Dont bring anything to this place they are horrible, made us unload our go cart was told they can help us by mechanic and other worker. Owner came out said no for no reason horrible

Went to get my trimmer blades sharpened, new plug, new air filter and a spring for the carb.The total came out to $190 and when I got it back it wouldnt even start. When I did get it started it barely cut grass. I wont ever be going back to these shysters

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer service. Took an echo blower over to see what was wrong they told me I need a carb. Then I took it back after the new carb was not working. The blower which is under full warranty for 5 years, expires in October was not considered because of the age of the blower. These guys do not stand behind their products and clearly are not authorized retailers.

They went out of their way to get me, back up running again. There knlowledge is very good. Also they have a good amount of equipment in the store. Probable what your looking for is already there.

Purchased a Honda Generator, but first did some research and found there prices match big stores such as Home Depot, Amazon, etc... Took in generator for simple tuneup-they kept it for 7 WEEKS with constant excuses as to why they were BEHIND in their work.-when they finally got to it-they said it needed a new carburetor --$130 tuneup now became $250.I picked it up and on the way home it leaked gas and they did not put the unit back to spec. The old part that they replaced was a small motor that goes for $10 on line-geez--$170 labor charge for 2 plug install Now I have to go back and see if they will honor their guarantee of workmanship---Do not take any business to these guys!!!They will rip you off!!I am reporting them to the BBB immediately.

Fixed my mower good price and service..

They fix 2 concrete sawsCharge me a lot of money to fix it right 2 jobs after still doing the same take it to another shop they told me they never replace all the parts only tune up and never weld a piece so it get worse....Same thing with my small saw...charge me $120 to change trigger (that i bought on line alredy) now its broken...Never go back...by the way it took them 2 weeks to fix it...i dont know how come they have a lot of work.

I took my dads lawn mower to get repaired and the old man was rude. No people skills at all we asked if he can look at it and give us a quot but he said come back Thurs. I called Tue just to get an idea and the old man wouldnt even let me ask. He hung up on me two times and said it wont be ready to be looked at until Friday. Worse experience ever I will never take anything to be repaired again Ever!

3 years ago when I had my landscaping business they put new motors on two of my lawns mowers and they didn’t put the shut off safety’s back on I had to take the mowers to another shop to fix them correctly and they charged when they didn’t fix em right stay away from them and they charge you $20 on stihl equipment when they’re supposed to go by stihl’s Price !

Dont worry about these bad reviews if you need a part right away these guys always seem to come through. They have a huge inventory so you should stop in if you need that part to get that lawn mowed, especially on Saturday when the wifes nagging you theyre open till 2

They took too long fix my weed eater. Kept saying they would call when it was finished. Never called. They lost the air filter cover, asked me if I had it, it was on it when it was brought it in. They have had it for two weeks already.

I went in because I have a mini baja bike (pocket motorcycle) and they tried selling me carburator for $65 I ended up getting it on Amazon for $15 and it was super easy to put on (YouTube) old man was really rude and seemed like he did not want me to be there.

Bad customer service and very expensive They will not be getting any more of my business going forward. If you ask about a repair all the tell you we need 75 to look at the mower and they have to order allot of the parts they will also over charge you for those as well. Bottom line go some place else.

Dont go here unless you have the make and model of what youre working on. They wont sell you anything without that info. And they dont think outside the box.

Very rude service! Kept me waiting for over 20 mins with out a reason. Asked to sharpen 2 chains and only sharpened 2 BUT charged me for 2. Unbelievable rude, dishonest service!!!
