My service agent was Jimmy Molina and he was the absolute best. My brakes were making noise on my test drive which I thought was fixed, but a couple months later the noise was back. Jimmy went above and beyond to ensure this problem was taken care of. He understood my frustration and made sure Audi did the right thing. Thank you Jimmy and Audi Fletcher Jones!

I brought my wifes new 2021 Audi in for repair of a license plate bracket problem and also for an emissions system recall. In both cases I found the service level to be exceptional. 30k check plus tires. Jose was Exceptionally professional and helpful and kept in touch with me regularly to give me updates. He made sure that I left with a loaner car even though the stock was running low. Car need to be kept overnight to get the tires. Also worked out a price match on the tires. Great service person!

David was great! The oil change took about 2 hours and there was a nice lobby area I could work while I waited. Once my car was close to being done David came and found me, went through the inspection that took place on my car and answered any question I had. They also took my car through the car wash before brining it back to me. It was great!

I could give zero star. No customer service at all. I waited for more than an hour and need to remind multiple times to the reception. When ever you call them all they do is let me connect to finance team and they never pick up the call and they dont call you back even after leaving voice mail.

Paul was polite, thorough and professional. That I was charged to fix a known Audi defect that I asked about twice under warranty is a disgrace, but even in this matter Paul did his best to get management to reduce the cost.

My go to place for my vehicle maintenance needs. I drive 70 miles (there are dealerships near me as well) to visit them and that should explain how good they are. Jose Magana is always courteous, takes the time to explain the issue, discusses the remedy and once the work is done he goes over the bill to explain the charges. No push selling. He gives me the choices, answers my questions and lets me take the decision. Jose goes above and beyond every time. Drop off and pickup scheduling is super easy as well. Amenities are comprehensive and always clean. Thats what I expect from a premium dealership and constantly receive it.

I really like how they provide Uber pick-up and drop-off for free of charge. I really like how the payment process was easy and quick and how theyre flexible to rescheduling last minute and lots of things can be done over the phone/ app. Great service. My car needed the break rotor change and right away the change upgrade the driving experience significantly. Pricing certainly is higher than other places but I think the service and convenience made the trip worth it.

Frank Camargo was great! I dropped my car off in the morning and he had it ready by 4pm, which was earlier than expected.

My experiences at Audi Fletcher Jones have always been great. The facilities are designed to make it easy and comfortable for the customer. All their employees are well trained, gracious and ready to meet any need. They are a great example of the typical, fabulous service Audi strives for in its dealerships.

Excellent experience. Frank (service department) took care of everything an oil change quickly. While they did not have a loaner vehicle for me (I did not request one initially due to plans but plans changed), he offered to take care of an Uber for me to my residence and back. Great service and great people.

Henry of the service department was fantastic. I had an issue with my brakes, and they weren’t able to replicate the issue at first, however, he continued to look for the problem. When the problem was identified, the brakes were fixed. My rental vehicle was dropped off at my house and my car picked up, and when my vehicle was done, the car was brought back to my house. Exceptional service, especially during Covid.

My service writer/tech Ryan was terrific. Thorough and thoughtful. He walked me through my many questions and helped me prioritize. The loaner Q7 was great too. Positive experience.

We brought in our car to service and although it wasnt an Audi, the service team, including Frank, really took care of us. He explain the process to us and made sure we knew how long (most likely) the process would take. I wish he updated us on the time later, but its no problem. When we asked him later, he updated us with the time expected and it was pretty spot on. I also want to mention that I left my new phone box in the car and no one took it. It was my mistake and I should have taken all of my belongings out but I forgot that one box in the passenger footwell. Frank and his team made sure that it was safe and that everything was left where it belonged. So my family is really grateful for their work and fixing our car. Theyre a good honest team and I couldnt ask for more.

Although I did not purchase my Audi at this location, I started taking my car here recently for service. I am so happy I made this change. This Audi dealership is very impressive. Their team is top-notch and my contact there is Jose Magana who I highly recommend. Very comfortable waiting room accommodations, but I would like to see more options to charge devices while waiting. Other than that suggestion, I have had a wonderful experience at this location and will be back again.

You were able to advise me right away that photos were taken and the scuff mark was originally there when I dropped off my vehicle. You were very accommodating and I appreciate you allowing me to have the scuff removed the following day. I only wish Henry would have advised me of any markings on my car when he took pictures as I was unaware of it and naturally assumed the incident happened there. I think it’s a nice courtesy to inform your customers when you see any damage or markings on their cars because like myself I was unaware. Thank you again for your great customer service.

Dealing with Samantha at Fletcher Audi Service was the best service advisor experience Ive ever had. It only took minutes to drop off and pick up and the communication used via text and email was amazing. Ive never had a comprehensive email explaining everything regarding the service. It literally was the best experience Ie ever had. This is way different than any service center I have ever taken my car to.

I had my A4 serviced for a coolant leak and had the car running good then smelled coolant again. Brought it back to see if there was another leak and found out that it was just left over coolant trapped in/around exhaust area. Frank took care of my issues again with no problems and had my car back the same day!Appreciate the service that I have been receiving and do recommend them for your service needs!Thank you again!

I switched from BMW to Audi one year ago and will never go back. My first service experience was super easy. I arrived for my appointment, was quickly given a loaner so I didnt have to wait and got my car back quickly the following morning. I love Audi FJ!

Went there to service my car, end up buying a new one

I bought a used car from here. They swore up and down that the car was fine and showed me the car fax. Let me tell you the car fax isnt a strong enough proof because after driving it a few months and it turned off on me. I took it to the mechanic and they said this car had already had issues in the past with the engine and they opened up the engine to show me all the parts which where not the original parts for that car added in by past repairs. There was tiny metal chipped and it was floating in all the fluids so the mechanic said the engine is no longer good, so I had to purchase a new engine for the car. It is very funny to me that the sales people at Audi are quick to try to sale you a car but as soon as there is an issue no one from there wants to be the one having to talk to you for selling you a lemon. I am dead set about my experience here, I dont care what there response back will be. I hope this sheds light on how sketchy some dealers and sales people can be.
