with my transaction by the time she was even ringing my order up.I wanted to go to self checkout And I believe if a customer would rather do the work of ringing all up themselves then let them. Because I know I wouldnt have made a mistake of leaving that crucial pvc glue out.I am beyond enraged Im never going to this home Depot again.

My favorite place to go when I working on my house
This place has always been extremely helpful. Except the last time i was there. I was in line and asked if they can have someone grab my solar lights because I forgot them, and she said, i dont think we can do that.... she didnt even try.
We got a New dishwasher from them and omg let me tell you the horrible experience we are having with them. The first thing is when they brought the washer to our house to install it, there was a huge dent, they won’t allow us to get our money back because it was after the 48 hour period. They also have been here 6x’s and still haven’t installed it because of excuse after excuse. Then yesterday we had schedule them to come and install it AGAIN... but this time they just didn’t show up. Worst experience with these people.
Very Bad customer service at the Madison location on Riverside those guys of the appliance area .i was asking questions about apliances and they direct me to another person wait for 45 minutes !!! And still nobody arrived to help me ?? Ask to speak with the manager and he just say sorry with out care about it and didnt ask me if he can help me with the questions that i got about freezers and washers ..he just ignored me ?? Bad mistake cause i went to someplace else and bought a big freezer ..washer and new range stove ..too bad. 👎 👎
I’ve shopped this location for over 10 years. After the past three visits I’m convince there is something seriously wrong with leadership in this location. I understand the necessity for things like taking a physical inventory but the lack of service day in and day out and quite frankly what makes it worse is the complete employee indifference towards their customers is apparent. The final straw today was my inability to buy a door. You would have thought I was asking the associate for a kidney. I apologize for trying to make a purchase, but I am sure Lowe’s down the street will be happy to take my money. .

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you get your countertops from here, be prepared to be up-charged by the sub contractor (Inland Countertops) and then have the Home Depot Operations Manager and Frances tell you it’s not up to Home Depot what they charge. Don’t be fooled by their advertisement of installation being included in the countertop square footage price. After asking for an itemized list of up charge possibilities(which no one could provide), I had Barbara Carter from Inland Countertops tell me they were “not a fit” for my project and I’d have to have someone else do my project. Why they were “Not a fit” was not defined or explained by either Home Depot or Inland Countertops. Home Depot defended their subcontractor and therefore my project will be done elsewhere. However, I will pursue further action and will not give them my business anymore. The confidence of being a BIG BOX STORE has really caused this store to be despicable towards their customers.

This is like 4 trips to Home Depot gone wrong.I saw approx. 7 employees and tried to speak with 1 who deliberately ignored me before I could get any help. If youve been to a Depot more than once, you know exactly what I mean.
Clean and organized, well stocked. Friendly and accesible crew. Parking lot is very busy probably because its shared with other stores. Close to the freeway exit and entrance. We parked around the corner on the parking lot viewing towards the 91 fwy and trash all over the place accumulated, bottles, cans, bags, fast food disposable containers etc... But other than that a very good experience.

Eastvale store has to be the worste in north America. 2 hours to place an special order, and arrange a.pickup for the next day. Never got called for my pickup. Called.at 9:30 am the day after to find out what was going on, 1 hor later and 3 seperate calls only to find out my order was not ready. The only bright star is the manager, although this is happening under his watch.Hate shopping this store.

This is by far the best home depot, and they have amazing staff here. the home depot in riverside never wants to cut wood for people. or their saw is broken 100 percent of the time. but not here. at this home depot the staff is more then happy to help with wood cuts. I appreciate the kind and helpful staff. if you sell wood, and offer cuts. cuts is what you should provide. good looking out home depot corona!

The new style for all fixtures is the brushed bronze, brushed steel or matte finish, these are difficult to keep clean and rubbing too hard will effect the finish. Anodize finished look matte and last longer.

Wish they had better knowledgeable staff when i come in i expect them to teach me rather than getting paid to help you look just as confused as you & have to go ask for help from a co worker. I applied once when i was younger. I think standards have gone down for new hires. Instead of finding my part i was referred back to the manufacturer. I could have done that i was looking for a replacement part & got a fully assembled piece that I didnt need in the first place. The next time I go I need to find two Associates and hope one of them can help me.
It took a little longer than expected for them to deliver the package but other than that everything was fine

Just wanted to thank Kirkland for helping us with our flooring order. Kirkland is the only one willing to understand our frustrations and helped us. She is professional and very kind. I have ordered my flooring 6 weeks back and kept calling going in to see if my order is ready and when will it be installed. Until now no news of installation.I already paid and still waiting. Only giving 5 star for Kirklands service as she is the only one willing to talk and help other than that Homedepo was never as bad.

This is absolutely the WORST home depot Ive ever visited! Order 9 items online and they canceled half of them! Its even more ridiculous that I later found all the canceled items in the store by myself. Probably the customer service staffs thought that an 8 qt bag perlite is too heavy?? The sheet moss they picked up for me was dead, while there were plenty of green, alive moss on the shelf. So disappointed!!! I would never come back again!

I have never been the type of woman to frequent a hardware store but I really enjoy shopping at Home Depot. I love the area with the flowers and plants, beautifying my house. Then the area with cleaners and tools to clean efficiently. I appreciate this store because it offers so many things to decorate the house. From appliances to cleaners and tools Home Depot is a one stop shop. Lately, the sales are awesome! You can save so much here.

Unacceptable. I ordered online for pickup at 3:30pm. It is now 6:20pm and still do not have my order ready. Only 1 box of vinyl planks. How hard is it to get that item!!??. I love home depot but this is just ridiculous. Ill avoid coming to this home depot for sure..
I love this Home Depot. They are usually friendly and professional. I only had one bad experience yesterday (4/23/20) with their rental department and their extremely rude and childish employee(KONRAD). This employee was initially rude to my wife when she called asking for advice on which tools they have that may help to till our compacted soil. She let that go and didn’t think much in it. Then we went to rent a tool. I asked how much. KONRAD answered $50 for 4 hours plus taxes. I had to pay $100 deposit and I get the remainder refunded. I thought COOL! They had me sign an electronic agreement on their signature pad (terms and conditions). Went home used the tool. Was perfect for what I needed. Then went to return the item after 3 hours and 28 minutes (what KONRAD told me). I was returned $28 and some change. I didn’t realize at the time as I had been up all night working as a first responder. I promised my wife I would plant some trees and plants in her garden that day, so I didn’t sleep. Anyways, I went home which is 5 minutes away. I observed an extra fee disguised as DAMAGE PROTECTION. They are supposed to advise you of this charge as it is optional (probably good for an expensive item, but they also charge it for hard-to-accidentally-break items like a wrench). I returned to Home Depot and asked for a refund for a plan I did not request. I would have denied for this particular item (it’s hard to accidentally break). KONRAD told me he couldn’t refund me and called the “manager”. He said the manager would give me a credit on an item I buy in Home Depot. I denied that and requested a refund for something I did not request/opt for. KONRAD hung up the phone and began telling me he couldn’t do anything on his end and I requested the manager to respond. Meanwhile, KONRAD was explaining how if I didn’t have it and it broke I would have to pay for it (I am well aware). He then explained that they AUTOMATICALLY charge everyone. I had already looked into this and found it is an optional protection plan you may opt for. I also found were multiple complaints and class action lawsuits for the same thing in different locations. Home Depot is a reputable home improvement store. I think their corporate office should get involved and make sure these rental departments aren’t charging other folks that may not realize what they are paying for. Even my credit card has to ask me whether I want extra fees to pay for their identify protection. Same for warranties on items purchased. Home Depot rental department shouldn’t be “pulling a fast one” on unsuspecting consumers that otherwise have great experiences at Home Depot.
