Great teamwork! The Delivery Technician contacted me every step of the way to ensure the Oxygen was delivered to the home prior to discharge. He was very professional, courteous, and explained the use of the oxygen therapy thoroughly. We have been able to get oxygen supplies and oxygen refills in a timely manner at the office with no delay. I would recommend Lincare to family and friends.

I recently had to get some medical equipment for me and my mother my first experience was with Liz she was very patient with me and answered all my questions and I had a lot. Erica in the office always helps me when I have billing questions or need to order supplies. A big shout out to delivery tech Juan Alonzo had to get a walker for my mother and he was very helpful in explaining how it works and the easiest way to transport it in my vehicle. Rick Benavides was a big help to get my mother a light weight wheelchair during covid local office did not have one and he was able to locate one from another location and had it delivered my mother and I have had GREAT experiences from the whole staff!

I just wanna say Lincare Corpus Christi has gone above and beyond there duties, helping me during my Illness with COVID. They were courteous and very profesional with weekly phone calls to check and see if I needed supplies or Oxygen

My experience with Lincare was amazing. The center manager personally called me and made sure I had the right equipment ready for my mother when she had to come home and recover from COVID-19. We received the equipment in a timely matter. So special thanks to the Lincare team.

Former employeeWorked at Lincare for several years in CC loved my boss Erin. She was amazing to have as a mentor. Of course just like any other job it has its ups and downs but Erin and my coworkers were always there to help each other..it was hard for me to leave but Im still friends with them and I couldnt be happier with my experience.

STAFF AND BUSINESS ARE HORRIBLE!!! I have called several times and the rudeness Ive experienced is the worst. Not willing to help and constantly shifting from person to person just to be told that my paperwork wasnt received. After 6 months of trying to get replacement supplies I gave up. My doctors record keeper and I are now good friends after having them send the forms 27 times. Im not sure how they are even in business still! Its amazing! Its almost like they dont want customers! Do yourself a favor and avoid them!

I have only been using the CPAP machine for a month. I am self pay and spent nearly a thousand dollars on the equipment. I tried to get Liz on the phone, but she had the day off. After using it for about a month, I have questions and need to see her with my machine. I was told it would cost me 75.00 to get my questions answered. Unbelievable. Such bad customer service.

Slow and unresponsive. Phone number is to a national call center. Waited an extra 3 days to be discharged due to hospital requiring the company to produce equipment prior to release. Terrible company.

We are self pay ( bc it’s less expensive than insurance for this service with our insurance). The lady who answered the phone told us we needed 3 pieces of documentation from our dr. Evidently, we don’t actually need all the paperwork bc we’re self pay. So... we could have picked up the device Friday. Instead, here we are on Tuesday, still needing O2 and I’m sure they’re closed bc of the freeze. All of this could have been avoided if she was helpful and honest.

All I have to say is the reviews were absolutely right. We canceled with them and they picked up the machine and I got a notification from my bank account where they pulled out another payment after everything was canceled and picked up. And I ask the lady plenty of times Im not going to get charged like everyone else has stated. And she kept saying no..well guess what I was charged for another month for a machine they picked up from my dad cause it was cheaper to buy one then to pay monthly for one. Stay away from this crooked company that takes your money without telling or notifying you cause right now there fixing to deal with theft charges and there is plenty of others that have had this done to monthly.

My experience with Lincare, CC, has been exceptional! Would recommend a personal visit to their office to introduce yourself. The interaction between the sleep center, my NP, and Lincare went smoothly. The training on the CPAP machine and mask fitting process, by a very knowledgeable and professional CRT, (Liz) could not have gone better! Job well done!

Extremely unhappy with how this company provides service. I been waiting for CPAD supplies since 8/16/20 and called on 9/16/20 to check on the status of the supplies and was told that the supplies were in back order but never got shipped and they will have to submit the order again. Then on 9/22/20 I call again to confirm if supplies were shipped but the employee was not able to confirm shipment, she only said that looks like the supplies were shipped but not able to confirm.

Ive been on CPAP for more than a decade and recently had another sleep study. Ive used Lincare for supplies for my current machine for more than a seven years. I need a new machine and my doctor signed the orders a month ago.The doctors nurse and I have each called to get my new machine, and Lincare wont call back. I guess they dont need the business and obviously dont care about their customers.I dont know if theres any alternatives, but Ill be looking around Corpus Christi. Ill even drive to San Antonio if I need to so I can get my new machine.

Nothing but trouble. Cant deliver to the right address, and now has used my CC info to run a charge I never okayed, or was informed of and Im not even the patient. The patient went without delivery of food for a Month! Problem after problem after problem. Horrid company.

I hate to even give them 1 star. We waited a month for my husbands CPAP machine. We called countless times, always got the run around. They said they would investigate and call back as to the holdup. Never got one call back! Ever! The face mask does not fit will (my husband has a small head and nose), They have no choices in sizes or fit. Would not recommend this company.

Waiting 5 days for lincare to supply breathing equipment. Turns out, although they had referrals for machine, they wouldn’t deliver unless they could also get prescription. After 5 phones each explaining I already had they finally agreed to sell rent me a machine for a 20.00 copay on a machine that sells for 38.00 on amazon. Yes I bought the machine on amazon instead of using their service. Only once in all my contacts did they every return a phone call and that was to let me know how much I would have to pay. Customer care or satisfaction is NOT their motivation. Only profit. Machine cost to rent $20.00 and to purchase nebuliser at lincare with insurance $68.00. Machine cost on Amazon $38.22 and own it outright. Filed my own insurance.

I am a nurse for a home health company, even after the doctor completed the order and the required face to face, and faxed it to them, they had no one who could review the paperwork and approve delivery of oxygen at 3pm on Friday. I was told it would not be reviewed until Monday.We have been working on getting oxygen for this patient over a week.Horrible service. Will never call them again
