Worst custumer service Ive had in a Family Dollar! If I could give them a -0 I would! I like doing my shopping at Family Dollar for cleaning products and tissues. I accidentally bought Arm & Hammer carpet order eliminator, instead of carpet form cleaner. Took it back with my receipt. The manager stated, it could have been open and used, would not even let me exchange it! She made me feel as though I was a liar and a thief in front of the other customers.. With that kind of customer service, they want survive the pandemic!

If I could give less than one star, I would, I went in at 7:30 in the evening, doors were open, and people were awkwardly waiting in the very small room between the first set of doors and the second set of doors, I walked through both sets of doors and went to do my shopping, I was stopped about 15 feet inside by an extremely rude employee who informed me, and I quote, you need to get out and wait in line with everyone else.. Im going to Lodge a formal complaint against both the rude employee and the shift manager, this type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, I will not be returning to this store until I am assured by the regional manager that this type of thing will not happen again.

I very rarely leave a bad review. Sometime people have bad days and I understand that. That being said, every single time I go in there I leave thinking I would have received much better customer service elsewhere. I contacted the home office, hopefully it will be improved.

Always out of stock, Freight all over the floors that its hard to get down the aisles, out date products of food items. Look how stale this muffin is it wont even give. This is NOT the 1st time it has happened.

You can not get to the toilet paper the boxes where thrown over the shelf. I don’t see how they sell anything when every time I go in there there so much stuff in the isle in boxes blocking stuff on shelf’s. All 4 employee where at the front not working.

Witnessed an argument between Esther and a customer. Esther was not professional

The employees work hard to make sure new items are available and discount items no longer in season. Thank you family Dollar employees for your hard work and great attitudes.

They deny use of the restrooms to paying customers. One employee walked my buddy straight to one, the older lady at the front refused and said they won’t let anyone use them.

Dont bother on putting an application here. The hiring manager is stupid. He recently hire someone who is currently out of the state which is against family dollar policies. I feel sorry for the other applications that was qualified.

The isles are cluttered and the staff is not very happy. I will not be going back to their location.

I like shopping there. Maybe its a little bit less cost than Walmart.
