If there was a negative number or zero, then I would use it. Customer service is horrible. Needed medical equipment post major surgery. Was discharged from hospital, equipment not delivered at home as stated. I called customer service and was told insurance policy number not working. My issue is, instead of reaching out to the customer, they do nothing and expect a person coming out of major surgery to resolve the issue. On top of that, after getting them the correct policy number, and thinking the matter is resolved, the equipment is coming, I learn that one has to sign a service agreement. (Never addressed or discussed as a condition precedent to having the equipment shipped). Customer service says sending you the agreement right now. Never came and have to call back; turns out the first rep never sent the agreement. So here it is days after discharged from the hospital and equipment not here. Medical providers, my suggestion is to not use this business, it will reflect poorly on your business.

Ordered walker for a right hip replacement, it never came. Call Apria Healthcare they have script and new new promise date given but, not met again. Called again, and Apria Healthcare have the prescription but a canceled order. I learned how to walk on my own in four days, had no choice. If your insurance uses Apria Healthcare Company. Pruchase it your self on the interweb or local vendor like Economy Medical Equipment next to Altex on McArdle & Airline ask for Gabby.

This company is very unprofessional, they don’t have enough staff, they don’t show when the said, poor service for something that important like oxygen for patients. The board of home health should audit, they are not In compliance.

I really like Apria. I had Apria in Miami and when I moved to Corpus Christi I kept the same company. I actually brought my equipment with me for the trip and was able to transfer it over to here. Everything has gone well. They brought me a new machine promptly when the old one stopped working. They have always been helpful, professional, and helped me get things accomplished. I am happy with this company. I dont like speaking to people overseas but if you ask to speak to an American you can by pass all of that-- something I learned. Also you can reorder CPAP supplies online and its very easy-- they will send you everything your are eligible for. It is a very easy process. Good experiences so far.

Absolutely the worse to deal with. I know there is documentation they need to get oxygen out to someone, but, after all the hoops are jumped through they still come up with one more thing after another. They need to find a way to streamline their process. I suggest that ALL information needed is sent to ordering physician so it can be taken care at one time.Right now I have one patient that needs oxygen that was ordered at her hospital discharge over 2 weeks ago.I dont even want to give them one star

My wife has had nothing but trouble with this incompetent bunch of so-called professionals. To top it off, the specialist only sees people on Friday. My wide scheduled an appt. Then, on Friday they called to move it back a couple of hours because they didnt realize the therapist took lunch then. My wife is still waiting 45 minutes after her rescheduled time. Avoid this outfit if at all possible.

Told the hospital the required walker w needed to be discharged after spinal fusion would be delivered to my house that day. Five days later with me calling every day the walker shows up with an excuse of it was out if stock. Today they called me and said that bwas being sent to collections for not paying the bill after my insurance declined it. They had the wrong insurance company, none of them spoke English and they couldnt care less about the people. It is all about the dollars. Very unprofessional. Never will I use them again.

This place is very unprofessional, no greeting when you approach them. They just look at you like you are bothering them and if you place a concern or complaint, instead of trying to come up with a solution, they will talk to you in a confrontational manner. No help at all. Leadership? Customer satisfaction? ...I took my business to competitor and was treated very well.

This place is a joke. First time I called I waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally had to hang up, second time it took 32 minutes before somebody actually answered, it made me wish this person never picked up. I had to spell my name 3 times and tell him my zip code 4 times and he still couldn’t understand it. I asked him what country I’m calling to but he wouldn’t say. He had a very thick accent and when he asked to spell my name the fourth time I asked if he was kidding. I finally had to tell him I give up, I’ll be dead before I get my medical equipment just by dealing with him.

This is the worst company ive ever used. If you call their number you get someone in the Philippines. They pick up equipment and corporate offices dont know so obviously no communication between local and corporate. Dont make the same mistake i did

I have had the worse service. As I placed a call to follow up on my DME supply the rep advised me the order was received but the person who filed it, filed the order in another patients file. I had to callMy insurance carrier to have them refactor the authorization. Rep advised me I should receive my supply that evening. As I followed up on my supply the new rep stated they have nothing under my name. So from having an incomplete order to nothing I was blown. I spoke with a supervisor I want to say his name is Michael G. He stated it would take them another 7-10 days to process on there end. What is the point to request a DME at this point? My insurance carrier had already authorized it. I have work in healthcare for 15 yrs and I have requested DME for patient s and I have never experienced something like this. I called another DME Company and they delivered the DME that same day with out any hesitation. Thank you for your non service Apria. If you continue to provide this type of service you will not be around to long. Healthcare has a lot of competition out there that is willing to provide amazing service to needy patients of the supplies

Never showed up and when i called I called I was on hold for a long time then I was cut off without getting to talk to anyone.
