I love H.E.B. but it is always crowded. I wish the self checkouts were more than 10 items! The last time I did grocery pick up, I waited for 30 minutes. I finally called and they said my text never showed up. Finally I get my groceries, no, I am sorry, girl just shrugged her shoulders and said you didnt show up on the board. I will give them another try because I like their products and prices.

It is a grocery store, and the people who work here are friendly. I have been shopping here for a year mainly because there is no other store options and I am genuinely surprised by the lack of plant based food options that are available. There is 1 cheese option, a few frozen meat options, and literally 0 dairy free dessert options. Ive talked to the dairy manager but nothing has changed. Over the year that I have shopped they have actually taken away some of the plant based food options which is crazy. Waxahachie store is well stocked with many plant based options but it is much further away. I hope whoever is in charge well catch up with the times of new/healthier diet options. They didnt have oat milk when we first started shopping here and now they have it well stocked; probably because people are buying a ton of it and people want other options.

Very small store with not a lot of choices. Staff is great and helpful anytime I have had a question. I have noticed that some of the meat and other items are cheaper than the big warehouse stores. Selection is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Wish the store was bigger.

Bought 40#s of mudbugs for a family get together and they split a 30# bag to get the extra 10# for us. The guy just took care of us the whole time. Super friendly!! Price was awesome as well!! Definitely will be back!

This store seems to be always clean and has a lot of stuff inside, having said that the store is an example of too much under one roof. The isle are extremely narrow when the store is at peak business hours. Sometimes it is very hard to get around. I still go there once in a while.

Experienced bad customer service from Jared this evening. He was very rude, disrespectful and talked down to me. There are many wonderful staff there but one bad apple can change the whole experience.

When visiting Corsicana in the past, Ive shopped here and it was decent. Recently I tried to order something from the floral department and could not get anyone to return my call. I left messages, which were not followed up with. Im really disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I like H-E-B and all but one thing I disagree with is their curbside pickup... prior to COVID all time slots were free... during COVID they charged for same day, next day and a couple days out.. then the time slots were free again if scheduledabouta week out... NOW after the heavy COVID lock downs ALL time slots are free again, at least they were when I last looked!When I spoke to the store manager about it their pitiful excuse was that people will pay to get their groceries, my reply to them was so what about the new mom that runs out of something and needs it NOW but cannot afford to pay that extra fee? No worthy response was ever given to me about this disgraceful business practice

Yall my ❤ was exploding at HEB Corsicana...I have never been to another state that people are so compassionate for others! HEB got a truck today and had all the essentials and you know what no mass chaos, people taking one and passing one type of help. Water, milk, fruits, bread, there wasnt stuff scattered or arguing nobody trying to over-buy. Helping unload eachothers carts- just good decent human beings! The staff was going above and beyond I bet 50 minimum employees giving their all and all with a smile! Outstanding selection of tropical fruit, some I have not seen since I was in South America earlier this year. A big plus was that it was still reasonably priced! Also love their meal coupon special. Buy two packages of tamales $5.99 each and get four items free! The free items totaled more than one of the packages of tamales! Now thats a deal!

HEB is a really great place to buy meat...Very large variety to choose from. Store is always clean. Has plenty of a selection and is normally easy to find items and selections.However, some of the canned items and a few other Isles are a bit hard to find product.This store was hit hard daily during the 1st quarter of this COVID-19 Pandemic, depleting lots of its inventory. And is still a popular place to shop, very busy place.Consequently, some items remain slim to no stock.On a more positive note, this store runs adds where you buy an item and get like 4-5 items free. Also there in store brands Hill Country Fare and HEB brand products are really good and better priced. Give them a try...guarantee youll keep buying them. Once you see how good of a bargain, youll be looking at your usual bought brand products, to find their in house brands to replace them.They have friendly staff, a nice service center for money orders, stamps and other business needs, fast checkers and several speedy self checking stations for cash only or card only service, if your in a hurry and dont mind handling your own groceries and your own scanning of said groceries.Parking is a bit of a challenge during lunch hours and right after work hours.They have other curbside accommodations for alternate style grocery shopping.They also have a fuel center with low competitive prices on fuel and products, as well as tobacco, pips, snacks and candies.Stop in and give this nice store a try.

I brought a lot of stuff and asked for a carry out. Their was two young woman talking and laughing and I asked about the carry out. I got down to two bags and a young man with beautiful hair unfortunately I didnt ask for name. But he helped me. So Im very disappointed that the young ladies didnt send anyone. I feel when your at work you should be working. Thats just my opinion.you can about movies boys or whatever else. On your designated break. My experience was down right HORRIBLE!!!!

It was not exactly what I was expecting for an H-E-B but it was decent for the area.

Before moving to Texas i had never been to an HEB before. In January I moved into corsicana and with my prior disdain for Chinamart I immediately looked for an alternative grocery store and HEB is close by my home and conveniently located, so of course I decided to designate this spot as my go to place.My experience has always been fantastic here. It has an amazing array of selections. My favorite is the pre-cut fresh fruit. Also they have a wonderful little sushi stall here that has excellent sushi, sashimi, spring rolls and pot stickers. This location is always very clean and anytime i am here, I see staff cleaning constantly. Staff are overall respectful and diligent. The only area i notice staff slipping is at self checkout. Sometimes there are younger girls who wont engage with me in any way, as I 30 year old man, I can respect that and I dont hold it against them. I tend to only use self checkout and again its always clean and even in current times it feels safe and open environment. I dont feel like Im in an episode of the twilight Zone when Im here at HEB. they will not force or engage with you about masks. And staff are always wearing them. To recap: quality products; wide variety; Clean; safe; friendly open environment; helpful staff; convenient! I highly recommend!

They have great discounts at the pharmacy and a great selection of beer. They are always busy though so be prepared to wait in line if you have a lot of groceries.

I generally like HEB. This is not the greatest store, though. The curbside service is prompt, but its a safe bet that I will get home and something that I needed for a meal is not in the bags. Or something in the bag is either outdated, or close to it. The 4 pack of yogurt that expired the next day, was the worst. Or in the case of the salad kit- the date was 5 days away from being out of date, but something was wrong with the lettuce--it was red/brown, as in very old. Its never worth the drive to go back and get a replacement, and they wont refund/replace anything unless you bring it back--and a photo wont do you any good either-- so am generally stuck. I take every opportunity to shop somewhere else when traveling, so that I dont have to deal with the spotty service at this store.The employees are usually pretty nice.

Not sure whats happening with this store but they are having HUGE issues stocking products. This is especially a problem with online pickup orders. I place my orders several days in advance so any good grocery manager should know in advance whats needed. Yet for the last 3 weeks Ive had to go grocery shopping after picking up my order because they dont have half the items in stock. Switching to Walmart which is unfortunate because they arent much better.
