After a huge hassel dealing with 2 broken trucks and bassicly being stranded in town with no ride or help from uhaul i was Fairley frustrated. But now things have gone missing out of the truck while at the location!!! Dont ever use these people they bassicly laughed at me when confronted about the missing items.

Do not rent from them. Made reservation and received confirmation only to be told right before rental that they didn’t have any vehicles. Was told them make reservations but if they don’t fill them, it’s basically your tough luck.

First and last time i will ever rent from this place,, desk guy tried to charge me for damages i didnt do, showed me a picture from truck telling me that damage was not there last time they clean it.We went inside and gave me the manager cell to call her and to what i never got her to answer my calls, after confronting this dude he tell me is a picture from last year and that he will not allow me to take a picture of that picture, why because they are making pay for damages somebody else did to the trucks. I drove that truck and i know no damages were made by me!

Reserved a car dolly. Drove 45 minutes to get it. Waited 20 min just to find out if I wanted one I had to drive another 15 min across town.

They need to get there stuff together they send me to 2 different locations and they still had wrong I still pay more then what they said the app made it harder

They still had my wifes email on her nephews account. Thought we were being charged for a rental he made. They need to verify email each time someone rents something.

The owner was extremely helpful. She helped me out soo much. Her worker was also extremely helpful as well. I just got a new puppy and they let me have him inside with me as we where doing all the paper work. The place is nice, clean and very organized. All the workers show they care and are always willing to assist. Next time you’re moving or need to rent a storage unit. Go here !!!!

Uhaul is always a mess. Messed up our reservation and then went for the old extra charge routine at the end. And I keep going back..

Picked up a trailer for a one-way to San Antonio. Guy running the place was great, and really made sure I was hooked up properly and safely. Rates were good too.

Purchased a propane tank and had it filled here. Quick and easy.

The experience could not have been better. Natalia was so nice and friendly as well as very knowledgeable. She met me in the lot, stopped what she was doing and took me straight inside to get me set up. They had my trailer out and waiting to hook me up. The guys in the lot outside were also a huge help and super friendly. USE THIS PLACE!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed an adapter for the trailer I was renting and it was great to know they had the part I needed at that location. They also told me when I made the reservation that I would need the adapter just in case I had one or wanted the option to buy one somewhere else. I will definitely go back if I need to rent again.

To begin our experience at this location, we walked into the main office to find no one at the counter or inside the store at all. So, we waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come in but no one did even though we were seen by employees outside. I had to go back outside to get someone to help us. The person that did help us was not familiar with the system so he had to get another employee to help him. This employee was very rude to other employee, slapping his hand away from the mouse and belittling the employee. We finally got the keys to the truck and were ready to leave. I got in the truck to find that it smelled of body odor very bad. Also, after driving for a few minutes I found that the A/C barely worked and would completely quit working if I got on the gas. The trucks alignment was also way off and probably had some very worn steering components because it would pull very bad with anu bump in the road. I was constantly making adjustments just to stay in my lane. Could be very dangerous for someone that has never driven a large truck before. Very dissatisfied and will probably never use U-haul again.

Affordable, convenient and great service. I refill my propane tanks here and havent had a problem.

Staff was good. Truck was too short to stand, truck had no ramp,and why does mileage go up on weekends and shouldnt you know that when you reserve it. .69to.99

Ruben was super awesome and knowledgable at his job!!!! He helped me fill my propane tanki in no time! He was very excited to work wearing his certifiacation tag so we felt comfortable with him and the service he was about to provide! Will be returning for propane fill ups if Uhual keeps its employees at Rubens excellent standard!

Milo was very helpful, but for some reason way too many people just hang out outside and inside. Dont trust leaving my vehicle outside unattended for more than a few seconds so I find myself running back and forth.

Homeless guy lives in front of the door I have to use to access my space. Reeks of urine and staff blares their music during the day. Extremely hot and stuffy inside.

Clean vehicles

The staff had always been so very helpful and nice whenever I have needed them . They had a problem of the homeless hanging around the property but they were already finding solutions to fix the problem.
