Best experience ever at a phone store! I used to be with Sprint and you had to take a whole day of work off to deal with an issue. The manager Chris at this AT&T store on Alameda is on it! Product knowledge, great advice and just a good people person. Ive been in retail/customer service since 1983 and he stands out. When I walked out, I had a better plan and better features for less money monthly. I appreciate his honesty and advise so I will be doing all my business through that store. Shout out to AT&T for recognizing and hiring good talent!

I went to this store to bring in an device for bill credit on my account. I took my place in line another person came in after me. The gentleman who was the AT&T rep was ready to help instead of going to me they went to the other person instead clamming they were there first and the customer was siding with the rep which neither was true when I walked in the store. If you want better service from AT&T there are other locations that will give you better service than this one would and won’t take sides I wouldn’t bother going to this location till their service improves somehow
I recently opened a line and purchased an iPhone from this store. I was given an exact price of what I would pay to walk out the door with my new service and phone. I asked and received all the answers to my questions, but they were not accurate answers. I have a current line from another phone carrier, so I didn’t actually need this new line. Before I committed, I asked the rep if I could return disconnect this line if I felt I didn’t need it. She told me that I had 14 days to return and that I would get just need to pay any used services and a restocking fee. I returned the phone and d/c my line after 7 days and payed the restocking fee. 1-2 weeks later I saw a pending charge of 126.66 in my c.c. I went back to this store and explained what had taken place. The customer rep gave me a number to call since they could not help stating it had to be done at the main. I called the number listed to inquire about the charges and was told that it was for usage. I explained to the rep what I was told at the purchase store and how long I actually had the phone. The rep then stated that this was a pending charge, and at their monthly fiscal cycle it would be removed. After reviewing my c.c. account online, the “pending” was removed and i am actually being charged the 126.66. I called again and was sent to multiple reps and others, when the final rep who was in supervisory role stated that I was paying a “prorated” fee, then found out how little I had the phone for, changed and said that it was an advanced monthly fee. (How can an advanced monthly fee be needed I didn’t even use it for a complete month fee?) He then said for me to return to the purchase store and discuss it with them. I returned yet again to this store, and first spoke to a rep who was unable satisfy my answers. I next spoke to a manager, who said the rep that helped to open my line was not working the store, but was now working at home, so I could not get her input. This manager also stated that if I had returned the phone within 3 days, then there would not have been any fees. I repeated that I was told if the “14” days stated to me by the now home rep, and that I was not told about any “3” days return policy. She then advised me to call my c.c. and ask them to help me dispute these charges. I since have done this, but I don’t appreciate having to do the job of others and make corrections for misinformation, especially after being so trustworthy to someone claiming to want to help me as soon as I walk into their doors.Unsatisfied: Joe Gomez
The guy working 7/5/21 has no customer service skills and provided pretty poor service. I had to dig for options to resolve my issue. Essentially it was a waste of my expensive time to drop in there.
I came in to the store just to ask a few questions about upgrading my daughters phone. The manager Chris was there alone and not only took care of my issue but helped at least 4 other people during the time I was there. I was amazed at his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of devices, programs and offers. Not only did I get my daughter a new phone but he showed me how to save 700 off the new device and I bought new Beats Pro wirele3ss buds that I love and will be doing a business account with him soon! I will be referring everyone I know to him and this store! Very impressed!!
Was recently in town on a mini vacation when my phone started to act up so i went in for assistance! The employees greeted me with a smile and asked me to please wait in line as there were a few customers in front of me, i did not have to wait long before being helped by a knowledgeable employee! They asked me what problems i was having with my phone and with a few clicks and a restart my phone was back to normal!
The employees are very polite and friendly keep up the good work.

I went into the AT&T store on the corner of Alameda and Weber, and Tia Robb was my AT&T specialist who assisted me. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and such a joy to deal with. She helped me out tremendously with adding a line and new phone for my elderly Mom.
Today I was greet with amazing service as I came to this location and the team was awesome as well as helpful as I was getting a new phone.
The store manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us a great experience upgrading to new phones and taking advantage of current promotions! We will return to this store specifically for her help again!

Very friendly staff, I went in on a weekend. Went in only to buy a phone charger, was pretty busy but Chris took care of me and I was in out fairly quickly.

I visited more than one AT&T store in CC and the location at Alameda and Doddrige is no doubt the premiere AT&T store in Corpus Christi. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done and the customer satisfied.
Worst location by far. Employees are lazy and offer no help. I asked them for simple instructions and all they told me was to down load the app and figure it out myself. Yeah i didn’t come to the store front and risk infection to be told “we don’t really wanna help so just figure it out” - I wish I could leave zero stars.

Wanted to let you know about the superior service I received Feb. 17 at the Alameda store in Corpus Christi, Texas. Supervisor Tamer started the process, explaining the various options available (my cellphone died). Once I bought a new phone, Thomas took over, doing everything humanly possible to try to save my contacts, photos, etc. Not everything was saved, but not because he didnt try. All this time, Thomas was friendly and reassuring, which is exactly what I needed. I have never received such personalized service, and I wanted to brag to his bosses about Thomas excellent customer service skills.
Completely ignored and unassisted..used to prefer this store before they changed from corporate to franchise or whatever it is now..sadly disillusioned by this New Change
This was a vary good experience. I went to the store on SPID first and they refused to help me. I didnt even get in the store. At the Almeda store it was no problem. I had a complicated problem. Thank you so much. I will never go to a different store, no matter the drive.
I’m very satisfied with services at this store. Mr. Tamer Attwa and Thomas Garcia were a wealth of assistance. I’m not very tech savy at all, and their service is priceless.
AT&T can’t get my new iPhone cell service for the high price I pay. I’ve tried a new SIM card, resetting network settings, turning on and off airplane mode. Nothing helps. I work with guys who have AT&T (older iPhone than mine), Cricket, & T-Mobile... and they all get better service than I do. AT&T is a joke. I’ve spoke with multiple people and nobody seems to have an answer. I’m definitely switching companies

The rep was quick with helping me port over to AT&T from Google Fi after my online order failed to process. They helped me create my account, port my number over, apply my trade-in value, activate my device, and set up my fan account discount in less than 30 minutes! My only complain was that they had opened the new device and turned it on without asking first when activating it.
Excellent people behind the counter. Thats why I Left Sprint after being a customer for 20 plus years. I think Im saving some money too.
This place is NEVER packed! I love it!They are fast and very attentive. its your typical AT&T store. Its a little small but they have a good variety of phones, tablets and other items. The only thing they dont offer is cell phone repair.

I dont remember her name, wish I did. But I needed to upgrade my phone while here for work and the woman that helped me was so honest and polite. Very helpful and didnt treat me like I was an idiot when it came to knowing my device and others. She simply assisted me with getting a new device in my hands so I could transfer my info over and get out of there quickly with what I needed.
Some of the best sales staff Ive come across. They are knowledgable and if they dont know the answer they will try to find it instead of trying to blow smoke up your skirt. They will work with you to find the right plan for you and dont try to upscale you. Good people

The instore personal really helped us when switching my elderly family to get some new lines, the corporate experience on the phone was less than steller, but Tia, Tamer and Thomas really shined and managed to resolve our issues and get everything set up to perfect.
Maybe we went on the wrong day bad customer service! We went in to make an insurance claim and inquire about a possible upgrade. We were asking if the iPhone 6 has to be replaced will At&T up grade to an iPhone 7 since the 6 has documented battery issues. Cassey seemed agitated about our inquiry and was short on telling us no we get what AT&T gives us. It got worse from there instead of offering a possible solution to our problem she was very argumentative and insistent that we would get the same iPhone model and I quote OK IM NOT HELPING YOU. YOU CAN FILE THIS CLAIM YOURSELF. and stormed off into the back room and slammed the door. She came back out after a few minuets with a box that had no contact information to make a claim and said YOU CAN LEAVE MY STORE NOW! We all have bad days but as a customer who has been with AT&Ts service for five years paying roughly $6,600 total. You should not forget who pays your salary.

Live in the central part of Corpus and phone drops calls, most of the time unable to make calls or receive calls and voices are garbled when I finally get a call through. Worst service ever, totally unreliable provider of mobile phones. Spoke to AT & T customer service and they tell me their tower in this part of town not working properly and can’t give me a time frame of when will get fixed. My husband and I are terminating service with this company immediately.

Nice store, customer service sits down with you at a table with comfy chairs. Enough staff for anyone walking in. I walked in and switched account from Tmobile, got new phone with same number, back out in less than 30 minutes.
Went in for a simple phone upgrade. I was sold on a tablet that would only be an extra $10/month. When reviewing the details online I noticed that the tablet was automatically enrolled in insurance. (ANOTHER extra $10/mo). Was not told about the $45 activation fee either. Liars and cheats. Not very happy with the dishonest business practices. Learn from my mistakes and protect yourself from being blindsided.

FACT: If you use the Waze navigation app in Corpus Christi, AT&T will bump you off of the LTE tower. It has taken me 2 weeks to figure this out. I have the documentation log of how and when it happens. My son runs his AT&T iPhone and his Verizon iPhone together as he drives and watches it happen. Verizon never bumps him off an LTE tower when using the app. AT&T always bumps him off the LTE tower if he runs the app. If AT&T doesnt fix this by next September when the new phones come out, Im moving all my phones and tablets to Verizon.

Was surprised at how great the customer service I received, I have hated AT&T for awhile but Ive learned its about the customer service that is special and highly expected when paying so much for cell phone services nowadays. Go here for anything AT&T related!
