I have taken my cars to Ken’s for many years. As a single woman it can be difficult to find a mechanic I can trust. My car has well over 200,000 miles so a good mechanic is a must. Ken’s has always been honest and trustworthy and has kept my car running great!. Their service is excellent, the communication is good their rates are reasonable. I have been very happy and won’t go anywhere else.

This the second time we have used Kens Car Care Center. They totally exceeded my expectations! Initially we were very happy with their replacement of our cars starter. Later when our car needed more extensive repairs, John was stellar in his response and explanation. If you want a shop that is honest, caring, and competent, look no further than Kens Car Care Center! Highly recommend!

Best experience Ive had at a mechanic! They are so courteous and even offered to drive me home and pick me up during my oil change/general maintenance. It was very quick and cost way less than I expected. Ive also called these guys before to ask about Prius catalytic converter-related issues before and they were willing to spend time talking to me about it even though they arent a muffler shop. Highly recommend this business!

They were able to get our two cars squished into a day and were courteous the whole time. They even went so far as to drag a bench outside for us to wait and enjoy lunch. Service was quick, and they did a quick scan of each car to make sure everything appeared to be working okay.I highly recommend!

The staff here are awesome! When you bring your vehicle in for work they thoroughly check everything and take you step by step through what needs done complete with pictures of your vehicle issues and written explanations, costs, etc... I have found everyone who works here to be honest and very helpful. Costs are clearly outlined and explained so no surprises. I have taken all my vehicles here and will continue to do so in the future. Just brilliant!

I have been a customer of Kens Car Care for more than 20 years, and it is the best auto repair and service shop I have ever dealt with in my 60 years of driving a car. It is also one of the finest businesses I have ever worked with. Everyone at Kens is great. The mechanics and other folks there have kept my 1997 Toyota Camry (165,000 miles) functioning like new for all these years. These guys were awesome! I asked them to fix my brakes. Not only did they fix my brakes, they fixed a whole bunch of other small problems I had been ignoring or didnt know about(for free). They provided quick service and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. John even gave me a ride so I wasnt stranded.These guys really care about their work and customers!

I usually dont leave reviews. If I do, its a star rating and no explanation. However, Ken and his team deserve a big thank you! I came in with some scary problems with my car. Car stalling, electric going in and out getting only progressively worse, controls going out as I was driving. And this was all just in one day out of nowhere! Not only did they promptly agree to take my car and find time in the full day to work on it, but they even drove me to work. Ken kept me updated every step of the way on cost and progress. He even entertained my questions sparked by Google and YouTube diagnostic researching. All in all, my car is running perfectly now and it was at an entirely reasonable rate.Great service, great quality, great company. I love this place, we have been in town looking after my Grandma and anytime I take the car by here they always take care of me! John is the best, anytime I have trouble or questions he always helps me out. The guys in the front are very attentive and always let you know whats up, you never have to guess! I highly recommend Kens.

They charged me $103.85 for diagnosing an electronic rear window that wouldnt function. They didnt figure out how to fix it only that it *wasnt* the switch that was broken. They did manage to manually reset the windows position. But all in all a waste of money.Although they had a good customer service, I wouldnt recommend Kens Car Care Center. Im going to take my car troubles to a different mechanic. Hopefully one that wont overcharge.---Reply. I agree, there was no way to avoid this outcome. Clearly Kens Car Care overcharges.

We moved out here 8 years ago . It was the 1st place we took our car on a recommendation of a friend. They are honest and dependable. I now recommend them all the time.,....9/10/ 18 took the car in for needed work. Was quoted, 1 price, it was done for a lower price. They are always willing to answer my questions. Kens Car Care has been my mechanic of choice for about two years now. They are friendly, efficient, and honest with me about what is right for my car. I go to them for my oil changes regularly and they are always on top of what I need to do (if anything) to keep my car running smoothly. I know I can trust them and I know Im getting my car worked on by knowledgeable, experienced people. They are also always more than happy to explain why and how things work in terms of what is needing to be done to my car, which I greatly appreciate because Im a naturally curious person and I also like to know where my money is going. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic.

These guys are the absolute best! Seriously. My family has been going to them for over ten years. They’re knowledgable, helpful, and kind. Whenever I get my oil changed they always check the other fluids and top them off. If they notice something like brake pads wearing down they make sure to tell you.They will help you out however they can and they ate honest and straightforward about what’s going on. As a car illiterate person, these guys make it so easy and stressless. I can’t recommend them enough.

Honestly these guys rule. Ive come to them 3 or 4 times and they always treat me right. Theyre happy to explain what is wrong and what theyre doing to fix it, and their shuttle service is immensely helpful. Recently we had a wrong diagnosis and a repair that didnt fix my issue, so they waived the cost of repair for the actual fix to make sure I felt valued and would return. Consider me constantly impressed, Ill be referring people to Kens (and specifically John) for years to come.

I thought I had a problem with my alternator, so I made an appointment to have it replaced. After taking my car in and looking at it, John came back and said there was nothing wrong with my alternator. Since I had just replaced the battery, recommended to leave it as is. Very honest and professional shop! Would highly recommend it! By the way, they never charged me to test the alternator. 👍🏼

09 Subaru WRX-Air Conditioning.Ken was very helpful in getting my issue resolved so I could get my car into his shop and serviced. Not only did they get my car right in (that morning), they also got the job done in the time quoted.Its nice to have a business that isnt afraid to work with someone over the phone for a minute so as facilitate a repair.Thank you Ken.Oh, the unrelated issue resolve itself after disconnecting the battery. Never had a better mechanic. They are thorough, make good suggestions and do whats needed. I take both my Scion and the big Titan to Kens. Couldnt be more different cars but they do a great job on both. A thing I really like about Kens is they will take the time to explain whats going on in understandable language.Go to Kens youll be glad you did.

Very nice people! Bent over backwards to help me recently when my water pump went out. They called me regularly with status reports.They gave me a ride when I dropped my car off. They had it ready when they said they would. And the final bill was a bit less than they estimated.They followed up with a phone call to see if everything was okay, and asked if there was anything they could do to improve. Nope -- nothing! I highly recommend them!

I have two older cars and whenever something is amiss, Kens is where I always take them. They give me an estimate up front, text me updates as they go and are always very friendly and professional. In the most recent instance, I had a starter acting up. Over a period of two days, they tried to recreate the issue but could not. They didnt charge me even though I know they must have spent at least an hour or two fiddling with the thing to try to get it to repeat. When the starter eventually goes out (as I am sure it will), I will absolutely take it back to them to get it replaced.

Really happy with my experience here. Got my oil changed and they were both thorough and thoughtful with informing me of my other maintenance needs. Would recommend.

The check engine light had come on in my car and I was planning on going on a short camping trip in a few days. I needed to get this checked out quickly and any problems resolved before driving 5 hours to my destination. I called Kens Car Care Center and they squeezed me in around some of their other appointments. After getting the information from the cars computer and looking at a couple of likely causes they went with the the quickest and cheapest solution. They fixed the problem and I was able to keep my plans. I appreciate Ken and his staff for their professionalism and courtesy in helping me get back on the road as quickly as possible. I contacted Arick at Kens Auto Care for AC issues with my 2008 civic si. The compressor clutch wasnt engaging so I thought it was going to need a new compressor, but ended up being low freon and a bad relay. If youre looking for trustworthy and friendly service I would recommend going to them.
