I had a coupon from when I had changed my mailing address with USPS. 20% off a single item. I was looking forward to buying a new comforter set for my new bed in my new house. I found one here, but it wouldn’t work?? No one would do anything about it… I just walked out and ordered on amazon.

I had to shop for a new bedding set for my new bed. I hadnt shopped there in years so I wasnt expecting anything special. I was pleasantly surprised on how the store is set up in their different departments so it was easy to find what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a comforter set that was on sale and the cashier made my day when he gave me an additional discount even when I didnt have a coupon. I will definitely be back to look for a new bathroom set for a slight remodel.

Store was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. I was underwhelmed by the lack of selection. They seem to have lost the Bed and Bath part and they are just focusing on the Beyond. If you need a small appliance or 500 boxes of Keurig coffee you are all set!

I came to this location on October 24 and PAUL made my experience a horrible one to say the least. He was very rude, disrespectful and not to mention improper. So unprofessional of a manager. There is a big sign advertising that they offer and honor price matching. But what they don’t say is that they treat you as an inconvenience if you ask them to do a price match. I came in mind to buy my mother a birthday gift, I found a hair straightener for $139 and looked online and found the exact one for $98 at elsewhere so I was thrilled and excited. Of course that was before I approached the sales team with the item and was there made to feel like an imbecile. After about 20 minutes of them talking between each other and the sales line piling up with people Paul came back and told me he couldn’t locate the other price on the website so I showed him my phone, he kept scrolling through my phone for about 5 minutes trying to find something wrong with the ad, obviously because he didn’t want to honor the price match, he then gave me my phone and spoke with the cashier telling her to honor it but not to let me use my 20% off coupon in a tone that was anything but friendly, he never spoke with me directly after he confirmed the price match which I thought was very unprofessional. Bad day or not he should not treat paying customers with that kind of attitude. I would say he needs some much needed training in the hospitality department because of the way he spoke and treated me. I was mortified!!

This is my Disneyland! Im serious! The way everything is displayed is so inviting and fun. They have really cool gadgets for everything in your home that just makes you feel like a kid again!lol The staff is welcoming, friendly and always helpful! I ordered sheets & a comforter almost a month ago. I received the sheets fairly quickly but after 3 weeks of not receiving the comforter, I decided to call and had to wait an hour to talk to someone only to be told uh oh, looks like your item never shipped. A shipping label was created for your package but it never left our facility.I was nice and calm and accepted the representatives offer to send a replacement comforter and was told id receive an email with a new tracking number in a couple of days. Now its been an additional week and my replacement order hasnt shipped either. I completely understand that there is a pandemic going on, however Ive ordered from at least 10 other companies during this pandemic and Bed Bath and Beyond is the *only* company Im having issues with. Some of my other orders were placed AFTER my BBB order and even those got here faster.

Youve lost a customer and Im sure many to follow...bringing politics in the retail business was a poor decision on your part. I havent purchased merchandise from my pillows, but Ill tell you what, I am now! Never again, will I shop at Bed Bath & Beyond and will share my thoughts with anyone that I talk to.

A good store to shop in, a little expensive but they have good sale items.

First time visit to this store. So many things to see and look at! Hard to get cart through some aisles; did not feel comfortable shopping with a cart. Unless you are familiar with the layout of the store, you may have to wander through the entire store to find the exact item you desire.

Stopped in looking for a few things, over all disappointed... no employees around, no greetings upon entering, the 2 cashiers at the front looked beyond annoyed that people where in the store. Kinda messy.

Typical Christmas shopping. They were out of some products I needed but thats not their fault. I shopped late.

Tried to talk to someone in customer service today. Got cut off, transferred to wrong personnel, and had to call back 5 times. Still got no answer to my question. Wasted 1 1/2 hrs trying to get supervisor only to be hung up on. Worst customer service experience ever. Thinking of CLOSING account and going elsewhere where customers are still appreciated.

Im done with this place. So you check online for an item and see that your local store has it in stock. Drive down there only to find out, no, we dont sell that. I gave them many chances, to no avail. They even confirmed ON THE PHONE that they have it there. Three different times and THREE DIFFERENT ITEMS with the same results. Nope. Not going back.

Very happy with the service I received yesterday. I reserved items online and went to pick them up. My boyfriend wasnt 100 % sure about the items after seeing them in person. The cashier, I believe Christine?, was very helpful and offered to print out the wedding registry for us. We bought the items. She also assisted with a coupon after I let her know I didnt have mine available. The staff made a great first impression especially because this was my first time to the store. Nice store with a lot good quality household items to choose from. Great selection of bathroom and kitchen items. Top quality, but it can be pricey.Atmosphere of this store itself was a little crowded and cramped. They have a lot of variety and they definitely use the space of the store to its fullest potential.

I bought a small kitchen appliance that was defective. I exchanged it with no problem. The store staff members I dealt with were very helpful. I found the store to be very neat and clean with a good selection of products and with the 20% off coupons, the prices cant be beat.

Store Ninber: 502 Associate R10158 was extremely helpful. The store did not have our item in stock. He helped us by ordering on line for us. This person goes far and beyond to help the customer.

Place with the greatest variety of items to choose from. You can use their coupons there even if they are expired and can use more than one coupon at a time as long as you have the item with you. Happy shopping!

It is always sending out %20 off one single item coupons and $5 and $10 off $15 and $40. Love that store.
