Communication is key to excellent customer service. If the front desk had communicated effectively with the service agent, I probably would have been taken care of a lot sooner. Instead, it took the service agent about an hour and a half to attend to me. Other than that, my car was serviced promptly.
Matthew our sales guy went above and beyond to find us the right car in our price range. He was the nicest guy and gladly took us back after we shopped around and had terrible experiences else where. I bought a car from here online-- a first time transaction for me like this and it went really smoothly. They apparently do this often.My salesman, Matthew, was a texting person and for me, that was fabulous. Im busy and to not have to constantly answer the phone and leave messages and wait for a return call was a dream.My only semi-hang up is they offered me a way, way low value on my trade so I sold it elsewhere BUT it worked out better in the long run this way. Im about a 9hour drive away, traveling 1 way with no stops. I sold my car locally, bought this one and they shipped it to me, sparing me that drive.All in all the process went from I want to buy this to having the car in my possession in 1 week (with a hurricane slipped in the middle of that week!). They overnighted paperwork to me and included a return envelope with paid postage.The car was in the condition I was expecting. I had searched the VIN and found where it had been listed online previously that showed a bit closer look at small dings. Ive had the car 2-3 weeks now and it drives great!
From the moment of walking in to being handed the keys to a new car, all the staff were extremely polite and professional. Calista was phenomenal - personable and friendly, she made the process a breeze.
We purchased a used BMW last week. We were asked that it be checked by the service department and included all repairs this car will need to have done. We were assured that it only needed an oil change, which they would include. A week later, the car is back in the service department with several more issues, including an oil leak, coolant fill, and rear tire replacement and they would not cover the cost of repairs. This is not our first BMW purchase but it will be from BMW of CC. The dishonestly and lack of accountability is frustrating.Try BMW of Austin, we have had nothing but amazing service for both the new and used cars and their service department. Honesty is worth the drive!Update: Mr. Sanchez, an email response to my previous email probably would have been a more professional and a more effective method of responding to my concerns, however, this will do. While we appreciate not having to fork over approx. $3000 to fix a car that should not have even made it to the lot in that condition, I guess we should also be thankful that cost of the repairs was lowered to a more manageable sum so that my 18 year old can drive a car that won’t have a blowout or major mechanical issue while he is driving.In response, once again, to your As-Is comment, I completely understand that the onus is ours, HOWEVER; we attempted to do our due diligence in purchasing this car and were told that this vehicle was in “perfect condition” by your staff after we asked for a detailed report on the maintenance it needs. I feel that when a consumer is told this and the car ends up in the service department a week later with obvious serious preexisting conditions, the total responsibility should fall back to the dealership that sold the car. I find it unacceptable that consumers should bear the brunt of repairs that should have been caught during the initial and subsequent inspections. This policy of “we aren’t going to put money into a car that’s that old” needs to be looked at and changed. It may be cost effective for your dealership but it puts the community at risk. We paid a lot of money for this vehicle, the least we should be able to expect is a car that can drive safely, has all the major mechanical issues taken care of, and be treated with honesty and integrity. I urge you to pull the video the service department sent, explaining the work it needed and determine whether you would feel safe in it.I am not in the habit of leaving one-star reviews but an expectation of safety and reliability is not too much to hope for and we had hoped that we would see full accountability on the dealerships behalf. Great service and staff as always, and I love the new BMW facility. Took my car in for routine oil and brake service. Scheduling and paying for service is super easy and convenient. I like that they give you multiple options to either wait, get a loaner, have them drop you off and pick you up, etc. I prefer to get a loaner so I can drop off my car in the morning, go about my day in a brand new BMW, and pick my car up after work. Overall, I definitely recommend BMW of CC and will continue to use their services for as long as I have my BMW.

The attention to details of what I had going on was very well appreciated. I had my safety airbag checked prior to getting my Inspection done (11/20) at this service center and let him know my light periodically turns on but overall has been inspected. Good to go all around
Let me just say that all the representatives that make up BMW CORPUS CHRISTI,TX are beyond AMAZING!!! I never had to wait for answers when my 2017 BMW 320I had problems. I was treated with respect the first time I walked in to the service department. John Herrera greeted me with a smile and was very professional in telling me the procedure that was gonna be done to my vehicle. A mechanic sent me a video showing me what all was going on with my vehicle I have never had that service and let just say it was an A1 experience!!! When my car was ready to be picked up there was no wait I was in and out in no time, Mr Herrera meet me at my car and explained all that was done and let me know if there was anything else he could do for me. I never owned a BMW before but I guarantee you this will not be my last BMW I will own!!! Every time my car needs its service or any kind of other issue, I can ALWAYS count on Mr Herrera in the service department to take care of everything. George was terrific, Mr. Castro my mechanic was thorough and explained his recommendations via a video—including things to ‘keep an eye on’. It’s always intimidating, as a woman, taking my car in for service—but I felt totally comfortable that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. Service was timely, everyone was very courteous and my car was returned washed and vacuumed. I will buy my next BMW there!

Customer service definitely could be improved. I dropped off my vehicle to get an oil change they did not tell me to be there by 6pm only that my car would be ready by 5:30-6:00pm the person that helped us called and left a voicemail at 5:53 because I missed the call and said that they were closing at 6 then at 6:05 text me that they were closed already and I was unable to pick up my vehicle when I live an hour away and had to be at work very early it put a lot of unneeded stress and was a huge waste of time if proper communication was made all of that could have been avoided. Very disappointed in my experience

The experience was decent but I had a serious problem when they say they detail the used car before you pick it up. They did not clean the seats at all nor clean the honey bbq sauce nasty mix near the shifter that I didnt see until after. I think they just vacuumed and sprayed armour all. If that is all you do, please just say so. Otherwise I like the car and service was good.

George Jaramillo is a great service advisor! At first I would worry about taking any of my vehicles to the dealership in fear of being ripped off, NOT with George! He has great communication skills, always willing to hear your concerns and trying to find a happy medium. If any of my family or friends owned a BMW I would definitely tell them to stop by the dealership for anything and tell them to speak with George because he is an honest man! If anyone is hesitant about going to the dealership please read this review and talk to George he will change your perspective about going to the dealership!
From booking appt to picking up vehicle, every person I encountered was awesome. George in the Service Dept who greeted me with a warm welcome, Savannah at the front desk, the one who brought the car up front, and even though I didn’t actually meet him, Inspector Jim...Jim is very knowledgeable and took his time with my vehicle.

I have recently purchased a used truck from BMW Corpus Christi and I was pretty impressed. Tony was my sales guy and he was knowledgeable and patient as I viewed and test drove the truck. He gave me my space and was not pushy to get the deal done. I ended up trading my SUV in and they were quick and accurate on the trade in value. The entire process was painless and relatively quick. I was in and out with a new vehicle in about two hours. The entire staff is friendly and personable . I believe I had 3+ staff stop and talk about the back story on the truck. Signing all the documents was super quick and easy with Anita. She was personable and organized. By the time I was done signing, the truck was out front cleaned with a full tank of gas. Terrible Sales was there to just look at vehicle they wouldn’t let me see the ones I wanted without applying for one .. I was there for hours to just be told I needed to trade in one of my other vehicles in order to get a used car😂..But Joe at service department was on point he explained throughly what my car needed and went above and beyond to send me a video.. I give him a 5 star ⭐️ for sure .. Bmw needs to do something about there sales department for sure . On a better note I will take my business elsewhere..

Such a disappointment. My brother just bought a new BMW in Austin and was so impressed with his purchasing experience that I thought I might look at one too. - I showed up today hoping to find my next car. I walked around outside for a minute, inspected some preowned options and wasn’t greeted once. Ok. I walk in to the lobby, stand in front of two young people who looked right up at me in the eyes and then back at the blondes concierge desktop machine and continue their conversation. Absolutely Nothing - no response. Maybe the excuse is they are clueless millennials? Not sure, but at BMW this should not be who they have at the front desk.I felt so discriminated against for being a single woman, Hispanic with a voluptuous figure. It was apparent that I was not their target or preferred clientele. Now I’ll gladly take money elsewhere.Disgusted on SPID

On 6/2/2021, I spoke with George at BMW of Corpus Christi concerning replacement of my tires from run flats to conventional tires. After having to replace three run flat tires in a month and a half at roughly $400 each due to road hazards I felt that I could no longer afford to keep them on my vehicle. I told George at that time that I would like for them to change out my existing run flat tires for conventional Michelin tires. He asked who my Service Manager was and I told him John Herrera. He then checked with John and the Parts Manager and told me that they could have the tires available for mounting on 6/3/2021 at 2:00. I had a doctors appointment at 1:45 so informed him that I would arrive just as soon as my appointment was completed. I was told that the tires would be waiting. The next day I arrived at approximately 3:10 and my vehicle was immediately moved to the shop area for the installation. Approximately two hours later my car was returned, new tires installed, car washed, and cleaned inside and out. When I inspected the new tires I found them to be Pirellis rather than Michelins. When I asked about the reason for the change, I was told that Michelin didnt make the size to fit my car. I knew better than that, however, I was happy to have conventional tires on my car, and I knew that Pirellis are good quality tires. I was instructed to return to the Check-in Desk to receive and pay for my bill for the ordered service on my vehicle. The young lady working there presented my paperwork for me to look over, approve, and provide signatures, and then provided a copy for my files. After looking over my car, all work appeared to have been performed satisfactorily; and the washing and vacuuming had the car shining as though it just came off the showroom floor. The work was performed in a professional manner; the staff, as always, was efficient, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend the BMW of Corpus Christi Dealership to all my friends and acquaintances.
