10/10 amazing service! Id just gotten a jump start and they checked my battery for charge, and since it didnt end up needing charging they didnt charge me a thing! And the staff was super friendly and professional too.

Id suggest you ignore the horrible experience review, which does not match my experience at all. Jeff Robinson, the manager, was extremely helpful on my three visits: each time a different problem, each time the same friendly can-do attitude. As I told Jeff, I dont mind paying a little extra over prices I might find by surfing around, for the kind of help he provides.

I bought a reconditioned battery for my 1993 car for less than half the new battery cost. The guy was knowledgeable and answered my questions politely. The battery is guaranteed 6 months.

Went in for an oil change. They broke the drain/plug on my car. Need a whole new oil pan kit! That 420.00 dollars. Didnt offer to pay for fixing it.!So an update on my car. They were very nice an paid to fix my oil pan. So happy to see that great customer service in the end. Thanks John i really appreciated u doing that.

My battery is dead. After I jump started the car and drove to the store, it was near the shop-closing time. Jeff greeted me friendly, and replaced my battery without any hesitation despite the fact that he would stay late because of it. Changing battery on my car was not as straight as most other cars, it required to remove a cross bar, and bolted the battery down on the frame, in other words, it took more time and efforts than usual. Jeff was very patient, and he did a thorough installation with a smile on his face all the time. Nice job, nice guy! Thank you Jeff!

Really great experience. I went to Corvallis Battery first but their batteries were a little out of my price range. They recommended I try battery exchange for something more affordable.Hector was awesome. He installed my new battery and even fixed my cracked battery terminal for free. Im so used to even small fixes costing an arm and a leg with cars that I almost didnt believe that hed just fix the terminal for free. Ill definitely be back if I need more battery help in corvallis.

We brought our car in when it wouldnt start, and they were very helpful, checked our battery and told us it wouldnt need to be replaced for quite a while. They suggested it was our starter, which we are now going to replace.

I highly recommend this place. The man working there (whose name I unfortunately forgot) gave me the best customer service. He gave us good deals and discounts. It was swift, easy and cheap! Love it

Their prices are good and they are honest. They quoted me the same price when I came in as when I talked to them in the phone a week ago. And they threw in a free quart of oil when I got my battery changed.

Great customer service. I got a jump of a very dead battery by AAA and they suggested I head here. Made it there and they charged the battery up in about 3 hours (for $5), then tested it and gave me the A OK without trying to sell me another battery when I didnt need it!

Bought a brand new battery from this store that was bad and they wouldnt trade it for a new one!!! 13 years of giving them my business and they wouldnt give me a new battery, said the best he could do is knock the price down to 53 dollars instead of 76. Why would I ever buy another battery from u guys!! This store is no good!!

Very fast, helpful, and reasonably priced service when my car was having problems with the alternator and battery. Looks like they also have good deals for regular car maintenance too so I plan on coming back!

Excellent service. My battery died while parked across the street. The technician walked over, jumped started the car, and replaced the battery all within 10 minutes, and honored the warranty saving me $60.

I loved this place when Jacob was running things. Turns out they screwed him over big time and now he has his own shop in Corvallis. Now this shop is a disgrace and they go out of their way to bad mouth other shops just to try and make themselves look good.

Waived the charging fee when my other half had to walk it in, when the charge confirmed the battery was dead they replaced it for far less than expected, and they were extremely personable. Would have given them five starts if they had been able to come to our dead car to replace the battery.

Poor customer service, I bought a “brand new battery” and it wouldn’t start my car so I tried to return it and they said no . I WILL NEVER BUY A BATTERY HERE AGAIN! —not worth your time better off going to another store.

The service was fantastic. They knew exactly what needed to be fixed, were able to do it quickly and effectively, and charged me less than les schwab was going to charge for the same job. The individual who helped me was willing to answer any questions i had and was very accommodating.

I have gone there 3 times now and the 1st and 3rd time I had the same guy that was a total jerk to me and treated me like I was stupid. I shouldve gotten his name, but was so shocked at how much he talked down to me that I didnt even think about it until I left. He actually acted like because Im a woman Im stupid and kept scolding me when I asked questions, saying things like, What did I just say? I had him check my battery and alternator, not sure which was bad after the car had been sitting for over a year, and when I didnt know what the voltage reading meant and asked him, he jumped down my throat! I know quite a bit about cars and do most of my own work, but didnt know that the voltage reading on the battery meant that was what the alternator was giving out for the battery charge. I asked and he rudely stated, your battery doesnt charge the alternator, what did I just say? Like Im dumb! Never again will I go there, unless its to get him in trouble.I did have a great experience with two different guys the 2nd time I went though and they were very polite and helpful!

The service sucks! Its your typical car shop, they charge you an arm and a leg for easy mechanic work. I had a quote for some work that he quoted as $500 and then got a quote at a REAL car shop for $300.I paid them $60 to have a bulb changed and the wires replaced. 2 months later Im having the same issue and they wont do ANYTHING about it even though they clearly didnt fix the wiring. On top of that the guy that fixed it just bailed, so obviously they dont hire anyone trustworthy.Very disappointing! Save your money and go somewhere else!
