By far the worst customer service I’ve ever ran into from Verizon!!!! Upper management needs to look into their employees at this Location.No one wanted to work besides a new employee on his first day of work. He wanted to help but didn’t know what to do. The manager was absolutely no help he didn’t want to know my situation or anything. All I was trying to do was replace a car charger. He told me I had to go to a corporate store to get a car charger replaced.

Don’t use this store. The staff is useless. They don’t have full access to Verizon‘s accounts. Plus they’ll make you wait 1.5 hours before you find out they can’t help.

I ordered an LG V60 but didnt get the second screen, had to go online to order it. I had questions but the guy running it wouldnt answer my questions or let me in... i suggest you find a better place to go and not here

Went into the store when it first opened, the nice gentleman (manager) helped me transfer one phone to another with no charge to me. Just went back because of the great experience I had the first time around but now the man working this time wanted to charge me 35.00 to transfer phone to phone. Really ! This is because not a single person was in the store at the time and another employee outside standing around....he referred me to another location if I didnt want to be charged the 35.00. And all this time he never got up from his chair or stopped looking at his phone that he had in his hands. What a shame it probably would had taken him all of 5 minutes to do this for me........

I went into this store today with my phone that had just broke on me yesterday... I couldnt do anything with my phone ... And I thought for sure that I would have to go buy a new one... I was headed inside the Wal Mart when I saw the Verizon store... I go in talk to a man and tell him what happened.... And I dont know what he did but before I knew it this super man had my phone on and working... Hes like the most amazing man on the face of the planet to me right now... He saved my phone and made my day... I will definitely keep going back to this store for everything... Thanks again to the Rock Star who saved the day

I came in to buy a liquid glass cover and left with a brand new phone and a tablet. This guys know exactly what they are doing and it’s amazing how much patience they have towards their customer. Would definitely come back to this store, very thankful for the great customer service.

Our salesman today was awesome. He helped me with my iPhone to set up google and gmail. He spent a lot of time with my friend setting up mail etc on her android and sold her a new tablet and set that up.Don’t know when I have ever had this kind of assistance! He was so knowledgeable! Thank you for all your help!!!

First impression,the store is very clean and tidy AND There was no long lines. I upgraded my device and got a few accessories. The sales experts are Knowledgeable and professional people. This is a new store so I’m going to tell all the guys at the base to come and get their discount. These guys did GREAT!

Daniel and his team were so helpful! The main corporate store and verizon online would not help us with our needs but this store went above and beyond for us! We ended up buying an iPhone X and Google Pixel 3 from them. They really took the time to make sure everything transferred over from each phone. I could not ask for better customer service!

Just went in to pay a bill and the lady who helped me was very sweet ! Unfortunately the girl sitting in the desk near the window was so unprofessional I had to stop the girl who was helping me and told her I had to leave . I was going to upgrade my phones but the girl near the window made me so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of the store ! She was obviously fighting with someone on the phone and was cussing up a storm ! Unfortunately I will not be back to this store because of that ! I will just wait till u get home to upgrade !
