My mothers o2 consintrator sroppef working late Saturday night called early sunday and they were out by 1030 am this happened after hurricane harvey wr were in Austin they came out by 930 am with out any problems at all great job keep it up

They CALL us to drum up business. and AHP is constantly shipping the wrong parts. Since my Mother-in-law has been using the same CPAP for over 10 years, you would AHP would keep records, but NO, they ship the parts for a different CPAP machine. Wish the government would penalize them for an incorrect order like they do hospitals that get low consumer ratings. NOTE: The do not post their hours of operation AND their online complaint / comment survey does not work. If I could find another approved source, I would love to never talk to them again.

Called multiple times about an order that was placed for me and everytime I called about it, they said that it would be delivered the next day. This was a lie told to me 3 times. At this point I am pissed.
