I was assisted by Sierra and Adam.. I misplaced my old phone and didnt know what my options were. Sierra helped me select a phone and get everything set up. I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. They deserve to be recognized and rewarded.
I had a GREAT experience at this T-Mobile. Im in Oregon on vacation and my phone just decided it no longer had the will to live. Drove in from the coast and went to the other T-Mobile store first and they werent super helpful nor did they have a phone I wanted in stock. Came to this store and was in and out with a new phone in 20 minutes. They tried to help reset my old phone and there was no coming back. Thank you guys so much for your help!

We are always welcomed into the store and receive fantastic service from the team, which generally consists of Adam, Cole, Michael, and Taylor. They are all extremely knowledgeable about the plans and products, very patient, as well as friendly and courteous. A store visit here is never a dread. The peoples are super friendly and intelligible with regards to the devices they work with. They are eager to get you out and keep things simple for you. Thats not to say they wont tell you how it is, because if they know something will be a better fit for you theyll tell you. They let us know they had just sold the last of the phones that I wanted but told us they would happily give us a call when they got them. Definitely a great experience.
Cole was very professional and kind, he helped me where many others failed with a technical issue on my iPhone I’ve been trying to fix for a long time. These guys know their stuff.
First off I need to absolutely clarify this is not a paid review nor am I friends with any of the people at the store. Adam (who I always thought was the manager, but is not) and Cole, have been beyond incredible to work with since the first time we had to walk in the front door of their store in Corvallis. We had a nightmare experience where the prepaid customer service department accidentally shut off our service and we lost our phone number that we had for years (everything was tied to it). After several days of the prepaid call center trying to rectify the issue, they instructed us with all wrong instructions that we would have to drive 1 hour one way (we live on the coast in Newport) to the Corvallis store to try and fix our problem that they caused. To sum up what could be pages and pages of things that Adam and Cole had to do (one rep was even calling Cole at home on his day off with a question on our account), these reps are simply AMAZING X 2! When normally people would have left T-Mobile for good based on what happened to us via the prepaid call center, these guys saved our business, helped us with a crazy deal on a phone upgrade, upgraded our service (which is actually going to cost about the same as we had), upgraded a new line and we even bought some accessory products there. Ive been in the corporate world for years and owned several businesses and these two employees are what make your company. Amazing Amazing Amazing Amazing customer service in an era where customer service doesnt exist anymore.
I have gone to this store for about 5 years now for all of my cell phone needs. I have never had a poor experience working with everyone here. Any time Ive had an issue they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied before I leave their store. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys, especially Adam and Michael. You guys are killing it here and are the very reason I have stayed with Tmobile all these years.
There are somethings I would go over with overall customer honesty but it was right on point with everything to get me setup on T-mobile. Even with harsh scheduling to get me in the store on my own time it was simple and easy when I did. I would call and make appointments to see their associates before hand to get the best experience and the best time. Switching was easy and simple no hassle other than contacting sprint customer care in order to get the PIN number for our account. Trade-ins are always a good idea if you have any semi-old phones you can put up for a new phone. They also buy leases if you are on sprint. Coverage is overall better than sprint. Recommend going to this store.

I would like to highly commend Jared as he helped me with my iPhone issue over and beyond his job responsibility. He was very patient and methodical in his troubleshooting as he multi-tasked attending to other customers as well. Due to the nature/complexity of the issue, it took about 3hrs to troubleshoot and Jared successfully fixed it. Jared demonstrated exemplary customer service, overly delighting customers like me and recommend for t-mobile to give him best employee award and due recognition as well like a fast-track promotion.
Just went in this T-mobile to unlock an old iPhone that wasn’t being used to use it and left super frustrated. There was no one in there and when I went in they startled me by bombarding me. But their excited attitudes didn’t help when they literally could offer me no help and sent me to call customer service. I asked to clarify what they had said and I heard right, they told me my fine working iPhone 6 is garbage because it can’t be unlocked. I called my Sherwood T-mobile and Jason was so helpful, I got some advice and more answers so thanks Jason!! I’ll go leave a good review for Sherwood’s store.
T-Mobile has the best customer service of any cell phone company. Chelsey was extremely helpful and very professional. She got me and my wife set up with newer phones in no time and no hassle. The case I wanted for the phone wasnt in yet, and she kept in contact with me on a weekly basis until it arrived - phenomenal customer service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone, especially if they get Chelsey to help.
The sales representatives use deceptive tactics in order to get you to buy more than you would want to spend. I was told that i received a free case screen protector, and wireless charger however i looked at the Bill and those items were definitely not free like the representatives said they were. Its conceivable in my opinion that you could get these items free seeing as how the phone i purchased was around $900. Dont listen to the representatives at this store they are scam artists and customer service for T-mobile insists that they dont have control over what happens in their stores...

This is not a review of T-Mobile in general. I was happy with my service, but very dissatisfied with all my experiences at this location. Highly recommend dealing with T-Mobile through their website or over the phone instead of going anywhere near this store. Either the staff there deliberately mislead me multiple times or they were incompetent. (1) When signing up they asked me if wanted to put the phone on a payment plan. I asked them if they would do a hard pull on my credit, the representatives said it would not (it did show up on my credit). (2) When I asked whether the price included all the taxes and service charges the representative said that it did, but after some paperwork it was relieved that that was not the case that there was about $3 worth of extra taxes. (3) The representative asked me if I wanted $5/mo insurance on the phone and I answered with an emphatic no. However, a month later I had to get on the phone with T-Mobile to remove the $5/mo insurance that I didnt agree to (luckily T-Mobile has always been helpful over the phone). (4) After I had ended my T-Mobile service over the phone, they informed me that if I went to a T-Mobile store they would be able to unlock the phone for me. I went to this location and the representative didnt seem to understand the concept of unlocking a phone and suggested that I call support (Ugh!) (FYI there is an app on the phones that unlocks the phone).
We were visiting family in Corvallis over Thanksgiving weekend and decided to take advantage of T-Mobile account updates and phones at the local store...so glad we did it at this store. Great service & super knowledgeable about product and best service options!
We brought two prepaid tmobile phones along, and asked for a contract. We asked if we could keep the numbers, and the said no problem, for sure. We spend 20 minutes for the paperwork, and then they said: so, these are your new numbers. We were like ???? what???, you just assured us 20 min ago that we can keep the old ones??... that was 5 month ago. EVER SINCE, we had to go back EVERY MONTH because they charged us for insurance, additional MB etc, that we had NOT asked for. Although they were nice at the store, it is just highly inconvenient....
I agree with Chocolates review. Autumn was incredibly rude to us. She also gave us the wrong phone, we told her what one we wanted, an LG, pointed it out, told her it was the LG on the end of the display. She brought out another LG and had processed it before my husband noticed the error. She had to charge us a $50 restocking fee and we hadnt even left the store with it. She also told us that we would use AT&T cell towers in our location since T-Mobile doesnt have towers where we live, not true. We had no coverage in our home and horrible coverage at most other locations. I was later informed by a representative at the customer service center that she would have never recommended that we get T-Mobile in our location. When I originally researched T-Mobile I looked at their coverage map and it showed 2g, which she assured me would be fine. Terrible service, rude, hostile, acted like we were bothering her. We gladly returned to AT&T.

Walked into the store knowing exactly what i wanted to purchase. I was going to buy a Galaxy S10+ for my wife. I just needed her to get hands on to make sure it fits and is comfortable. I wanted to buy either the 512 or the 1 tb version. An easy 1299 or 1499 sale no fuss no muss. I was expecting an easy in and out to get back to the Volleyball tournament in town. The customer service rep immediately started pushing the S10e, a cheaper phone. Having worked retail for a long time i was quick to pick up on the push to move off the S10+ to the S10e. The rep was becoming more and more pushy about the phone with the other rep getting in on the action trying desperately to get us to buy the cheaper phone. He even brought up a website stating specs about the S10e being the same phone basically. When called out on misinformation he was trying to present he just pushed harder. My wife and i both felt uncomfortable and gross from the super high pressure sales tactics. We both felt like they had an agenda more than trying to be of help deciding on a phone. We guessed that it must be a contest they are trying to win. The people there made us feel uncomfortable, they were super pushy, high pressure sales, probably trying to win a contest would not recomend. Would rather go a town over and file a complaint with tmobile. Easy sale turned into a distrust and dislike of a store.
First arrived in town, We got the 2 promo TMO lines. The guy in store acted professional and he got everything done quickly. However few days later, when I accessed to my t mobile app and I figured out that he put the local cannabis store into my billing address !!! What a weird??
I bought an iPhone X from here, the seller asked me to pay $299.99 down payment and $33 per month without any explanation. After a few hours when I go into T-Mobiles website I found that I only need to pay $279.99 down payment and $30 per month. The seller charged me an optional plan so called Service Upgrade. Please be very attention to their explanation and ask detailed information for every item on your billing.
Had a brilliant experience with Chris T, one of the assistant managers, at this location! I explained my situation to him (needed something inexpensive to replace my newly broken iPhone 6+ but still wanted an iPhone) and he was incredibly patient with me, taking more than an hour to discuss my options and break down the payment options. I ended up settling on an iPhone SE, and never felt pressured by Chris to stretch for something out of my budget.Several months later, I went in again with more money in my pocket, ready to look at potential upgrade options but with my mind set on not purchasing anything that same day. Chris was completely understanding and once again showed me price breakdowns for the phones I was looking at without any expectation for me to upgrade. I walked out of the store 20 minutes later with a piece of paper he used to write down a detailed comparison of the phones I was checking out, satisfied again with my customer service at this location.Ill update this review next time I visit, but for now I recommend this location heartily, and urge you to give it a shot despite so many negative reviews. Hell, call in ahead of time and ask if Chris T is working. Remember to tell him that Simon sent you!
Definitely shouldve went along with the reviews. Dont ever go into the store to deal with these people. Awful awful service. Especially from Autumn. They dont know anything and give you false information about their products. Dont waste your time. Just order online if you can.

Walked in to store to buy 2 cell phones. I was told that I could not purchase two phones without activating at least one. I wanted to active the phones later this moth so it would not effect my current bill. Seems they are eager to sell the phone service but lack customer service.Why is it I cannot just buy the unactivated phones?

Ryan is THE MAN. We arrived there 10 minutes after closing, and he saw us looking helplessly through the window... despite being closed, he unlocked the door and asked if he could help. We needed to get a nano sim card for my girlfriends new phone that didnt take a full sized sim. Not only did he stay late to take care of us, but worked to make it free of charge too. Were so grateful.

I wish I never use t-mobile. I got a plan of 50 dollars a month, and received a bill of more than 600, mainly due to the international calls. They told me that international call is not included in my plan. I try to explain to the representative about the problem, and they just push me from one rep to another. and EVERY TIME i talked to a representative, I need to tell them about my problem again and again.Terrible experience with T-mobile.
I love this store for its customer care reps. they always answer all of my questions, talk to me like Im smart and mention products that might make my experience better, unlike verizon where youre treated like cattle and pay too much for the same basic thing.

My brother and I went to get a screen protector on for his new Samsung S7 edge (for the second time since the first time Jared put it on wrong and ran out of screen protectors). This time he took the brand new phone inside to put the new screen protector on and came back with 2 scratches on the back of the phone. When we told him about it he surprisingly denied that it was him who scratched the phone and refused to do anything to reimburse anything for my brothers $800 dollar phone. Then the other dude that works there said that there is no way we can prove that they scratched the phone. So how can you prove that you didnt?? We regret going to this store because they hire people who are stupid and cannot do their job professionally. I just cant believe they denied scratching the phone. I think Im taking this case to an attorney and suing the person who scratched it.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS STORE, ORDER ONLINE, SAVE MONEY AND THE FRUSTRATION !I purchased a Samsung Grand Prime in November 2015 for 200 since I just needed an economical phone since I was in between jobs and didnt want to break the bank.I bought all the accessories to protect the phone and for charging.as recommended by Chelsea. This cost me well over 100 dollars, just for a cover, screen protector and car charger. I used our Discover card to pay for everything. The card was swiped twice by Chelsea since she said it didnt go through the first time.We ended up getting charged 314 dollars twice by Discover. I called Chelsea and she said we needed to contact our bank. I contacted Discover and they took off one of the charges and shortly after that T mobile put a charge back our phone bill saying they never were paid for the phone.After getting off twice and talking to 4 customer service reps we were able to get someone that could help us and then we conferenced in T mobile and Discover. The issue was finally resolved and T mobile issued a small credit on our phone bill due to the hassle.To make matters worse, a week after I got the phone it started having screen issues.It had vertical lines down the length of the phone. I called Chelsea and she told me to bring the phone into the store. She said she would order the phone. I asked before I came in if I would need to purchase another screen protector. She said she would take care of me.When the phone I brought it into the store and Chelsea told me I would to purchase another screen protector since it was just a plastic cover and most likely could not be reused. She told me I needed to purchase another screen protector for 35.00 dollars. I told her I was not going to pay another 35.00 dollars on 200 phone and I sent the replacement phone back since the screen had since been working and I was not having problems.About 30 days later, I noticed the phone screen was starting to fail ( dim and vertical lines) so I called T mobile and Hector told me he would take care of me and to bring the phone into the store. After getting into the store I was told I had to call customer care to get a replacement phone since the retail store could not issue another warranty. I asked them if they could at least give me a screen protector. After both Hector and Chelsea sat there and did nothing to help me, someone from the back of the store came up and laid a new screen protector on the counter. I thanked him but he never announced his name. I walked out of the store and called customer service and they ordered a replacement phone. I am still waiting on my replacement phone and will be calling customer service to help me swap things out.Needless to say I will not be returning to this store until some changes are made with the leadership, and empathy to the customers. I think they do a great job at the selling part but not so good at problem resolution and knowledge of their products.Maybe some customer service training courses would be beneficial moving forward ?
I had called them to find out if i could bring my tablet over to my account, they told me yes no problem. All i needed from them is to sign on to my acount add another sim card for the tablet. I had call them at about 420 pm sunday from Albany mind you. There website says they close at 530p.m. I thought no problem i have plenty of time to get there. When i was getting off the phone the guy that answers didnt tell me hey we have recently moved or just so you know we close in a half hour. Come to find out when i get there the old store was closed. So i found out they were over by winco foods. I got there at 502p.m. the lady at the counters tells me sorry were closed. I asked if they could just ring me up a sim card real fast thats all i need. She replied no i am busy and i am closed. I went back out to my truck and got one added to my acount and orderd through the mail in less then 5 minutes. So now that i have to wait for one in the mail sucks when i could have had it today. Good job guys good job. Keep up the good work. your ratings show you are doing well.

Sales representatives are Sales representatives. Not MIT experts.They are not T-Mobile. They represent T-Mobile. They are there to Help with service plans and sell Phones.Theres a difference.There are no contracts.They will explain plan details. It is not theyre fault you dont speak English.If you dont understand then that is youre problem.This Store and its representatives are smart and patient.If they were impatient when you talk to them, its a sure thing you were been an ass.Nobody likes an ass.

I went in to upgrade to a new phone. The salesperson said that since it was their last one in stock, I would have to purchase $70 worth of accessories in addition to paying for the phone. I really didnt need any accessories, so now I get to order it online and wait for delivery.
