Customer service is super bad! Never once has either 2 employees gone the Xtra mile in my experience...the first time I went there was a different crew and they were excellent.. They are the only reason I started my service there.the only 2 ppl working there now arent at all helpful and Ive never seen either one be helpful to anyone

I came in to see about purchasing a new phone, and was helped by Christian and Odie (not sure the spelling) and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with phone service and overall service. Went online and found some great deals that were listed as only being valid with an in store purchase only. I was planning on opening a new $40 unlimited line(coming from other company), purchasing a hotspot with the 50GB for $50 deal as well as looking into most likely purchasing a pet tracker for $10 a month as well. So anticipated spending around 100-150 after any unexpected fees. When I was online there was an option on the official website that said give my goodness IGps permission so that they could give me the location of the store nearest to me offering the deals mentioned. I went in the store a d immediately was told that I was going to have to pay $30 for the hotspot unit that was supposedly free online with purchase of the 50gb for $50 deal. And then on top of that he said that the best deal they offered on hotspot data was 100 and something for 35gb. They also didnt honor the deal on the phone I was wanting either at that location o guess as well as big carrying the pet tracker. When I asked why literally nothing that was stated online was being honored I was told that they were a 3rd party location so they had a completely different pricing model that they followed even tho I was directed to that specific store for those specific pre selected deals online. I drove across town for nothing basically and the guy I had to deal with just literally continued to repeat the same 3rd party location jargon at me instead of trying to be helpful. If I could give less stars I would. I went into the store with an optimistic mindset that I was going to be getting a good deal on the items that I was needing and thanks to the shotty performance and idgaf attitude of the employee who made no effort to help me I left with a soured Viewpoint of metro by T mobile as a whole.

I had the most amazing experience at this location thanks mostly to the young man who went way above and beyond to get me a phone that worked. I was at my wits end and ready to scream, and imagine so were the others waiting in line behind me. But Issac remained calm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and made sure I left there completely satisfied. Issac kept his cool even when he was locked out of my account and I thought I would be another 3 days without a phone, but Issac was amazing thru it all. I left that store feeling like an appreciated, heard and respected customer. I will go back to this location for ALL my needs in the future as long as Issac is an employee. He should be in the managers position and training others what it means to give excellent customer service. Thanks Issac from the depths of my heart you really went the distance for me.

Spending enough time here I can confirm theres no chemical smell at all inside the store. The dealers are competent, theyll put in a lot of effort to make sure you get the best deal, and theyre very knowledgeable about the phones they provide. The phones are incredible for the price points. This location has excellent customer service. 👍🏻

I love this store. The people that work here are great and always friendly. They have a great selection of phones and plans. The place is clean and there is no weird chemical smell. I will always come here for phone services and I highly recommend to everyone.

The crew there got us $1100 in credit with the company john legere is a good business man and has taken tmobile and metro pcs too new levels for sure b sure and leave them a great review oh and the manager is awsome

We switched to MetroPCS and quickly found that their service area didnt include our house or property. We attempted to return the phones twice, each time being told we hadnt met the requirements for return. After a bit of fuss, the manager refunded our money in the quickest and easiest way she could. The company sets it up to make it hard to back out (as they all do) but I found that the staff was as helpful and friendly even though I was pretty grumpy about having to go in to the store THREE TIMES to get it resolved. Zero stars for coverage, three stars for customer service.

They (specifically the manager D*) needs to learn how to treat people kind! Save your money and go elsewhere!

I love this location. Right by my house. So far everyone has immediately tried to help us as soon as we walk through the door. I love Metro PCS in general, such a great phone service and my signal is amazing and for the price you cant beat Metro PCS!

Worst service imaginable! The sales representatives acted more like teenagers flirting with one another rather than a sales team! My wife and i stood waiting to be approached by a salesman for over five whole minutes, all the while we can hear giggling and snickering from the back of the store. Even after we were finally spoken too the supposed manager of the store continued to speak with her co worker interupting our conversation about other subjects and games continuisouly showing the salesman her phone in the Middle of our conversation taking his attention away from us and the two would laugh. ultimately waisting our time. And my questions unanswered. Very unimpressed with this location.

Horrid customer service from store manager Eric M. My 76 year old mother has been a loyal customer for YEARS. She wanted to purchase a new phone. She paid 165$ for a new phone. That’s her /upgrade/ price. She had trouble operating the new device and decided to return it. She was within the 7 days from purchasing stated in the return policy. But she did not read all the small print. Manger has no empathy whatsoever towards her. Simply nothing I can do for you. When I began to question him, he did not explain things clearly. I’ll just say it how it was . RUDE. I asked for his upper management contact info . He told me he is the manager and his brother in law owns the store . I asked him if customers loyalty matters to this company. He didn’t respond. I then offered my mom ( who was in tears) I could add her to my ATT account. I gave him one more opportunity to show some kind of customer service. He said he could help give us the info we needed to make the transition to ATT easier. Well, thank you so much Eric M. I can only imagine how much your brother in law will appreciate helping a 15 year metro customer leave the company for a new one. BravoIf you want a company who’s going to do what it takes to keep customers happy and LOYAL... don’t go here.And the 1 star is for the poor sales man who looked like he was sad he couldn’t try to help . Hes a kind person doing his job. Thank you!

Unlimited music streaming is very poor in this location on the $40/mo planThe $60/mo plan might be better, because it has unlimited high speed data.Do not expect to stream music on lesser plans.

I got really sick from whatever chemichal they are using in the store and so did my parnter. They put in no effort and pretended like they knew nothing about the phones and sold me a crappy phone. Then tried to convince me i couldnt return it. Terrible customer service and store.
