Clean, fair prices, and stocked

Went to get dog food. Shelf said 11.99. It rang up 14.99. Cashier sent someone to do a price check and came back and said “Yep, 14.99” so I said fine and he rung me up. I went back to the shelf and made sure it was the right item. And yes it was and the shelf said 11.99. I took my receipt up to the front and waited in line again. Just for the “manager” to come up and give me my 3 dollars back without saying a word. Cashier was “Braden” and he acted like a child and didn’t seem well versed in customer service period. I am a long time customer and will not be returning to this location. Especially because you can’t hire anyone with a personality.

Was surprisingly disappointed with the customer service I received here. Although there was a bagger at the end of the line, he did not offer to help me with my groceries, and I was with two small kids. I dont mind putting my groceries away, but I had to bring the cart all the way back to the building while my kids waited for me in the car. This broke my heart, I really expected better from Brookshires.

Little older store...little more costly....little less selection....
