Awesome service here with great staff and quality work. I got my Tacoma lifted with new wheels and tires here. Scott took his time to explain the various upgrade options and helped to find the best look for the truck. All staff were very friendly and willing to help. Highly recommmend getting work done here.

Had a friend drop off a car to get serviced, she had an appointment time set for 830am.. they said it would be ready by earliest 230pm (6 hours worth of work). We called at 3pm and the response was “There’s still 2 other cars in front of you that need get fixed for recalls”. What’s the purpose of an appointment? People make modifications to get their vehicles serviced (child care for one). Please be mindful of your customers. If the vehicle is not being worked on make a courtesy call to update.

I just relocated to Corpus Christi. It was very easy to book an appointment and be seen. It was an acceptable wait time. The only slight I had is Toyota AutoNation doesn’t offer a complimentary vehicle. I’m accustomed to having the convenience of a car service while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. The facilities were clean and offered refreshments as you waited. Overall my car was taken care of and it stills runs smoothly, objective met. Thanks Toyota AutoNation you’ve earned a customer while I reside here.

Ive purchased two vehicles now from Tyrone. He goes above and beyond with his customer service. He will do everything in his power to locate the car you are looking for including your price range. Lupe Hernandez is an ULTIMATE PROFESSIONAL and a wonderful person. I walked into this dealership with my wife to look for our daughters car and Lupe went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. He provides personable services, does not hassle or apply pressure on his customers, and very knowledgeable of his products. He even prepared the car to ensure that our follow up visit the next day is pleasant despite not having signed a paperwork specifying that we will buy the car. In the end, we found out that he will not get the credit or a commission because a guy from the dealership answered my online inquiry which automatically gave him the sales credit. My wife was disappointed about this. Granted that Lupe knew hes not getting a commission out of our sales, he still went above and beyond since the day we stepped in at the Toyota dealership lot from day one and the next day until we purchased the car. His personality and customer service is a real class act and deserves a FIVE STAR RATING all the way. At your initial call to this dealership, IMMEDIATELY ask for Lupe Hernandez and if you walk into the lot, IMMEDIATELY ask for Lupe Hernandez and YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I went in to have the brakes checked on a company vehicle. Immediately, Jeremy Walker offered to help.He processed the vehicle information quickly and soon had the vehicle taken in. I was treated great and Jeremy kept me informed on what was going on with the vehicles brakes.The truck did need brakes and I used their courtesy van to drop me off at home to pick up my own vehicle to use in the meantime.The driver was so courteous and we had a great conversation during the drive. Im very happy with Autonation Toyota and their crew.

Great, Honest Service!I brought my 2017 Camry in for 60,000mi service after receiving a quote from another location. My Service representative, Jojo, recommended a multipoint inspection and a few standard services based on mileage. During the inspection, she informed me the mechanic said I did not need new front and rear brake pads as previously quoted from the other location. The pads were actually in great condition (7.32sec) and still had a lot of miles on them. I sincerely appreciate her dedication to customers and the obvious integrity with which AutoNation Toyota operates.

Mike and Jake were awesome. I dropped my car off with Mike and he explained and helped me out with the services I needed for my Camry. When my car was ready Mike informed me that he wasn’t going to be there and to ask for Jake. Jake although the sign said “In Training” he was kind and helpful cashing me out, explaining what services were done and getting my Camry. Im so disappointed in my experience with Mike here. I brought in my car because a light came on, and I thought it might be a reminder for an oil change, even though I shouldnt be due for one yet. For this, Mike, my service tech, mocked me. Moving on, I told him my AC was dripping (possibly fluid, possibly condensation) when I drove it for a long time, like on a road trip. At first, he told me this just sometimes happens... No, sir, this should not happen, and it can be fixed, and Id like to pay to fix it. He called me a few hours later to tell me my car was ready to pick up. I asked what the problem with the AC ended up being, and he said a master tech would have to take a look at that. I said okay. He then told me I could come pick up my car? Even though it hadnt been looked at? I asked if a master tech could please look at it, and he said it would have to be the next day. Told him that was just fine, and to please call me in the morning when it was ready. At noon, Id not heard anything (not even a call from the master tech or Mike asking for any details about the problem), so I called to check on the car. Mike was out to lunch, but hed marked my car in the system as being ready to pick up. Even though the AC still hadnt even been checked, and there were zero notes on the AC in the system. I waited until he came back from lunch, and called again. At this point, he told me the AC was fixed, but didnt have any idea what exactly had been done to fix it. I asked him to check; he put me on hold, and came back and said they had tightened something. I asked what they tightened; he put me on hold AGAIN, came back and said they emptied the drain pan (which isnt tightening anything?). I said fine, Ill just come get it, be there in 20. When I came in, Mike was nowhere to be found. Allegra (who was so helpful and absolutely lovely throughout my brief experience with her), took care of ringing me up. She confirmed there were no notes on my file about the AC. There was no charge for fixing the AC. Seemed pretty clear Mike had just lied to me about it and hadnt had anyone even look at it. The next day, driving home to Dallas, the AC started dripping again about two hours into the trip, and continued dripping the entire time. I have had some less than stellar experiences with car repair (as has pretty much everyone), but I have never been mocked, and definitely never been flat-out lied to by anyone before. I think Ive written one online review in my entire life, but after the way Mike treated me, I had to share my experience.

Absolutely last time I will take my vehicle to Corpus Christi Autonation Toyota. I scheduled an appointment for a tire check up on the Tacoma I bought at this location. They were quick to offer the tire and wheel protection plan. When it came time to honor the service on said coverage, there was a ridiculously long delay. I dropped my truck off at 10AM on Monday 7/25/21. I went back to location at 6pm to be told they just rolled it into the garage and that if it needed a tire replacement, it wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday. I explained this was unacceptable since they had all to assess the tire and determine if tire replacement was required, which would allow for them to get tire by Tuesday morning latest. The lady began speaking over me and said “there were people scheduled before you for oil changes. It would be fair to put you ahead of them.” I explained the difference between a foreseeable oil change service and the unforeseeable tire issue. They simply need to have a technician available to manage tire problems since these are unforeseeable unlike an oil change. In this case, my tire was losing air fast (less than 6 hours after inflating) for anyone questions if my tire was something more urgent than an oil change. I finally was called at 3pm the following day (Tuesday) that my truck was ready. Absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning for future services. I have a brand new Camry and took it in for an oil change and balance and was charged $58 for a balance that wasnt even done correctly. I was also told at the time of purchase that all routine maintenance up to 20,000 miles was covered under warranty. I ended up having to take it to a reliable mechanic I know to get it done correctly because when I called Toyota back I was told I would have to make another appointment, which wasnt available for another week.

I bought the car online from Corpus Christi to Plano. I recieved the car some issues. After that i found really difficult to find solution to my concerns. I bought the car for 2 reasonsa. It is Certified Pre ownedb. AUTONATION Brand.It is been 2 weeks and am still waiting to resolve my issues. I just wish the issues are told to me before they sold the car to me.Issues are1. Certified Pre owned vehicles came with Single Key instead of 2 keys which is not notified to me before ( Toyota CPO vehicle comes with 2 keys as per Toyota website )2. I need to slam the trunk door to close, it doesnt close when i do it gently.3. Windshield have 1 crack and 1 chip when i recieved the Car.4. Carpet is cutoff which i didnt expect in Toyota certified Car. Have attached the pictures.These issues are not notified to me before i bought this online.I raised the concerns but didnt get any actions against these problem. I just hope to resolve this Problem.

Poor customer service. Walked in to pick up my vehicle, there were at least 5 males and a female working and no one acknowledged me. After approximately 5 minutes a male with a tie, white shirt and slacks walked in and at least 3 males asked him if he needed help. I do not recommend this place. The only reason I go back is because I purchased the pre-payment plan for oil change. This is NOT the first time they do this. Not to mention I had to bring vehicle back due to leaking oil because they didn’t do what they were supposed to. 😤

When receiving my car back, notice a huge black scuff mark on the drivers side below the door. (I have a white car).The service provider quickly went and grabbed some wipes to clean it off . I was sure the scuff mark came from the service department workers who worked on my car. I was glad that he was able to clean it off! And this is the 2nd time that I asked for a car wash and both times the car wash has been broken, really! Please make sure your service workers don’t scuff up cars with their boots/shoes.

I am from California and California doesnt have auto inspections..they have smog checks then if you car or truck has a head light or some other issue, theyll give you a ticket and say thanks for the money. Here in Texas they do annual vehicle inspections which I did not know about. Well I had to take my Toyota to a dealership because the power steering was the only thing that failed the inspection..so..I waited all day then as I was waiting for my car I heard that the dealership was understaffed. They werent able to get to my car that day so Mike set an appointment for the earliest time the next day. The next morning worked out so well. Thank you Toyota for being so good to your costumers..

I went to this place to get replaced a mouse eaten electric plug on my Rav4. Their quotation stated that the job takes 6 hours. I knew that it is something simple that doesnt take 6 hours. Since I was in a rush, I agreed for that. However, they reached to me in two hours and told me that they got couple of employs to get done the job faster but have to charge for 6 hours. In few days later, I saw the mouse eaten the same plug again. I went to OReilly Auto Parts and bought the plug for $34 and replaced it by myself in less than 1 hour even though I am not a mechanic and know very little about cars. :-) I never got their service again since they mislead and over charge the customers.

Bought a 2010 Tundra that I have had problems with it since day one. Im still waiting for the service manager to call me back. I reported front end problems in Jan they tell me nothing is wrong my alignment is bad got it aligned. Still having problems and took it back and they say still nothing wrong but my alignment was bad and my calipers were seizing up the warranty covered just the calipers why I had to pay 661.00 dollars for pads and rotors thats not normal wear and tear. Still have problems with front end took it back and now they say tie rod ends, steering gear, and control arms needs replaced now the warranty company will not pay for the steering gear because the dealership said it has rust and was corrosion and now they wont call me back when I leave messages from call. I guess Ill have to take this up with a attorney

My mother went to the AutoNation Toyota by herself on 5/10/2021 because their one simple price can be simple and easy. I receive a call from her to make sure she is getting a fair deal. Come to find out they are offering her $6,000 less than what market value is on her 4 Runner because their job is to maximize profit. Long story short do not go here because you think it will be a smooth process, they try to screw you here too. Should have plenty of leg for profit since they set their own price and then WILL NOT budge from it.

Exceptional Customer Service. I really didnt like the Honda and Hyundai dealerships when I leased vehicles from them. BMW was exceptional, but overall experience wasnt great either. Everything went smoothly here and I recommend people to contact Mr. Tyrone Hobson for purchasing/leasing, he looks out for his customers. This place is military friendly as well and a lot of veterans working at the dealership.

Bought my car here a little over a year ago. They worked with me and I was able to walk away with a great deal. The service department has been great so far! I brought my car in for routine maintenance yesterday. I dropped it off thinking that it would take most of the day. Less than an hour later they called that they had finished. Update:Well after I posted my first review and they replied. I called the GM and left messages multi times and still to this date he hasnt called back. But I actually walked into the shop and got to bottom of it. Apparently they ordered my parts from a shop that was completely out of stock so they had to order from Victoria. Got it in that day and by 4 pm I had my car back. Scotty the service manager was great... It still doesnt forgive all the lies.I have been lied to from day one when I took my car in for repairs. I would not send any of my family or friends to autonation period. Not just this location but all locations. I have had my car in the shop more times then a 2 years old car should be. And being lied to does not change my mind or experience with them. So if I could give a neg star rating I would have.

Ive taken my car there for all of my required 25k warranty services. The first time the service was quick, but the rideshare I needed to get to work in time for my meeting was slow. After that I decided I would wait in store for my car. The remaining services took anywhere from 2.5 to 5 hours to complete the basic inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The last time took 3.5 hours start to finish. When I asked after 2.5 hours I was told they hadnt brought my car back yet or started my service. I had an appointment and dropped my car off 30 min early. I would give a lower rating, but the people in the service department are very nice and helpful. It just takes a very long time to get basic services done. Even with an appointment.

My husband insists on taking his truck here for “certified” service, but this shop has been consistently haphazard and unprofessional. On 2 separate occasions, they forgot to replace a bolt after service. After the first incident, we called the manager to let them know and they hardly seemed to care. This most recent time, we have just found a bolt is missing again on our brake line, which has the potential to cause a dangerous accident. You go to a shop like this specifically because you expect reputable and safe service, but the management and care we have seen from this shop has been a constant disappointment. I do not recommend people trust this business.

Service department was well staffed and accommodating. My service advisor (JoJo) was the best. Just know, when you take your vehicle to any dealer, servicing will take a while. Be prepared! Here, you are dealing with certified Toyota technicians which are very thorough.

In the end, the people were nice, but very disappointed to make a simple oil change appointment for 11am, get the 10 minutes prior and was told that my appointment was to only talk to an advisor. Said it would take several hours to complete. What is an appointment for then? I had already spoken with the advisor to make the appointment. Had to have someone come pick me up, then take me back 5 hours later when they finally called. Very disappointing.

I went in for a service they said would take 30 minutes. When I asked, How much longer it would be I was told it had been ready for awhile, and they had called my phone. I had my phone the whole time and never heard it go off. I waited an extra 70 minutes because they forgot to get back to me or call my name. I was right there in the waiting room the whole time. When I dropped off my key/car I was asked if I would be sitting in the waiting area. I said, Yes! Very Disappointed.

Easily the worst dealership experience Ive ever had. I brought my Sequoia in for a paint recall that was supposed to take 2 days. I got my vehicle back 6 weeks later, after a shattered windshield, and a mysteriously broken power control module. They were hesitant to give me a loaner, and reluctantly finally gave me a rental that would actually fit my family. I could not in good conscience ever recommend dealing with AutoNation Toyota.

After having a really rough morning with my 2020 Rav not starting. I called Toyota and asked to speak to Alegra (service dept.). In the past, she was a great help and she really showed she cared and her concern for what I had to deal with. There is NO OTHER WAY to say this ...except that.. Alegra is a TRUE GEM! I felt like she really did care about changing my attitude with my car. I was so upset and frustrated but she listened to my concerns and reassured me that everything was going to be ok.
