I bought a lifetime alignment up in Portland after I lifted my vehicle. When I moved here this shop refused to honor my lifetime alignment because it was lifted, despite it being lifted prior to me purchasing the lifetime alignment. They told me Id need to repurchase it from them.

Terrible service all around. Do not recommend. Probably never likely to visit another Firestone due to this experience. First an appointment was set online. Apparently that means nothing to this company since when I arrived they said they didnt have availability to work on the car. Then the worker puts in the order for the tires (apparently they werent even ordered or in stock). He says they will call the next day when the tires come in. Fast forward 3+ days still no call and not even an update. Im not sure what is going on with this company now but certainly easier to go to a company like Les Schwab which actually knows the meaning of appointment and honors the promises it makes.

I called on a Sunday morning to ask if they could change my tire out. It was riding with a wobble and i was told it was wearing worn irregular. First they said they could do it for $22, then asked if i had a new tire or usedl said a very good used tire. I needed it to make an unplanned trip to get my daughter 100 miles away. They then told me they couldnt do it. Only if i were changing all 4 or bought one from them. I asked if they knew of anywhere I could do it on a Sunday. Unfortunately there are very few places open on Sunday. Thanks for calling.wastold it needed to be changedtold

I’ve been coming here for maintenance for years and their service is usually excellent. Today I walked in and the person at the front desk was standing there casually chatting with a customer who was not wearing a mask over his nose. When I approached the front counter, the employee did not ask the customer to fix his mask, and the customer didn’t fix it until I asked him to.Gross, you guys. At this point you can’t even claim ignorance on enforcement of the mask mandate. Seriously reconsidering whether to keep coming here.

Do not go here! Here is my story, I purchased two brand new tires from them about one year ago. I went in there because I ran over a nail, and it punctured a hole in one of my tires (that had not been purchased from them). They refused to fix it because they claimed the tread was to low (see pictures of my old tires below), and insisted that I buy two brand new tires from them. I asked if they would match another companies tire prices, they said they would. I found one for cheaper, and then they refused to match the price because they did not believe me it was the exact same tire. I left, and drove two mins down the street to Les Schwab and they fixed the nail in my tire for free. This week I go back to get my tires rotated, they refuse to rotate the tires because they claim the tread is to low on my old tires. Then they recommended that I get an alignment, even though I had an alignment done by them when I purchased my two new tires (about a year ago). Note, its recommended you get an alignment every three years). Just another quick way to scam people.

I scheduled a 9:00 a.m. appointment online (24 hours in advance) for a flat tire repair and received an email confirmation. When I arrived Firestone said they couldn’t get to it until 12:30! I drove down the street to Les Schwab. Even without an appointment they had my tire repaired by 9:45, and they did it at no charge! Skip Firestone and go to Les Schwab.

The past couple weeks have been rough for most of us with the ice storm in Salem we were displaced for a week due to power outages, some still without power I imagine. Of course I get a flat tire at our hotel in Corvallis. I will say another large tire chain in Salem where we recently purchased the tires from was not helpful in any way. My husbands family owned a Firestone in Fairfield,Ca and he told me that his uncle would fix flats for people all the time as a courtesy and his business was always benefiting from paying it forward like that.Earl the service gentleman took my wife’s call, calmed her down and was able to repair the flat with no other motive than getting my family back on the road. Seeing how everyone has come together when the weather was so bad for some counties has been a beautiful thing and Firestone was there for us when it counted. The next set of tires is 100% coming from you guys and we are going to sing your praises whenever possible. Thanks again for lifting us up.

Was told they couldn’t do an alignment on a newer truck because they didn’t have the right software. According to two other shops this was probably not true. If so if you have a newer vehicle I would not recommend taking it here. Polite staff but either was dishonest or lacks the proper equipment.

4 hour drive to Salem. 3 hours in, my dog and I are ready to be done but I got a low tire pressure warning. Pulled over and filled it to 35 from 22. 30 miles later, I got the same warning.I called the nearest Firestone at 12:59. I gave them a heads up and pulled in at 1:20. A heavy set man was walking out to help a beautiful lady with her kids in the car. She had low tire pressure as well. I was pulling in as he walked out to help her. I walked up and waited by the building with my dog, as he helped her. She asked what the charge was and he answered, a smile. When he finished, I walked up for help and he seemed to have forgotten about me. He walked out back and lit a cigg with 2 other workers. He was in my line of sight and didnt come to ask if I needed help. I was outside with my dog unable to go in, I had to get someones attention inside and got some help. Its 2:12, the tire is fixed, it was a nail. Im sitting in my car now waiting for the paperwork and my key. He says he will be out soon.Dont come here if you can avoid it.

The manager, Earl, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a “car guy”. Thank you for showing us the issues with our tires. Also for completing maintenance and safety inspection. I feel much safer with that completed and riding on our new tires.Thank you Darian for doing a great job on all maintainance and for noticing our wiper blades needed changing too! We are good to go! Excellent customer service! We were passing through town on our way to Bend, with a vibration in our steering. Pulled into Firestone minutes before closing where Earl checked our lugs and tires, and found a bulge in one tire that was ready to blow. He stayed after closing to help us put the spare on and we made it safely home. Thanks Earl!

The service that I received at Firestone in Corvallis, Oregon was some of the best service I have ever received anywhere. I live in Bend and we had car issues at about 1:00pm Sunday. Nothing was open except Firestone. We called and Earl Adels answered. We told him what was going on. He quickly hooked us up with a tow truck, let us know that he would be able to work on the car Monday morning. We needed to get back to Bend so decided to rent a car. Earl drove us to the rental car place which was then closed, tried to help us find another that was open and when that failed drove us to our hotel and helped us get hooked up with a rental place for the morning. About 30 minutes after he dropped us off he called to tell me that he had fixed my car already. He then came and picked us up at the hotel, brought us back to the car and explained what he had fixed. He had even taken a video of it to show us so that we understood exactly what the issue was. I have NEVER been treated so well. Earl Adels is AMAZING. Such a kind person that went out of his way to help us. THANK YOU!!!

We were on vacation in Oregon when our truck wouldnt start. We were able to get a jump and make it to the Firestone shop in Corvallis. Grant the technician was on our case immediately and took great care in determining only one of our batteries was having issues and replaced that one for us rather than trying to sell us two. Grant was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and we were back on the road in no time!

After calling the dealer and having a chuckle at what they quoted me for 4 new tires + an alignment on my 2015 F80 M3, I researched different tire manufacturers and hopped on to Tire Rack to order an all around set of Continental ExtremeContact Sport performance tires. I had them shipped to Firestone and setup an appointment with Tony over the phone to have them fitted a few days after they would be arriving. The day of my appointment, I drove down a little earlier than scheduled and was greeted by Earl who ensured me that my M3 would be taken care of.Once paperwork was signed and I handed over the keyfob, it was promptly taken behind the garage doors. It was about ~2 hours overall to have the old tires taken off, new tires put on and mounted + balanced, then aligned. During the process and final paperwork I got to chat with Earl for a bit and he is a cool and friendly guy who loves cars just as much as I do, which is exactly what you want when looking for a trustworthy shop!Final thoughts:The inside of the store and waiting area were clean, Tony was friendly over the phone and Early was cool and friendly as well. No scratches noticed on any wheels or on the fenders. Overall a good experience and cheaper + closer than the stealership. Im stoked to see how these tires hook up, thanks for reading!

This establishment, displayed the utmost professionalism and courtesy all around, I was visiting the town with my girlfriend when I had an unplanned rendezvous with a curb that tore her valve stem right off. I limped to Firestone Corvallis. The tires were too low on tread to work on and I wasnt able to afford the cost of replacing them for the low pro rims she had, so after some reasonable communication we came to an extremely agreeable deal, we changed the rims and tires out for an extremely honorable price, as well as the courtesy inspections and free disposal of the old rims and tires this was by far the most amicably generous establishment I have solicited. I cannot thank the exceptional service and kindness of the service advisor Earl, as well as the rest of the staffs general professional demeanor. Thank you so much for your service and kindness! These guys set the standard and make me proud to live in such an amazing country!

I have had good experiences. First bought tires. SUV is pretty old, and they told me things that needed fixing. I felt they were very upfront about what was important and what could wait. I was also welcome into the garage to be shown exactly what they were taking about. Further, you can get service immediately unlike many mechanics where you have to book in far in advance. Being open on weekends is another bonus. Recommended a friend go there when she had an odd brake noise. Rather than mess with her, they reported that is was a stone. She was charged nothing.I also found them to be very polite and genuine.i would give in 5 stars, but I give nothing 5 stars! ;-)

Dropped my car off at 4:30 am after my night shift job. Put the key in an envelope that claimed to include a free inspection. They called me right after I fell asleep and woke me up, even though I told them not to. Told me itd be $500 to POSSIBLY fix the electrical problem in one of my headlights. So not a guarantee fix. They said the $500 would be for 3 hours of labor time. Most of the 3 hours would be for taking the bumper on and off. My boyfriend offered to take the bumper off for them (itd only take him a minute to snip the zip ties holding it on) but they refused. And charged $50 dollars for waking me up and doing nothing, even when they claimed to give a free inspection. Never going back there again. Rather give $$$ to small businesses

Firestone has been a huge improvement over Les Schwab. They let you schedule appointments, and are usually fairly close to on time. They keep me updated on issues. I called and asked if they would mount and balance two 18 tires for me. They quoted me a price and said to bring it in and they would have it done in an hour. Upon arrival they immediately refused service because I dont have a spare. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want inexperienced know-nothings working on your ride.***Edit 4/12/17I realize that what happened before was due to a company policy and doesnt reflect the opinion of this particular stores employees or management. Like many things in todays world, they are just protecting themselves from any legality issues.I was recently shopping for tires for another BMW, and found a pair that I liked. If I were to have bought them online it would have been the same price with shipping as to have them shipped and installed directly from the firestone store. This is an added value of about $100. This time, I did bring a spare, but they never asked if I had one. The installation was smooth and quick. I also had an alignment done which seemed to come out great. The complaint I had was that after I drove away, it sounded as if a small rock was stuck in one of my brakes, and made a nasty sound for about a mile until it finally went flying and the noise went away. I thoroughly believe it was a rock that was stuck and just an unlucky coincidence. I went back to chat with them and they agreed. Overall this was a pretty good experience with Firestone, Corvallis.

A terrible experience from the start. I ordered tires online that were shown to be in stock and then scheduled an install for that day. I received a call from the store and was told they were not in stock so we had to reschedule for 3 days later. I show up for the rescheduled install ontime at 2 pm, got checked in and was told itd be an hour to do the tires and another 30 minutes for complimentary alignment check. We walk next door and have lunch to kill some time, come back an hour and a half later and my SUV was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. I wasnt called or notified of any delays during the time we were at lunch, Id expect that of any company who you have a scheduled appointment time with who knows when checking you in that they were behind! I asked for my keys back and walked out. Never got an apology or follow up call from manager who checked us in either.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Writing this review as a warning to college students and women (or men who might not have car knowledge)! I went to Firestone in August for an oil change. When I returned to pick up my car, I was shocked to be charged $71 dollars for the service. This is over double what I have paid in the past for oil changes. The technician also told me that I need to get new tires before the winter sets in. I went to Les Schwab to get a second opinion, and they informed me that my tires are absolutely fine and I have thousands of miles left in them... He even showed me how to tell when my tread is low enough to need new tires so that people like the guys at Firestone cant dupe me into buying new tires when I dont need them!!!I work for a small company in town and I know that customer satisfaction is key. We are flat rate, like Firestone, but unlike Firestone, WE TELL OUR CUSTOMERS HOW MUCH OUR PRICES ARE UPFRONT.When I complained that I felt like I was ripped off by my expensive oil change, the manager Dylan acted like he did not care that he had just lost a customer, basically saying it is what it is and even said that my car needed the expensive oil and doesnt accept the regular kind. My mom has the same car, and at Jiffy Lube, they offered her the expensive oil, or the cheap, regular oil change BEFORE THEY BEGAN. She simply had to sign something requesting the cheap oil. They are not upfront, they are a rip off, they do not care about customer satisfaction, and I honestly think they profiled me as a young woman who didnt know anything about cars... which is why they tried to sell me a set of tires I did not need.GO TO LES SCHWAB!!!!!

Some days are good and some are horrific. Told me my battery was gonna die, didnt offer to replace it so I went to Les Schwab. Next oil change told me my battery was gonna die, told them I had it changed three months ago and they changed their story (still went to Les Schwab to check, they said it was fine).Today, oil change, told me I needed my brakes flushed, told me it would take an hour, I said that was fine. Hour later, check in, they hadnt even started, my car was in the lot waiting.Getting sick of this. When Earl is there everything goes great, when hes not, good luck.

Summary: New management, excellent serviceDétails:Im a little jaded concerning garages selling tires then trying to add unnecessary expenses. I mentioned this to the clerk at Firestone, and, as it turns out, I was talking to the manager and he was working to improve customer satisfaction. The 4 tires I settled on was $360 compared to the best web price of $300 so I décidés to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. They printed a copy of the tire alignment data and listed any issues they found. All in all, Im very happy with the result. Even better, I got my new tires on a Sunday.

They told me it wasnt original equipment and didnt mount them even though I had the very same tires on the car (pilot super sports).I went across town and had les Schwab mount and balance in half an hour...

This auto shop is very unfriendly and has very bad customer service. We had to stop there last weekend, to change oil in our vehicle. Our car key was broken and we had put a tape around it. The lady who took our order, misplaced our key (which was separated from the fob) and kept telling we never gave her the key. They wasted over an hour just telling us we never gave them they keys when they had misplaced it. After finding the key, they ask us to fix our key from a dealer(back in Portland) and then come to them to change the oil. They deny service to the customer even when they are at fault. We have never seen such rude, unfriendly and entitled behavior. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good tires, terrible service.I bought the tires in Eugene at VRC and drove back to Albany. The car shook and pulled all the way back. Also, the kid who mounted the tires didnt clean the white lithium he got all over the wheels/tires.Let me preface: my car just had both front hub assemblies and tie rod ends replaced, as well as valve cover gaskets and has been inspected by mechanics top to bottom.I took it to Corvallis and their alignment rack wasnt working but he got readings that showed the Eugene location had completely botched the alignment. The manager, Earl Adels, was very nice and assured me everything would be taken care of when their rack was working.Two days later (today), I took it in and the guy working the counter, Tyler Noble, had an attitude from the get-go. He first asked if I had a lifetime alignment as if I was paying if not. He then crossed the line insinuating I had hit something after I left Eugene and was being dishonest.He put it on the rack, then came and told me after all of this that my caster was way off line and unable to be fixed. He said my car has probably been in an accident, which it hasnt. When I asked for an actual explanation as to what was bent in the front end, he said Id have to pay for a diagnosis.Given that my car was unable to be aligned and none of the other shops had said this, I wanted a refund. He refused to refund my money because some adjustments had been made.The final straw was him going in my glovebox to retrieve documents without my permission, even after I specifically told him I would get the paperwork after the car had been let down. He then explained he knew it was an invasion of privacy but that the shop does it all the time and no one cares but me.Refused to give me the regional managers number. If you buy firestones, take them somewhere else to be mounted/balanced and get an alignment.

Got jerked around by Les Schwab initially and quoted nearly $1800 for new tires...the guys at firestone did the same tires installed and alignment on my audi for $1100. Everyone at the shop was really helpful and friendly and accommodating to my neurotic ways about my tires and my car haha. Definitely recommend Firestone and Earl for tires in Corvallis.

I have been customer of this firestone auto shop for many years. My most recent experience with this auto shop is to repair a flat tire, install new tire and file road hazards claim with tire rack(This is the only repair facility if you order tire from tire rack).I had my SUV towed to firestone on Sunday because I got a huge scrap metal in my tire and because of it the tire is not repairable according to firestone tech(I heard If your firestone tire is repairable its for free to repair). So I ordered a new replacement tire from tire rack on Monday and the tire shipped over night directly to firestone on Tuesday, Firestone shop got everything installed and tuned and I was able to pick up my vehicle on Tuesday afternoon, I didnt make appointment on Tuesday to install my new tire but as soon firestone got my tire they took care of it on same day. I was expecting without a vehicle for at least a week because the tire size on my Mercedes is not in-stock in any store, the only option was to order online, so thankful tire rack and firestone get it done in 2 days! Last things is firestone, Corvallis arranged the road hazards claim for me and now my new tire is covered by tire rack. no out of pocket money.Will recommend this shop to people seeking good auto care services, manager was nice, never smile to you, but straightforward to get everything done correctly for you.

They wanted to sell me more than what my vehicle needed. Way overpriced, the technician took forever to put the wheels back on my car. Couldnt even find where the leak on my car came from and lots of Lack of Professionalism.

Brought in my classic 70s firebird because she broke down, not only was Firestone unable to diagnose the problem, they ran some fuel and ignition tests but didnt even write down what they tested.... doubting they even tested it. Then they charged me with a 50$ bill for the incompetent mechanics time, and then the store manager had the audacity to come outside while I was under the hood trying to get it running so I could move it from their parking lot (because yeah I totally want to leave my Trans am in your parking lot) and told me and my father that we had been there for a few hours and needed to leave. We worked on the car for less than 40 minutes in their parking lot, before pushing it to another lot. This Firestone in corvallis has horrible personal service and the mechanics have been inept on my 04 neon, and my 2000 land cruiser. Avoid this firestone. Take your money elsewhere. Youre welcome.

Worst service and crooks. Better to go to Les Schwab. Had a Firestone brand tire with a hole in it last year went to get it fixed and was told I had to pay $20 because they dont know where the tire is from( its firestone brand). They said only tires with receipt have free flay repair, they convinced me to buy new tires. The tires didnt fit and they wouldnt give me a refund. Luckly I had another car and it fit on them. A year later I had a flat and went in and they again said it will cost 20$. I argued with them that I bought these tires form them just because they said it comes with the service guarantee. The guy said nope, cost extra money. I had them repair it and 20$ later they said its not repairable and I need to pay 400$ for 4 new tires. I drove my car with a flat to les Schwab they fixed my tire for free and even refused a tip. I will never go to Firestone again, they stole my money
