The staff, Linda and Melissa, are great to deal with and are very helpful. The premises is kept very clean. Security it pretty tight here. Access is controlled through a gate, there is continuous video monitoring of the premises, the units are also individually alarmed, and there are people living on-site. Basically, your stuff is safer here than at a regular storage unit without these security measures. Prices are very reasonable. All-in-all, a great place to get a storage unit.

I loved my experience of using this storage facility! It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and aware (they will notify you if you don’t lock up correctly) it was also very easy to make payments! I also never had any issues with anything that I had stored everything was in great condition when I took it out! I highly recommend using this facility!

Very friendly and professional people! Had a unit for about 3 months and it was very spacious and clean, the security gate is a nice feature and they also have one rental uhaul unit that is free for people who have storage! I wish uhaul would give them another one, but other than that this place is excelllent!

Its a good place to store your things. They have a good selection of different size storage units. It is fenced in with a personalized entry code for the security gate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a good, secure place to store their personal belongings.

Linda is great! Shes always been so sincere and welcoming any time Ive encountered her. This facility has individual door alarms on all of the units as well as cameras so that really makes you feel like your items are safe and secure. Great over-all experience.

Their website never works properly and they are far too expensive. I had a storage unit in Houston of the same size for half the price. It was also on the second floor and inside a building and climate controlled.This is Corpus and your prices should reflect that. I have found a much cheaper unit of the same size and will be moving out as soon as I can afford to rent a truck and if any of my stuff is damaged I will sue

Great safe place to store belongings. I accidentally forgot to lock the door on the unit and I was notified and they kept an eye on the storage unit until I was able to go and lock the unit properly.. thank you very much!

Great! Great! Great! The cleanliness and the environment made me feel very comfortable. Linda Cerda was great and provided me with all the information that I needed. I would definitely recommend The Storage Place on Weber Rd. To every person I know.

I have been happy with the quality of the storage units. They are very competent at raising the price every year and giving you email notice of that price increase. They also are very quick to send emails and voice messages when you are one day past due.YET, when they make a change of online payment processing, they forget how to communicate with their customers to let them know that they have to set up new accounts. At this time when online fraud is rampant, this leaves your customers feeling vulnerable and confused.

This business is terrible. I had to store furniture for 17 months in this place. They raised my rate three times during that period, and alerted me via email about the rate change with no option to keep it from going up.I had the payment on an auto draft and every payment went through with the exception of one. I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card and my account was canceled. I waited over a week for a new card/acct number. The Storage Place charged me two late fees (during the canceled period) and would only waive one.When I moved my stuff out, there was rat/mouse feces and urine on 50% or more of my belongings. Several fabric items were ruined, two chairs have permanent damage and two items were chewed into. They would not offer any compensation for the mess and denied knowledge of a rodent problem (despite there being rat traps all over the property).This place sucks and I would’ve been better off in a non climate controlled unit. Go ANYWHERE but here!

The staff at The Storage Place was extremely friendly and professional. I was moving and preoccupied with a dozen other tasks, but they followed up with me to ensure my unit was reserved. I never had a problem getting into or leaving the gate. The units were clean and maintained. I made my payments online which was convenient. All in all, exactly what I was looking for in a storage.

Linda is AMAZING! The facility is always clean and very secure. each unit has their very own door alarm and I have peace of mind when Im away or out of town. The staff goes all out to make their customers feel comfortable. They have all sizes from small to large, rentable p.o. boxes, parking space storage, and packing supplies. its a one stop shop. I love it!

Horrible service. Was told to give them 10 days notice of moving out. Yet still have to pay for a full month. Lost everything in the hurricane and this is the only place that had some of my personal stuff.

Apparently Friday and Monday are weekend days to this business. I was trying to rent long term and this company was going to charge a considerably higher amount if I came in to rent tomorrow as opposed to today. Wow.
