I normally do not do reviews but I was impressed by the professionalism of this store and it’s staff. I went in to get a replacement vape and the lady there explained everything and was very patient with me with all my questions. I will be going back!

I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I got to try all the liquids I wanted for a dollar. The liquids taste so good! None of them had that funky twang. The lady didnt rush me or anything. She was eager to help!. Bought a baby beast Smok. It was cheaper there than anywhere else, and it was in stock! I look forward to going back!

Been going here for years, level of service has decreased while the prices are some of the highest in town. Went in for the first time in months to get two coils because they were the only place open. Guy took my vape and installed my coil without asking, which was a nice thought if he would have done it correctly. Didn’t prime the coil and ended up burning out within two days. The second coil he gave me wasn’t even the same or the right one, so I couldn’t use it. I could have just thrown my money in the trash. The staff has clearly lost interest in their jobs and there’s no passion left. Disappointing to say the least. $30 for a 60ml bottle of juice where other places sell top notch 120ml bottles for the same price.

I have been a customer at Monster Vape for almost a year now, and up until now the service was great. I went in to collect my free bottle of e juice and was told someone else claimed it. I asked how and all I was told was OOPS. Oops to me is not an explanation. I will be looking for a new store and I have heard that there is one that is supposed to be fantastic in Portland Texas. Sorry Monster Vape but you are losing a good customer and everyone I have referred to you will be leaving with me.

While the workers here are great and helpful the issue I have is lack of product. They carry very limited line of e-liquid. And when I have bought here in the past it has been inconsistent with the mixing. Much better off buying online and save some money, or going to another vape store that carries a wide range of e liquids.

This is my store of choice thus far, but I should preface that with the fact I havent been to any other locally. I started here because a co-worker recommended them. Anyway, the staff is always helpful and being greeted as you come into the store is not something that happens at many places anymore. While you may be able to order online for a cheaper price, they are not expensive and being able to ask questions and get answers before I buy is a plus for me. Will be back!

You get what you pay for. Yes, it is one of the highest priced places to get your juice from, but any juice Ive had from Monster Vape has been spot on. Nothing here is hit or miss as far as flavor. It simply comes down to whether you like it or not. The Italian Smooth is one of my all time fav vape flavors. Others may come close, but nothing is quite as good as it is

I love this place I have been buying my vape stuff since they opened the only thing I dont like is when you buy a new device that device is not going to stay in item for too long they come out with one device and its good for maybe a month or two then they come out with another device and then the other device you cannot find you no more just like the cell phones are always trying to make a new one and get rid of the old one but I love Monster Vape they have very good customer service

Walked in to try tropical flavors and to purchase e juice, they didnt have what i was looking for so i asked what other flavors they had and they basically showed me to the door as if they thought i was wasting their time. Not coming here again that was my first time there and it will be my last. Ill be at Vapor Vault where the nice guys are at, and you dont need to pay for samples there either.

Stopped by here today to see how this shop is. This is a shop for the naive or new vape users. Very overpriced (60ml twisted lemon goes for 30$ that’s the price of a 120ml), extremely limited in mods, atomizers (they only carry tanks) and juice (6-7 brands if that). Very nice employees though I was expecting more from the first vape shop that opened in Corpus.

Everyone is very informative and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is that there is not a wider variety of nicotine levels, I was slowly getting off nicotine by leveling down but when I got to six and wanted something lower the only thing they had was a 0. So I tried it but ended up buying cigarettes because it was to big of a jump. Not too happy with that considering I had quit back in March after 24 years of smoking. And now Im back smoking trying to find a new cape place that offers all nicotine levels. Its a shame because I love monster cape and the ppl there and now I get to start all over. Boo.

Staff was kind and very helpful, but i will say this, unless you cannot wait for the shipping and are in dire need of this store products, shop around... their items are over priced and i knew that going in (just needed my items asap). there are plenty of websites that have FAR better deals.

Overall good service but the staff accidentally sold me juice with way too high nicotine when I asked for a smaller dosage. I understand mistakes happen, but its made it virtually worthless to me now

The staff is nice, but all of the prices are too high. And compared to other liquids available online and even locally, these are some pretty terrible mixes. Lol for a beginner theyre fine Im sure, but honestly pretty bad compared to others.

I have been using electronic cigarettes since 2008. Up until recently, I was forced to purchase all my supplies online. Finding this store has taken a lot of stress out of vaping. The employees here are not only very knowledgeable about all of the hardware, even if they do not carry it, but also e-juice. This store has whatever you would want or need and is easily accessible from SPID. Please, come in and allow the employees to pamper you with gourmet coffee while you taste test their large variety of e-juices. Employees here have the patients of saints when it comes to answering your questions about all aspects of vaping. They also have accessories for your e-cigarettes. The prices here are comparable to what I would have to pay online, only I spend in gas instead of shipping/handling charges. This place is great!

Was there last week bough 3 vaporizers got a great deal thanks Monster Vape took me through all the steps to operate them...

Courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Also, Bar Whatever tends the vape kiosk in the mall. Very biased review ino. Sold me a starter kit for my gf at $100 and she couldnt even change the wick. Now thats a ripoff. Monster Vape sold her a startup kit at $80 that she still has.

This place is nice and clean inside, and service is always fast.

Went in for some juices, gave this one a shot because the customer service in thier San Antonio location wasnt great. Tried some flavors manager asked me what nic lever i was at, and found one i liked. Only then did she tell me that they dont have the level 3 im at. Only 6, then tried to sell me 2 bottles. No thanks. You should have told me that before i started to see if that was something i wanted to do.
