Great store! Went in to get glasses nose pads replaced... worn out and dangling on glasses.. Waited 6 minutes and asked how much do I owe you and LensCrafters told me no charge !! Great Customer service! Guess were I am going when I need new glasses!!

Needed Rx sunglasses in a hurry. I called in and they held lenses for me until I got there. My sales person and the technician helped me choose frames that would work best with my rather large correction. AND they had them ready for me exactly when I needed them, which was a big rush. Thank you!!

I’ve had great customer service at Corte Madera and San Rafael.

I am a Lenscrafters costumer for over 20 years. Since I moved near Corte Madeira I set up a appointment for me and my wife to replace the prescription glasses there!My wifes its a special order 7-10 days they said it took about 15!My first impression wasnt that good because we bought 2 pairs of glasses with exams and were entitled to a discount! The person helping us did not know!!!about $1000 after discounted. !!!THE MANAGER MICHAEL HERNANDES came on board and clarified the situation!Very professional and knowledgeable!!He knows the business!!!my wifes glasses its very high prescription (-15).She was only using her contact lenses.She could wear the contact the whole day!!With all the inconvenient of the glasses delay MICHAEL ONCE AGAIN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!He credit back to my debit card my wifes glasses!!He is a manager of the store and thanks to his work Ill be back for a back up glasses!!Ill look for Mike!!!He is a good apple!!!

Absolute incompetence, chaos: Do not give them the business. Had an eye exam and picked a Ray Ban frame for an advertised package - frame should have come in in a few days - two weeks go by, I call and they say no sign of it, well keep an eye out for it. Now a month out and I call and no record in my account of it being ordered. There is no one in charge I would not trust them with taking proper lens measurements either. Complete chaos. Do not trust them. In this day and age I could have ordered the frames myself and had them in two days! WTAF,?

Scheduled me for an appt for contacts training and they dont even have a Dr on the day of appt ...waste of time! Smh

This store seems to be lacking a manager. The employees work in an unmanaged chaos. Paperwork lost, delays on glasses, etc. Apparently the only think you can get in about an hour is a very basic lens. Everything else takes days or weeks.

This has been a horrible experience so far. I ripped a lens and so went into corte madera to get a replacement. They called my regular lenscrafters office in Ventura and found out it had been over a year since ive had an exam. So required one. This took a couple of days meanwhile im half blind, being a -5. Well i got into a nice pair of new samples and then had to return to ventura. No problem, its a A BIG FRANCHISE so Ventura should be able to pick up the work where Corte Madera left off right? Absolutely completely wrong! First of all Dr. NG in CM lied on the phone when she said she would fax them my information and all would be well the next day this was approximately five days ago. Ive been into the Ventura office four times now and been told various things. I lost one of my samples and then another. Ive been running around blind and have had very extremely important business. Both Ventura and this office are in a word rude. They just dont seem to care about anything. Are beyond by the book and seem to be striving to make my life miserable. Ive had personal care physician type doctors that are much better than this chain franchise. Right now after all of the business Ive given them and all of the money Im left with basically the choice of starting over with a regular doctor and thats what Im going to have to do apparently unless they call me and make this right at which time I will change my star rating.

Bought a new Oakley frame (works well) but the lenses (produced in store) were made too fast and too sloppy so they dont look identical.

Paid to express contact lenses and they still havent arrived 9 days later
