My experience has been awesome working with Pacific Sales in Corona I purchased all my kitchen appliances and plumbing fixtures, sinks and toilets. Laurie Estrada helped me with all my plumbing items and is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Aaron helped me with all my appliances abs he was also very knowledgeable and helpful.I would give them 10 stars if it was an option! I highly recommend Pacific Sales in Corona and would never go anywhere else, you will not be disappointed. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We bought a home In January of this year and needed Everything! Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Sinks(4) Toilets(3), Shower Fixtures (2) Faucets(6), Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Washer&Dryer, Knobs, Handles for Barn Doors-EVERYTHING!!I walked through the doors at Pacific Sales and was immediately greeted warmly by the ladies at the front desk. From start to finish everyone in the store was over and above pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I changed my mind about a few things there was never a problem doing so. When an item or 2 went on sale after I purchased them I was credited the difference without a hassle. I did my research and the prices at Pacific Sales are beyond competitive, the service is excellent-I wouldnt shop anywhere else for household needs! Our huge remodeling project was made so much easier by their helpful and genuine care.

When you walking in and see everything they have to offer you get really excited that this place is going to be your “one stop shop”. I have to say that in my case this was not the place. I quickly found myself needing some assistance with all the options they have. A total of 5 different employees saw me looking for over 20 minutes at their product. All of them saw me and did not bother to ask if I needed help, or at the very least tell me that they would be there to help me in a few minutes. I am a man in his mid 30’s. I realized all the people that were being helped seemed to be in their 50s and 60s. To put the icing on their bad service cake was when I was walking out the door. There were 3 employees near the front, one of which was locked in a conversation with another customer. All of them failed to even acknowledge my existence and that fact that I was in there so long without assistance. I am disappointed because I was ready to spend a lot of money in what appeared to be the “one stop shop” for what I needed. I hope they can fix this customer service issue. I am sure I can’t be the only one this has happened to.

Working with Deborah Wolford has been wonderful. Very sensitive to my needs. And very patient!!! She knows what shes doing! I ordered all my fixtures and bathtub from her. Im so excited! I will send pic when its finished.

Ive been working with Laurie, in the plumbing & fixtures dept for our bathroom remodel. With so many shipping delays, she really had to work to have ALL of my supplies and although there were delays, she made sure I had everything at the start of my project! She has always been pleasant to work with, as well as the rest of the team members there. Ive been to other PS locations, but Corona is by far the best! Thanks, Team!

The store manager, Josh, is beyond knowledgeable in the industry. He knew all the products in the showroom inside/outside. He was a human comparison machine!! He knew the pros and cons of all the items. He was extremely patient and showed me all the features for my setup. I would recommend this store and Josh to anyone looking for any appliance. From purchase to delivery, Josh was GREAT and helped educate us to the point of being confident in our appliance choices (he answered all our questions and then some), the bathroom department made my purchasing easy and fun and all the people at the front desk kept me informed as to when to expect my items and arrange delivery. Service was horrible. I was looking into buying all kitchen appliances here, unfortunately no one ever approached me to asked if I needed help. I actually asked an employee if someone could help me. She said she would get some one. I waited about 10-15 minutes and got no help. As I was leaving 2 ladies (employees) where in counter by the entrance just chit-chating, no thank you or good bye. I had bought few appliances here before but definitely NOT going back.

We had an amazing experience with Aaron! We were able to get a same day appointment with him, and told him what we were looking for. Adam showed us different options, trying to keep us within our budget. Adam spent extra time helping us build different packages. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I had a great experience yesterday evening buying our refrigerator, washer, and dryer here. Joshua Bejune (look for the beard) was extremely helpful, and it wasnt like he was just trying to sell us something. He asked us questions, made us feel comfortable, let us ask him questions, and was generally helpful without pressuring us.This location has a huge selection to choose from. They also have a red dot, yellow dot, green dot system right now for COVID to show how much of something is in stock, or how difficult it would be to find that item.

My wife and I were in the hunt for a new refrigerator for the house. Josh helped us find and select the right one for our kitchen and was super helpful in going through all the features. He and his team are knowledgeable about all the various products in their store and could really talk to the different advantages of the brands.It was awesome that we were still able to get this done considering the current climate and events going on in the world. I have bought all of my appliances from Pacific sales for the way 10 years. These guys are always at the fair price and the salesmen have always been extremely knowledgeable, as in they explain the difference about drum types in the washers and how that impacts washing versus an agitator. I recommend this specific Pacific sales location highly. Once you step inside and Dolores greets you and gets you to the right place you will begin your journey to a very pleasant buying experience.

We purchased all the Kitchen appliances for our new home as well as some bathroom fixtures. Kevin was so knowledgeable and helpful with the appliances. Deborah was also extremely helpful in ordering the items we needed for our bathrooms. The entire staff made our buying experience enjoyable. We will definitely be returning for any future purchases.

There is no other appliance store I would rather shop at than Pacific Sales Corona. This place is just absolutely amazing! I was greeted as soon as I walked threw the door. Josh was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. He made the shopping experience painless and easy. He even took the time to explain the benefits of the Geek Squad Protection they offer. Considering I was there to replace a busted dryer, I thought this was a smart move. When I got to the front counter, there was another customer ahead of myself, but Delores, being the helpful person she is, called Andrew from their warehouse to come start my order. I believe Andrew was a warehouse worker, but he did not complain at all about helping me and was very helpful double checking the order and entering it into the computer. Once Delores finished, she took over and took my money. I told her I was without a dryer and she scheduled me for the soonest appointment they could get to me. Absolutely amazing! I cant think of a recent time where Ive walked into a store and felt like everyone was there to help me and not to just get a paycheck. I will definitely be coming here anytime I need something. Delores assured me they have a great staff in their bath department if I ever need any fixture. Home Depot may be bigger, but Pacific Sales has heart.

We were not even planning on going in to Pacific Sales due to the fact that we have never received any amount of customer service or even a warm greeting for that matter. Upon arriving at the Corona location, out preconceived notion was completely changed. We walked through the door and were immediately greeted and were invited to look around. Within a short amount of time we were approached by Josh, who showed genuine concern into our needs. He went out of his way to answer every one of our questions thoroughly and professionally. Josh gave us plenty of information to make a sound decision based on our needs, wants and budget. His personality and charm showed through every step of the way. Our experience at Pacific Sales was great! When we walked in we knew it would be a better experience than we received at Lowes or any of the other large warehouse type stores we had visited. This is my 2nd purchase from the Corona Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home store. Upon arrival to the store, the ladies up front greeted me warmly. Over due post. I used to live in Chino Hills and would always shop for my appliances here. Ive always dealt with Josh. I then moved to Orange County and I was still able to utilize Josh and his expertise and have things delivered to Mission Viejo. Well now I live in Arizona. Needed a new washer and figured Id give Josh a call since Best Buy has Pac Sales out here. Go figure, got me a great deal and delivered out here without having to leave my home. Complete nightmare. Purchased 15k worth of appliances. Fridge had 4 repairs in first 18 months. Replaced due to lemon law. Upon delivery 2nd fridge not working. Replaced again - again not worth the 3000+ spent on it. Now working on getting number 4!!!

Great sales and even better team

I am a customer who just payed over 12K for appliances for a newly remodeled kitchen. We took a floor model refrigerator and all the other appliances brand new. Come to see my refrigerator once installed had crumbs in the crisper and stains for previous food. After installed we noticed that freezer was making a noise every time we opened the door. We knew were taking a discount buying a floor model. WE called Pacific Sales in Corona and they patched us in with GE, who then told us it was an old model from 2010 and the warranty they provide is valid but because the model is so old we have to pay 100 bucks for somebody to come look at it. What was not disclosed to us was that I was buying a floor model from 2010! It is now July of 2015, who knows if this floor model was in there break room after finding crumbs and food stains! Lets see how they resolve this bad review and customer service.
