Today was a GREAT DAY!! My husband Robert and I had contacted All Star and made an appointment with Isaac the Internet Manager and Jesse was there to help us.Boy did they help!! They took our trade-in and Jesse asked us what we were looking for, and what color were we interested in? We are downsizing but wanted a sporty, economical car with great gas mileage and they had exactly what we were looking for in our 2021 Limited Edition Mitsubishi Mirage G4. From the test drive all the way through the Finance Department to sign the papers, the management and staff are second to none. The staff listens and helps and I hope they know we’re coming back later when it’s time for services and later if we want to add another vehicle. We are SO happy we went to All Star, and didn’t end up spending the entire day there, and nobody there ever treated us like they were a used car salesman.

Already need brakes! Thats not good! Tires are worn out need all 4 brand new! Barely had car a month very unhappy! I would not recommend anybody get a car here. They say I was gonna get you a low rate but didnt happen. Also down payment was more then I should of paid. Very disappointed!

Called a day day prior to make an appointment for an oil change. I get there give him my keys after an 1 1/2 hour I decide to stretch my legs clearly see my car is still parked. so I go back in and ask him what the status was.. the guys looking in takes a few minutes comes back and says oh itll be another 30 minutes he had Just finished checking other stuff. So I go back outside and the man goes outside and starts panicking my car to find it and drives it around to take it in garage area.. clearly it hadnt been looked at.. Im a very patient person but being LIED TOO!, come on were all adults. Him saying it was overlooked would of been better.Wasted most of my morning and I had to request a day off for this!

This was my first real experience of buying a car by myself in my 42 years of life. They have changed owners and the man behind the counter was not very helpful. He tried to push expensive repairs on my friend who I was with. She just went in to get her oil changed. Now you have to have an appointment you just can not drop in. We came in from Annaville to get this done. She has been going there for a long time but said she will not be going back.

Im not sure if the sales side of the dealership is because Ive never bought a car through them. We bought our 2018 outlander brand new in September 2018 from Bayside mitsubishi in La porte, TX. We moved here about a year ago but just recently started having problems with our a/c going out. We scheduled two or three different appointments with there service department for them to just diagnose what was wrong with the a/c. We dropped it off the morning of the first appointment and were told they would tell us something by the end of the day, so we waited patiently until around 5 p.m. considering they close at 6. We called and asked if there was any update on our vehicle and the service manager tells us Well maam your vehicle hasnt even been looked at yet, we can keep it over night and get to it first thing tomorrow. So I said alright thats fine just please call when you know something. The next day comes and nobody has contacted us and its already 2 p.m. I called and was told once again that they still havent had a chance to look at our car and they didnt know if it would be done that day either. So I went and got it vehicle due to it being our only car and my husband uses it to go to and from work. I scheduled another appointment a week later, just to go the day of and them tell me after I had already dropped it off that there a/c check machine was not working and they would need to have a tech come fix it and they didnt know when that would be. Its been two maybe three months now that we have still been without a/c in our car but we cant take our vehicle to any other dealership or it voids our warranty. Poorly managed and poorly staffed service department, an a/c check only takes 30 minutes to 1 hour max to complete. Awful, awful place. Dont waste your time.

Rough experience here. Trying to buy a brand new 2020 car but car had a dent in the front bumper. Comes back from body shop and apparently when buffing the new paint they scratched the bumper right next to the original dent. Why wasnt this caught by sales staff.. instead,, they told me it was ready to go. I guess they hoped i wouldnt catch it or they didnt even inspect it.. second trip to body shop, sales mgr wasnt happy with repair. Suggested finding car at other dealer for us. They couldnt find the same color car at any other dealer. So after 3 weeks from the original date we saw the car and no new car purchased, and numerous times they told us they would call but didnt, we went to Hicks Nissan and drove away in a brand new Nissan Rogue Sport in less than 3 hours. Oh ya, no dents needing to be repaired on our new car. Dont understand why that new Mitsubishi was even on the lot with a flaw in the body. Were they hoping someone would buy it and not notice. Not this guy. Appatently there is no gm at this dealership. Isaac said he was in charge. What a shame cant even buy a brand new car without having to be sent to a body shop twice. Worst experience Ive ever had trying to buy a car.

By far the best customer service. I went in there with my mind set on a certain car that was an older used car with miles already on it and not that great of warranty. Johnny informed me that there were also other options that I could look at in my price range and it could be a brand-new 2018 vehicle with amazing warranty if that is something I wanted. Manuel went and test drove all the cars with us and explained everything great and in detail to us and if there was ever a question he always had an answer for it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.
