Not happy with the service I received ended up spending $105 for my phone screen to be Replace. You would think once you pay $60 that your phone is going to be working. Not the case here ended up paying 40 dollars for them to fix the screen again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoever fix the screen in the first place didn’t put the sensors right or they just use cheap glass. Spoke to the manager he was very calm and very nice and professional I do appreciate that. But definitely won’t be doing business with them again. Hopefully the phone won’t break again 🙏

Had a broken screen on my galaxy s7 which they told me they had in stock. Left my phone with them Saturday morning for repair. Got a call later that day stating the screen they had was defective and it be Wedensday before a replacement would be in. They offered me a loaner phone but when I got to the shop they couldnt find it. Thursday the following week I called and was told they had to wait until they received a credit on the defective screen and that was the process. I asked why they didnt just order one and was told the screen cost was around $250 and since I didnt leave a deposit (which they never asked for!) they had to wait for a credit. I explained that I use my phone for work and that was unacceptable. They said I could pick up my phone the next day, they would be in at 10:30 am. It was closer to 11 by the time they rolled in and gave me my phone parts back. My experience with them was not good, maybe others had better luck but I cant recommend doing buisness with them.

Had an iPhone 6 battery replaced, installed two tempered glass for two IPhones and a tempered glass for a I Pad Pro. Outstanding work at their shop. Highly recommend this shop for your repairs.

I ordered and paid for a battery and installation for my HTC10 on 21 July and both ownes told me the battery would be in a week in by the following Saturday the 28th. They both looked at my phone got model and serial number of phone to order. A week later I called(28th) and they tell me it has shipped but it was between Maine and us but had no tracking. I called numerous times during the week and even texting with no response. My wife calls them on Friday the 10th and they tell her the battery shows to come in between 14th -20th. We requested tracking that they agreed to send but we never received. I finally call back on Saturday the 18th and they tell me my battery is in so I rush in to get my battery installed. They get my information again to work on phone and I leave it with the lady owner and she says give her an hour to work on. After the whole month of waiting handing her my phone when I come back an hour later she says she cannot work on my phone because they do not have the tools for it and could break my glass. O was very unhappy that at the beginning they did not say this or I would have went somewhere else. Both owners were present when I ordered battery and they saw my phone. This was a terrible experience and will never go back.

I paid to have a few iPhones unlocked. They gave me a certain timeframe of when the service would be completed. It was not completed within the time frame they provided nor was it ever completed and I was not even provided a refund for their lack of service.

Prices here are very affordable and customer service was awesome. They repaired my Iphone 8plus after taking it to them couldn’t believe the quality of great work she put in to repairing my phone .
