Had a pleasant time looking at items that for the past year could only be viewed online. I purchased great diffuser . . . Something you have to do in person to get the scent effect. Online descriptions work for clothing not so much for fragrance!

My first time ever going into the store and this REALLY wonderful and insanely knowledgeable employee (I believe his name was Joshua but I know his name started with a J) helped me. He knows the products in that store so well, especially skincare, down to the ingredients it’s made with and what they do. He would ask me questions to really make sure he was recommending the right product for me.If your like me and you usually feel intimidated of going into beauty stores I highly recommend going to this store, all of the employees were really kind and helpful.

I was there a couple weeks ago. Its a good size store with an abundance in variety. Everyone was very kind. Clarissa was extra kind she helped me pick out some good stuff. She was also very knowledgeable and explained things very well.

O’Neil went to the ends of the earth to help me find two Magic Marc’er eyeliners from Marc Jacob, yesterday evening. I couldn’t remember the exact name of them, so he suggested I look in my purchase history. Great idea! He then looked in a couple of drawers and in the back room to find exactly what I needed. Next, he showed me a few other products that will make great stocking stuffers. Bravo, Bravissimo! Who knew that a guy could be so knowledgeable about makeup? O’Neil is a total gem.

I got an email stating a Fresh item was now in store. I go to get it and NO ONE knew what I was talking abt. Disappointing, but I still like the store

This Sephora is A W E S O M E !!!!Best Sephora I have honestly been to!The employees are so sweet and helpful and you can tell that they actually care about their job.

I went to this store a little over a year ago and have not returned, by all means I have been meaning to write this review... So i come into the store after work not looking my best but not that should matter. So when I walk there is probably one other customer but for some reason all the employees have there eyes on me but oddly enough knowone greets me with a welcome in or Hello so I go about my business and continue shopping so I think since everyones eyes are on me why dont I ask for some help... so I ask a young women who seems to be very patient throughout the process. Happy with the items she then ask me if there was anything else I was looking for. I reply no and start to head up to the register so without thinking about I then ask for the Item to check out she replies with “I can walk them up to the register for you” what confuses me is that out of all the Sephora stores I have been to this so happens to be the first time I had offer to walk my Items up to the register and actually decline to give me the Items. Normally I would have just walked away and went to grab Items my self but I felt so racially profiled I didnt even know how to act. So when we get to the register the cashier is actually the only one who seems to understand my controversy so she apologizes on behalf of her co worker without even asking. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life nor have I ever experienced what seems to be racial profiling and believe it or not this situation is one the has haunted me ever since

My daughters and I were delighted to find the new Sephora store in Corte Madera Town Center last Christmas. The four of us make an annual pilgrimage together to enjoy the pleasures that can only be found at a Sephora. We like the helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff and the high quality make up and goos available at every Sephora. Sephora is generous with samples which is how we found CEO moisturizer by Sunday Riley. This stuff is amazing and smells lovely.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, dont waste ur time where people racially profile, and are rude and petty. My two P.O.C friend were followed throughout the store and followed to the exit to make sure they weren’t stealing. I myself was asked to stay up front so they could check the cameras to see if I stole when they had no reason to. Go to the one in Novato at least they treat u with respect.
