Standard Best Buy. They have curb-side and in-store pickup. If doing in-store pickup enter and go to pick-up check out line, not customer service. Employees I personally dealt with were nice and friendly.
Best electronic store. They have just about everything from TVs, video games, vacuums, and even kitchen appliances. Their return policy is wonderful. So you can buy anything with confidence and if youre not happy or satisfied with the item you can return it to the store within the time allowed for the particular item. They also have price match so if you find the exact item cheaper somewhere else they will refund you the difference, youll need to provide proof. For all the reasons above Best Buy has been my go to electronic store for over 20 years.
They are alright. I like riverside in stores better because of more staffs. Also they eager to ask customers if need help or any questions and customers in lines are less. So not sure if recommended. More likely order online abs pickups

I usually go to the Best Buy in Murrieta and have no problems getting help there. I stopped by this location because I was in the area and it closes later but I waited nearly 30 minutes before getting help and I already knew what product I wanted to purchase. So what could have been a 10 minute trip to Best Buy turned into a long waiting game. Ill only come here if I ever need something when the other locations are closing.
We just purchased a new washer and dryer from Best Buy. The whole experience was fairly quick and the person that helped us was very funny and nice, he made us comfortable about our purchase and our buying experience. The next time that we need to purchase a large appliance it will be from Best Buy!
I bought a protective screen, from Best Buy, and I think its really worth it and I will tell anyone that they should frequent the department store.
I always love the staff here. Stock is typically low but thats most Best Buys these days. Ordering online and doing in store pickup is the best way to go.

Came in and bought a new unlocked phone. The purchase was pretty straightforward. No hassle or heavy push for upgrades or accessories.Came during a weekday in the afternoon. The store was not busy, did do minor waiting to get service but employees were always aware and kept me updated.In the end, while they were not able to finish setting up my phone (no fault of theres) I was helped in locating a store near by, of my cell provider, to finish the process. For that, I appreciated their efforts in helping me when they didnt have to.

Dont know if its just COVID or what, but the place was barren, there were like 3 employees, 1 open cash register that took 20 minutes to help the guy in front of me, their network was down and they couldnt accept debit cards but they could credit cards? Felt a lot like Frys Electronics right before they went out of business...
Refused to sell me more then two Pokémon booster packs on BestBuy.com. Walked in to pick up my order and witnessed one customer purchase six booster packs. Asked the employee about this. He claimed the limit was 5 per person per day. Which made no sense. I’ll never be a Best Buy customer again. Good riddance.

Nice store and selection, generally anything I need in a pinch is available here with little hassle and if its not on the floor the staff are more than capable of tracking it down in inventory or at another store if need be.Unfortunately corporate seems to have little faith as it looks like major product launches are moving to online only so scalpers have an easier time obtaining them. Hopefully they reverse course on that, given the abysmal experience of Best Buy online and the app Id rather shop locally from here instead and support the teams doing their best here.
Quickly stopped in to check whether they had the item I want in stock or not. Employee was very knowledgeable and able to immediately assist me. Store also looks pretty decent.
Staff is friendly upon entering the building, directed me to the pick up counter for my order and didnt mind me window shopping through the TV section.

And let me talk about in store products, they have nothing but empty aisles. No products in stock, your better off finding something on the streets than in best buy.
Best buy is awesome! I went to return something that was expensive, I was waiting for me to be ask all these questions on why I was returning, but I didnt get ask anything. It was so simple and fast. I really appreciate that. I buy a lot online, usually I have it delivered or pick up. Every process I have been through with best buy has been excellent!

DVD doesnt work and rear speakers as well. trying to get thru to someone is impossible, tried the chat was passed along and the last person just gave me a phone number - excellent CS. So I called the number and couldnt get a live person - what a waste of time! Stay away from BB or pacific sales!!

I bought a Apple Watch on December 27th which is supposed delivery on January 6th I never got the order, I went to the store and ask what happens, they told me I will get my refund, but it’s already February 20th and I’m still waiting for my refund which is $419.00, I already went 5 times to the store and making a lot a calls and nobody give me an answer, I’m start believe I lost my money, I never go back to the store again and I don’t recommend them, the customer service is really bad including the manager store.

I am absolutely bewildered. I specifically ordered this product as a Christmas gift online, as opposed to in store, so that it would be concealed by its packaging and I wouldnt have to worry about hiding the present until we were ready to start the gift wrapping process. The person who the gift was intend for saw the gift on the door step. Obviously I am very upset and disappointed in Best Buy and their customer service team, as they refused to do anything substantial to correct the situation. The supervisor I spoke to attempted to make excuses and refused to take any responsibility. They offered me a measly 10% discount. I have to waste MY time, energy, and money to return the product, buy it from a more reputable retailer, and find another Christmas gift to replace the ruined surprise that Best Buy caused.Even if it wasnt for Christmas, Best Buy left the product in serious risk of damage. Instead of packaging the product, they slapped on inconsistent tape around some of the edges. There are cut marks, a hole, and scuffs on the original product box; damaging the box and leaving it exposed to both bad weather and theft.After speaking with Best Buys customer service supervisor I am left one option; to return the product, never give Best Buy my business EVER again, and to hopefully deterre potential customers from doing business with such an unempathetic and irresponsible company.

What to say about best buy? I believe its a great place for all your electronic needs. Some things can improve. Better rewards program. Be more knowledgeable of products would also be a plus.

The inventory in the store is low compared to past years probably due to the pandemic issues. Still can get help from sales people and it is nice to see an item physically rather then being limited to what you can see at an online store like Amazon.

This is the worst store and customer service Ive ever encountered, tried to speak to customer service number to track a package that best buy lost and was yelled at by the customer service representative, was lied to to by costumer service representative in the store about how best buy had sent my package out already but when I spoke with ostracized, they said they never received a package or even a package pick up request. So thank you best buy and youre terrible customer service.

I had my system installed at a Best Buy while I was active duty in Virginia. There were some issues in the original installation. I came to this Best Buy and they replaced the melted fuse and lead power cable at no cost they really stand up to the lifetime warranty!.. Very Satisfied with the work performed.!!

I bought a phone that turned out to have a factory issue. I went to exchange the phone a day later and thats when the headache began... They eventually replaced the phone.
Great location. Great parking. Excellent attitude and service from young friendly and very knowledgeable crew. Also very competitive; they gladly met the Amazon Prime Membership price on products I purchased. (I described the products I was searching for by showing them the products on my tablet ... available on Amazon Prime. )
