Took 30-45 minutes to simply exchange an xfi pod. Associate had no idea how to fill out the exchange form. He left me every 5 minutes to get help or to talk with other associates.If you can take care of what you need to online,do it. Theyre much more knowledgeable.This store exists solely to push product down your throat. Need a sales person? Stop in. Need help? Go online and ask for a live person.1 star is what I would rate my personal experience.2 stars is what I would give because the OTHER associates seemed knowledgeable and were helping their actual customers (they all seemed in sales pitches though)3 stars because I needed a replacement remote and they comped me one.

Had a problem with my X1 Flex box I was repeatedly told by customer service would do something it was not capable of doing. After visiting the store, my questions were answered clearly and directly by the knowledgeable associates I talked with, and although my need was not met by the equipment which actually never was capable of doing what I wanted, the associates and I were able to reach that fact far more easily than all the time wasted on the CS line. Thanks to all 4 of the agents who discussed the matter with me in the store to reach an honest answer!Its good to remember that complaining without reaching a solution never solves the problem.

Hours of chat support & phone calls to be ran around for no help. This has been an issue since May 21. I have spent a lot of time being aggravated by idiotic company policies that are fabricated practices! Wouldnt ever recommend to anyone that I want to keep sane.And to anyone that is approved for the EBB program: they dont know what it is and if youre approved for the $50 per month credit they seem to just consume it but never apply it to your account! Seriously!Shoot, not even a full star for your service #comcast #xfinity #biteme

The local employees at the Corvallis store are friendly and helpful. The following review is not regarding them.Comcast Xfinity is an absolute crook of a company and I find the unbridled Monopoly of ISP to be of criminal level. They have a standard practice of overbiling and underperforming and should be shunned, shamed, shut down, and dismantled. We as a people should demand better according to U.S. Business Law. If I could provide a lower star rating, I would.Years of experience with this company have ALWAYS ended in hours of my time wasted, frustration, and wasted money. If you have absolutely any alternative, choose them instead. I willl NEVER recommend Comcast Xfinity or ANY of their subsidiaries.

Update: Nov 2019 Turn in of my equipment was easy and quick, receipt provided.Good: polite customer service. Quick care of a minor account issue. Neutral/good This isnt an office. Its definitely a store based solidly off Apple stores. Beautiful and comfortable when waiting for a service representative. Bad: It still takes the same amount of time to get to see a representative as it does at the main office. Also, these reps are trained to push products. Dont expect anything different.

I am a new Xfinity customer and had problems scheduling a technician to come to my home. I went to the Corvallis store and talked to Manny and he was the best!! I had a technician there the next day. 1) you are kidding yourself that there are any other options for high speed internet in Corvallis…there are not. 2) the staff here are actually friendly and competent. 3) they no longer require you to threaten to cancel every year to get a reasonable rate--they know they are the only game in town and you can get a reasonable price without locking into a contract. In short, despite your past feelings about Comcast / Xfinity, they have the only product that works, and you can bundle a cell phone on the Verizon network for next to nothing.

Very helpful, considerate, clean, and safety conscious for their customers. everyone was 6 feet apart, wearing face masks and asking their customers to adhere to Xfinity policies by letting them know that they would be in contact with them because the store was at capacity and it was not safe for them to be there. Good for you xfinity, your doing your part for the community!!!😃😉😋🙃😊

The lady helping me said that neither the Corvallis store or the Salem store had any iPhone 11, iPhone 11 pro, or iPhone 11 Pro max in stock. I told the lady that I wanted a better camera to take pictures at my brothers wedding tomorrow. After about 15 minutes we ended up ordering the phones and having them shipped. The phones of course won’t be here tomorrow. We happened to go to Salem 4 hrs later and stopped by the XFINITY store and what do you know? They have four different colors of the iPhone 11. The sales rep lied to my face to make a sale😡

I signed up online based upon a chat response and when I acted upon their information found out that they lied to me. Their customer service was nonexistent. So I immediately cancelled. Two weeks later, they still hadnt cancelled my service nor returned my deposit. Avoid Xfinityat all costs.

The person behind the plexiglass is too fearful, that he cowered at the 6 ft distancing. Plus he was very unhelpful. We had tried online to fix the problem before going in. His answer was you can do that online I think.

I have gone into this store 3 times now, and every single time I leave I feel even more confused than when I first came in. I am a student who has to pay for my own WiFi plan, and they are NOT student-friendly. Which makes no sense because they are located in a college town. I thought I was paying for a student plan which was supposed to be $34.99, however my most recent bill was $72.27 because apparently I had been paying for TV streaming services that I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT. I kept emphasizing how Im a student and cannot afford to pay $70 a month. The guy just told me to get a job, which is so rude. Especially because I literally do not have time for a job. Im a full time student who works in a lab if Im not in class. Its such a scam and has been really making me depressed. So if you are thinking about getting WiFi services, you should get them from literally anywhere else.

The worst business practices Ive ever seen. They switched me to a more expensive plant with out telling me. When I tried to switch it back, the customer service said I had changed my plan, but they changed me the higher amount again, and still wont change it. My landlord doesnt allow me to use any other providers, so I cant switch. The customer service is a joke and the business is criminal.

Im disappointed to say this but Xfinity is unquestionably the the worst internet providers that I have encountered. They have inconveniently made things that should be simple that isnt simple for someone who just want internet to do things that he enjoys. Many times they have ripped me off hoping I wouldnt catch up on their dishonesty and to be quite frank, theft! No need for details. I just want to warn those who are considering on being a member to reconsider. If you are looking for honest, consistent, and reliable providers, than I suggest you look elsewhere. The level of integrity of this company has unfortunately gone down the . This me flushing them down.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They wont even allow you to speak with a real person. And after they tell you that, you are hung up on. unbelievable that I give these people my money. Please get internet service from literally anyone else I beg of you. Even when you do finally get through to someone they are no help due to them having zero knowledge they will talk over you, and negate your pleas for help in favor of pitching more services. I wish I could give them more stars!!!! Customer service that this store is outstanding!!! I accidentally destroyed my iPhone right before leaving for vacation. To get the situation resolved, I had two different appointments with them and worked with 4 different employees! I apologize that I can not remember their names because they were all INCREDIBLE! They each went above and beyond to help me!! Thank you all so much!!!!

About cancel my plan with them. Keep getting charged for things that werent clear or even on the app. This is the 4th month in a row that my bill isnt what is supposed to be and the over seas phone reps are horrible to deal with. I just want to pay what my bills supposed to be.

This is a brand new store with a staff of competent and friendly employees. My parents and I made a switch from our internet provider and cell phone provider to consolidate all with xFinity internet and xFinity Mobile.xFinity Internet:The internet is faster and more reliable then CenturyLink by far. Hookup was done by technicians who went above and beyond, even identifying old wires that would have reduced service and switching them out for free. There were some initial issues, but customer service was quick and technicians were sent in a timely fashion, arriving on time. After the first week of some struggle, everything finally settled and the internet since has been working spectacularly. Note: the xFinity WiFi extenders that we purchased did not work well and I would not recommend them.xFinity Mobile:We were paying $280 per month for 3 lines, unlimited everything through Sprint. Their customer service was good, but their coverage was atrocious! We had no intention of switching to xfinity Mobile, but were intrigued when we signed up for internet and learned of their service. It seemed too good to be true. Only charged for data...can switch back and forth between unlimited and per gb. We wondered if there was a hitch. No. It’s really that simple. Our monthly cellular bill for 3 lines is $93. I have unlimited data for $45 and my folks rarely use more than 2gb for a total of $24. Coverage is outstanding - using Verizon towers without Verizon prices. Store employees were very helpful through the whole process.All in all, we are very happy. Most issues we read/hear about are with Comcast cable. We don’t have anything to do with that. Their internet and mobile businesses make us very satisfied customers.

Comcast has the worse customer severice. They cant keep with the promise to call you in a timely matter, they out and out lie to you when you call for the original service hook up. The contract is miss leading and the fine print os a mile wide. The wifi calling sucks and your call gets dropped 9 times put of 10. All this and all anyone can say IF you get a hold of them is Im sorry, theres nothing I can do. So you get the supervisors on and they say they will call you back in two days and two weeks later, you cant get a hold of anyone. I will be switching from comcast soon.

Paid my bill earlier this week.Then Comcast charged my bank card for a second time.Of course, their customer service representative told me that it will take over a week for them to reimburse me. In the meantime I have other bills that will now be unpaid.
