Dr. Freeman is very thorough, professional and patient. She thinks through options and works to find you the best solution. Staff is always kind and patient.

Update - Dr Freeman is truly gifted at getting the right fit for difficult contact lenses. After my last visit to her, I had cataract surgery and one eye has never been quite comfortable since. Until these new lenses. Such a joy to be able to see without one eye getting tired. Thank you so much!:)Fast, efficient, and really great results! I called to get an idea of current prices to be fitted for contact lenses. The receptionist was so nice I made a next day appt on the spot. Dr Freeman did the exam and was very easy to work with. The lenses I need came in this morning, Dr Freeman checked them on me this afternoon, and I go back in two days to make sure everything is OK.The lenses are amazing, even with a slight astigmatism. So much more comfortable than my glasses. I am so happy that receptionist answered the phone, and I am even more happy Dr Freeman works in this office.

I ordered my contact lenses in March before the SIP and have called several times for the status of my paid order, and each time I told they are being shipped, ordered and they dont know where there. But today was different, I was told by Bruce it would there whenever they get there. Customer service is not to high on his list. I will not use their service again nor would I recommend them.

The optometrist, Dr Freeman, is terrific! She patiently and thoroughly answered my questions about the eye examination eye health. She explained things very well, addressed all of my concerns, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend.

I went here and the staff could not have been less helpful. They simply refused to any answer questions about insurance. So I went to Eye Carumba in the city where they actually had this thing called service.

Ive been going here for years. I cant say enough about the Drs. there. Also, its not expensive.

Claimed to be booked. 3 employees all sitting around. No one else was there. Would not bother coming here.

Horrible customer service experience. Will take my glasses business elsewhere. Staff should wear clothing that actually fits.
