I have disaasambled my screen and battery of my laptop to ask for placing orders of replacement. There are model number, S/N and all enough information back of screen and battery to search on Google. I have experience before. But now there is less source to find replacement of my old model. However the man at front desk still requested me to leave my laptop and power cable overnight because they could not order parts for individuals. They emphasize theyre responsible for returning and replacement if items are incompatible. I could not recommend them unless you completely trust them and willing to wait for at least a week without laptop.

Great laptop repair with fast turnaround. Brought the part in with me that needed replaced, next time they contacted me was just to tell me it was all done. Chose this place after I called them to request a cleaning for a different machine. They do not offer a cleaning service, but they gave me great advice on how to take care of the coffee-laptop spill myself!

+I am very pleased with the service that Bellview Computer has provided through the years. They just finished building a pc tower for me and it is working great. They transferred all of my files from my old pc without missing a single file. Kudos to Richard & Tristin.

Went to Bellevue Computers to get my desktop PC working for the school year. My knowledge of computer stuff is pretty trivial especially compared to the people at Bellevue. Everyone their was extremely helpful and I felt like they cared about my problems. After a few days we finally got all of the problems figured out. A lil pricey but I couldnt have figured it out myself.

My laptop crashed on Thursday night. I got it in to Bellevue Computer on Friday afternoon. It needed a new hard drive. They said it would take until Monday or Tuesday, but I got it back on Saturday afternoon! I thank everyone at Bellevue who fielded all my phone calls in regard to various aspects of the repair. With no public access (the library, etc.) to computers because of COVID-19, I really needed to get it fixed ASAP, and Bellevue more than succeeded in doing that. Thanks especially to Tristan who found a very important missing folder on the old hard drive! I definitely recommend them and will go there again if I have future needs.

They always say to shop local, so I Stopped by. I was looking for a power supply and ended up getting a ev3a 600 br, went back the next day looking for an Asus rog Strix x470 f was told they were almost impossible to find but he had the next model up tuff x570 plus, ok my first build so I pick it up. On my way home my son tells me there a connection problem between the power supply and motherboard. Turn around and go back and tell the kid the problem, no returns and it should be fine. He looked it up on pcpartpicker (which I should of done) and agreed it did have hook up problem but again said it would be fine.My advice save your time and money (online 30 dollars cheaper) avoid this store and get the right parts by using pcpartpicker.One star for poor service.

Richard and the staff at Bellevue have always been super helpful and responsive, diagnosing and fixing the issues quickly, communicating well and getting me back in action. It is wonderful to have such a reliable and local resource here in Corvallis.

Richard and the team at Bellevue make the technical repair and acquisition process so easy and (mostly) painless. I say mostly because computers are expensive! Bellevue is extremely fairly priced to the market and offer excellent service contracts to boot. As a business owner, they are a valuable partner in success to me. As a female, I never feel misled or differently treated and that makes a huge difference to me. I highly recommend the team.

They simply scammed me out of $75 dollars and didn’t fix my pc at all. My games still looked bad

Just bought a 15 Think from them. Great place to get free advice when desperate. If you have any kind of problem with something they sell, they back it up for free. Very honest bunch.

Richard and his team have been prompt and attentive to every technical issue Ive ever brought to them. Theyre the local experts when it comes to PCs and servers, and have frequently done research and custom ordered items needed for critical server builds/repairs. Theres no better shop in town then Bellevue.

Great for small businesses and individual computer purchases. Consider the extra price over buying from online stores before you make a decision. You would be supporting a local business instead of removing that revenue from our local economy. They can build you a great computer system and keep it running longer than the otherwise. Ive worked on one of their builds for work and have no problems in 3 years.

High prices, not honoring return policies, poor attitude.Purchased a CPU cooler for $29.99 through Bellevue on short notice because I didnt have time to get one shipped from Amazon (where the exact same cooler is $23.13 as of 10/22/18). I ended up not needing the cooler, so I went to return the item since I was well within the return period.They proceeded to run my debit card three separate times, telling me that the card has been Declined for a refund. I gave them a separate card, which they also say declined my refund, and then told me it was my banks fault and my card was not functional. After trying to explain that banks do not decline refunds (as I work at a financial institution), they were very brief and passed me off to my bank saying it should be easy for them to sort out Bellevues error. Having worked in banking, this is a very common tactic we see where vendors will pass off the responsibility on their paying customers bank, saying theres nothing wrong on their end so they dont have to rectify the problem.I called my bank and they informed me that what the clerk at Bellevue said was complete nonsense, and that banks do not decline credits to an account. They also informed me that my card was open and active, and there was no reason on my end that the refund would be declined.Luckily my bank stood behind me and helped file a claim to get my money back, otherwise I would be out the $30 with nothing more than an excuse from an ill-informed disgruntled employee.Aside from that, its a typical computer store that preys on older people/people that dont know how to work with computers so they can charge them $70/hr+ just to do some basic servicing or remove some malware (all of which can be done with a few Google searches for free). As stated before, prices are typical for a local store, even their specials and sales are at least 10-20% higher than more reputable vendors like Newegg or Amazon. They do have pretty decent stock if youre looking for parts at the last minute, so I guess they deserve more than 0 stars.

Richard and his team have been taking care of my computers for over a decade, and always provide great service and sales. Most recently, they were able to recover a photo archive spanning a dozen years from a failing external drive, rescuing my growing photography business from what could have been a disaster. Whether youre a novice or a nerd, I highly recommend them for fast, friendly, expert service.

I was called to early with good news then I had to call 2 days later and was told I need a new computer and they attempted to sell me a new one.... disappointed in customer service. Seems like they are used to ripping college kids off. I do not recommend this place at all. Might as well just go buy a new computer because that is what they are going to tell you.

They look at my computer and made random guesses (which were later proved wrong) and then said they didnt even want to TRY to test the cord (which I suspected was the problem) because they didnt want to risk shorting it out, but the computer already didnt work. Then I ordered a new cord from amazon and the computer worked fine so if they would have tested the broken cord I would have known for sure that that was the problem.I dont want to hate on a local business but this was my experience and to me it seemed like they didnt really care if I ever returned. To be honest I wont.

Dont bother applying for a job here w/o a college degree. :( They need some entry level for people who have highly developed and refined self taught skill sets, so people wouldnt have to go waste their talents at Foster Farms, etc.

Edit: Pretty much everything I call about or stop in for is out of stock. From phone chargers to PC accessories, the stock tends to be archaic but at a normal retail price point. Ive also heard many anecdotes about botched repairs. Im saddened to see a local business not meet the communitys needs.Theres a variety of things for both building your own, or buying a pre-built, computer. The guy I talked to was knowledgeable but I looked up a couple of the things I asked him, and not quite all of his information was correct. Overall, I would probably buy something for my computer projects from there.

Unscrupulous and unprofessional business practices. Other computer specialists are far better and cheaper than them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Great local electronics shop. They always seem to have what I need and are helpful with finding the right equipment.

I dont really understand some of these negative reviews. Must be purely anecdotal. I was finished building a new PC for my personal use when I hit wall as to my it wouldnt post. I left my PC with them a day and a very reasonable fee later they had it up and running with a solid explanation. Not only were they fast, friendly, and fixed my problem, Richard stuck to his word about the pricing and time frame and ALSO tidied up my case cables at no cost without me asking. They have a decent supply of Pc parts and will seemingly order anything if asked.

I had high hopes for a local business, and that is why I bought there. Their product was good, but their practices put me off a little bit. I paid for installation of the new complete system they built for me, and they charged me an extra $ 90 for a house call (while already at my house) for connecting another desktop in the house to the new printer I had bought from them. This required downloading a new driver and then a few mouse clicks. I pleaded my case to their sales manager and did not even receive a response. They got my $ 90, but the next time I have computer needs, Ill go somewhere else.

The guy knows his stuff, I told him about a keyboard issue with my laptop he recommended a USB connected keyboard, for approximately 12 $ fixed my problem.

Computer products you wont find locally elsewhere, such as coolers, CPU thermal grease, etc. Unfortunately staff is sometimes not helpful or enthusiastic, or lack knowledge of computer systems and products. Prices are also sometimes very competitive with online and other times much more expensive.

Best computer shop around, they are honest, fair prices on service, limited in store stock.

Brought in a graphics card. Refused to help even when the item was already worthless without attempting repair of a stripped screw to change out fans. Had no recommendation for a place to take it.

They thrashed my computer, what would of been a simple repair job they turned into a mess, I had someone else look at my computer after them and he said that what they was just wrong and stupid. Do not go here if you want them to fix your computer find someone else.

I keep going back thinking I will spend money locally and walk out wondering why I wasted my time. Ill just order on Amazon, thanks.
