IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE ANY DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP STOP AND READ THISI found this dealership via KBB and went there to trade my car with a cash offer. My car was on finance. Because the bank was closed they told me they will pay of the finance and will issue my check and will call me to pick up the check no more than 7 to 10 days.I waited for two weeks and called them to follow up. They transferred me to someone namedAdam, but he didnt pick up and I left him a voice mail. I waited few more days but he didnt call me back. I called again and the same experience happened. I decided to go over there to follow up. As soon as I asked for manager the employees seemed overwhelmed and told me there is no manager available at the time! At this point I realized something is off, because in a corporation the manager should be available all the time. Anyways, I waited there for half of the day but no one came to see me. I felt insulted. The I lost my patient and asked everyone around the that who is the manager. Finally they sent me an employee who was around for few hours and she introduced herself as manager, but I was 100% sure she wasn’t the manager and she didn’t even had the manager tagged on her uniform. She told me during the next 3 days I will definitely get my check. But guess what? 10 more days passed and I didnt hear from them again. Long story short 3 months passed and they keep on ignoring me and I had to sue them. Only one or two days after I served them they sent me my check by expedited overnight mail.I am still taking them to the court because I suffered a lot. I couldnt afford for down payment and I was without car during the past 4 months. Moreover because of chip shortage the prices went up. The Car I wanted to lease was 2k down and $350 monthly. now I have to pay at least 3K down and $450 monthly.I wouldnt make any deal with them again .

From start to finish, the staff at Audi Fletcher Jones gave me the best car buying experience.I never felt pressured or misled, which can happen at lots of dealerships. They gave me open communication, and never hesitated to make sure that my familys needs were met. Beyond the amazing price they gave me, they were pleasant. Aaron called me back and said that I should come by ASAP as they might sell that car. I was in Glendale, CA and for me it would be at least two hours drive so as Aaron promised if you would get there by 5 pm I would get the car and its not sold yet. I jumped in Uber and was trying to get there asap, spent 2 hours in traffic and paid 80 dollars to Uber. I let Aaron know that im coming to buy a car and let him my ETA. He replied The car is still available and is waiting for you. And what happened when I got there??? They told me the car was just sold like 10 minutes ago. All I heard from them was that they were Sorry about thatThank you for taking 4 hours from my life and wasting 150$ for Uber. Thats not the way they should be doing their business.

Ive never had such a great car buying experience. Brought my wifes car in for a very simple tweak (for which they refused to charge, even though we hadnt bought the car there). Stay away from them. They hide issues in the car until its sold. Once its sold they dont care about you. They hide service records, charge higher for service than any other Audi dealers. Worst dealership ever.

I recently purchased a pre owned Audi Etron Quattro from Audi Fletcher Jones in Costa Mesa. The staff was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Stacey Gordon was our Sales person and he did a nice job of covering all the details of the car without being too pushy. One we decided on the vehicle Stacey spent extra time with us to ensure that we understood the details of how the vehicle worked. The process was easy. Monica Ward the finance director that handled the paperwork was great to work with. She made the process fast, easy and effective. Overall it was a great experience.

Bought a used sedan and what a great people to do business with. Alex Ball was amazing, the financing guy was helpful. Basically, no BS, unlike other dealers who rip you off with additional cost like GPS tracker, door etching sticker which comes up to 2000-3000$ on top of the quoted price on the internet.

Brought them my Audi Q3 after a phone can conversation and a email back and forth with the potential of them purchasing my used 2020 Audi Q3. Ended up being like any other transaction with a used car salesman. Not honest or upfront and made me feel like it was a waste of time. We are just all looking for a little honest communication not a bait and switch conversation. The unfortunate part is that I will now take my business someplace else.

This dealership was the most patient and transparent dealership I’ve ever worked with to purchase a car. In particular I worked with Stacy, who provided wonderful guidance and patiently stuck with me as I asked numerous questions over the course of several weeks+. Far and away the best dealership I have dealt with, and I have bought many cars over the years.I was just in the market for a preowned Audi, and I reached out 1/2 dozen or more dealerships. I knew what I wanted, and Audi Fletcher Jones in Costa Mesa was the only dealership that was both responsive and not pressuring. Helpful, friendly, polite, transparent and cooperative.I personally dealt with Kyle, who is very professional, but when I went to the dealership I saw that everyone there, even down to the service department, had the same standard of courtesy and professionalism. If only all dealerships could be like this!

Can I give negative stars? Truly the worst dealership in regards to their finance department, etc. Put our address in wrong on paperwork and when we finally inquired why its been so long and we havent gotten plates or anything they finally told us the DMV was holding up everything because of it and then basically put it on us to pay/correct all items for registration, plates, and title because they barely answer any emails, dont give any information that is remotely helpful, and dont call back when requested. This has been a nightmare to fix and they are still barely any help.

Provided directions to the guest lounge and coffee machine (see pics). Location is pretty choppy, separate buildings for parts, service and sales but theyre going to remodel soon. Looking forward to that. Ill update my review once I get my Q7 back.5:00pm just picked up my Audi... Actually got an update at 3pm from Ryan that my service was complete and inspection went well. Very happy with the service and updates. Again I was promptly greeted by Ryan and had my vehicle pulled up in minutes. No wait. 1st visit to FJ Service and all boxes checked. Just like many other customers I had a terrible experience at this dealership. This dealership is based off on how much money they can take from you and rip you off. I left my car there because I was having issues with the MMI system and was told that they would charge me $225 to diagnose what was wrong with the MMI system. One day later they sent me the diagnosis and stated that I have to change the right switch of the steering wheel of my car (which would be $500 for this part, even though on their official website they are selling the exact same part for $300). I told them that I already knew that switch wasnt working and even told them upfront before leaving my car there that the switches were not working. Their response was that in order to figure out what is wrong with the MMI, they have to fix it first (which means paying the $775) and then they would be able to figure out what was going on. Honestly ridiculous how this system is, completely developed to take your money. I ended up paying the $225 for the useless diagnosis and took my car out of there. BUYER BE AWARE, TAKE YOUR AUDI TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP.EDIT: After this review they got in touch with me and offered me a diagnosis which was accurate and were able to figure out what happened to my car. Thanks!

UPDATED REVIEW. Added a star. Once this was posted I heard from them ASAP. However, I had already solved the problem on my own. It shouldn’t take posting a bad review to get attention. PREVIOUS: Not anywhere I would go back to. The service I received when leasing the car was excellent - but once they had my money, it was a big never mind. I have a signed form that there is a front license plate holder on the car. Only there isnt. And they say I have to drive 40 minutes to the dealer so they can drill holes. THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE ALREADY. When I called, the person on the phone said, well, thats all we can do. We offered to fix it and you said no. Fancy fancy building, not so fancy service.

Its ok.... No enthusiasm in showing cars... Did not enjoy the shopping experience.

Here is my story...I bought my car Dec 27 cash. Until now (almost 5 months) the car is not under my name and fees of over $2,000 are outstanding. I called numerous times with the promise someone is going to get back to you, we just need some time. My last attempt was 2 weeks ago and until now no one has contacted me.My car has expired temporal plates, I was stopped by loca law enforcement and let go with a warning.It has been almost a month since I was able to drive my car.I am very disappointed at Audi Fletcher Jones. I am used to the excellent customer service of Audi of San Diego. I guess not all Audis are the same. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealer again.

I went to Audi Fletchers dealership to get a test-drive of the selected car and Kennedy Emesibe meet me in the hall and offered to help me with this.He was looking for car keys for a long time and because of this our test drive was delayed. After the test drive, I negotiated the price with him and with his manager, but I had to go to pick up the child from the nanny, and promised to call him back as soon as I pick him up. Later, I called him and said that I wanted to buy a car and ready to come within half an hour to complete the deal. Kennedy said he needed to talk to the manager to get final approval. He called me back 15 minutes later and confirmed that the manager had approved the deal and that the car was mine. I provided my finance info to him over the prone not to waste a time and called an Uber.  On the way to the dealership, Kennedy called me and stated he had just sold the car to another buyer. This is a blatant attitude towards a customer, a violation of California law, and my worst experience with a salesperson. I do not recommend anyone to do business with Kennedy and Audi Fletchers.

Service appointment is easy to make. Service staff is friendly. They also provide regular update about repair status.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Joshua, Tyler, and Nia in leasing a new Audi eTron SUV for my wife. They were very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. We were able to get the entire deal done over the phone and emails and included delivery of the vehicle to my doorstep. Best of all, I was negotiating on 3 similar vehicles at other dealers, and they beat all of them on the price by a significant margin. Good salesman/woman that wanted to get deals closed. Best experience I’ve ever had!

I purchased a 2021 S4 at this place a couple months ago and just recently found out theres a small scratch on the drivers side passenger window. They wont take care of the issue. They told me I should have checked the car before driving away. They held me at the dealership until 10pm, after 5 hours of waiting.At the time of purchase, the finance people promised the world if I purchase extended warranty and tires warranty. The finance person gave me a phone number to call/text at any time. It was a lie. I was never able to reach the person after walking out of the dealership. At this moment, Im trying to get the warranties cancelled, but Im having a hard time getting in touch with anyone at all. I visited the dealership last Friday and waited for an available finance person. I was told to call back and sent away. This is the worst experience Ive had at a dealership.UPDATEIve submitted a couple cancellation forms through email to a finance representative with a follow-up email a week later. I havent received any response from anyone confirming the request. Ive contacted the BBB to file a complaint, and theyve also given up after a couple tries in attempting to get a response from anyone.

I was fortunate with my encounter with Holly and Robert and drove an Audi A4 off the lot at the end of 2020.Detailed Review:I visited Audi Fletcher Jones after visiting a few dealerships (Lexus, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, and Hyundai Genesis) and had dealt with few information-deficient and deceitful sales personnel and their management staff. Holly helped us locate a few models that we were interested in and brought up as many as cars to test drive as we sought. He provided us with as many relevant information about the vehicles that he knew and corrected himself (even at a later time) if he was wrong about something. After finding our desired car, Robert (I really hope that is the correct name) helped us find the perfect deal financially for us. The car was presentable when they handed us the keys and resolved any concerns we had at the time.I contacted Holly for a few questions and concerns I had about the car at a later time, and he was very prompt in responding and resolving them, including asking me to stop by and checking something with me. On my return, I saw Robert as well and we further connected on my recent purchase from them.Overall, from the entrance greeting staff to sales and service team, Audi Fletcher Jones make the hassle of car-buying very pleasant, unlike my numerous previous experiences. As I promise to also be transparent, I must say that the finance department staff that helped us finalising the paperwork was a bit unpleasant to work with, and although I dont mind the forcefully-rushy end of the deal (especially when it is later during the day), I am sure future customers would appreciate a bit more friendliness especially at the end of the deal.

I rarely give businesses reviews unless I had an amazing experience and this dealership deserves 10 stars. I have been with Audi since 2008, and have dealt with Audi dealerships in several states. Working with the team at FJ Costa Mesa was by far, the best purchasing experience I have had. Richard and Taylor were exceptional and treated me and my son with incredible care. I had gone to another Audi dealership the day before and was almost taken advantage of but Rich helped me out immediately and reminded me of what it felt like to be respected and treated well. Dont listen to the noise of some of these negative reviews, people can be very unreasonable and what I experienced is no where near what some people are complaining about. The team is kind, respectful, and very transparent. They know what they are doing and seem to have worked very hard to build their reputation. I leased a 2021 E-Tron and I am extremely pleased with not only the numbers but also the car itself.

This review is being written based on my experience with the sales team and service department while servicing my vehicle.2 wonderful humans - Frank Camargo & Mike QuezadaMy sales experience:Ive known Mike for years now after having an absolute wonderful first experience with him when they were at the Newport Beach location. Mike took all the time in the world to help me even though we had discussed that I wasnt fully in the buying market at that time. Let me tell you, thats extremely rare! Time and time again, Mike has proven himself to be much more than a great salesman and genuine, sincere human. I wish I could afford more Audis so I could purchase from him regularly. If you are in the market for an Audi, do yourself a huge favor and go request Mike at Fletcher Jones. He truly LISTENS to you and your needs. You dont have to walk on egg shells during your conversation, you can be direct and tell him your real thoughts. I cant say enough good things about this guy.As for my service experience:If you are going to service your vehicle or even just have basic questions, get in touch with Frank. This guy is, by far, the best example of excellence in an auto service department that I have ever experienced. I used to have a BMW and I cannot tell you how many different service managers Ive dealt with, at several different dealerships, and found it comically disastrous and painful. After finally joining the Audi family I had some questions based on observations I made in my new A5 SB. I walked in to the service department at Fletcher Jones and Frank not only thoroughly answered all of my questions but went into detail about what was mechanically going on and really helped me understand what was going on. He really took the time to sit with me and explain everything, going far beyond my expectations.The second time I came into this service department, I obviously requested Frank. He came out smiling and gave me a warm welcome back. He remembered my name and noticed the custom work I had done to my car since the first time he saw it. Great attention to detail and I could not have felt more comfortable letting him take the wheel with all of the service details. I didnt have to do anything, he took care of it all! While my car was getting serviced he even promptly responded to my text messages and, again, went above and beyond the normal scope of expectations by addressing minor requests and questions I had. I got my car back in tip top shape and Frank made sure everything I needed was addressed and taken care of before I left the lot.Service departments can be tough, sketchy, feel like the DMV, and have pushing service reps - This is NOT one of those service departments. Frank made sure of that. I will be back time and time again. Thank you sincerely Frank!

Great friendly dealer to buy your audi

My bank sent out the cashier check to this dealership and I sent out all of my financial information to get a car. They told me to get financed with their bank while waiting for the check so I trusted them and sent my information over. Joshua and his manager kept pushing me to get the car so I tried to do everything to get the car in the same day. Then this dealership sold the car to someone else 2 hours before we supposed to pick up the car. So my credit report got dinged twice and a loan was put on my name but we got nothing? Now they tried to make me buy a different car from them because I couldnt reserve a used car when all of my information was sent? If you cant sell it, dont make me waste the whole day on speaking to my bank and your sleazy salesmen. This is the worst car buy experience I have ever seen.

Had the easiest and most streamlined buying experience of any car dealership I’ve been too. Katia was super helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealer and Katia as a professional and knowledgeable sales rep. All and all I got a great car at a great price and the process was very pleasant. Much better than I can say of any other dealer I’ve bought from in the past.

My review however is on the service that was provided to me here. Both Brooke and Luis were extremely professional, trustworthy, knowledgable, and easy to work with making the process totally stress free. THANK YOU both so much for your guidance! Our salesperson was very helpful, and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot. He was kind, and listened to my wife patiently. The dealership promptly attended to any vehicle discrepancies, and provided a loaner vehicle while ours was repaired. We will buy our next Audi from this Audi dealership in the future.

Buyer beware. I called about a vehicle and the salesman tried to sell me this vehicle for well above their advertised price and the MSRP. If you want this one, reach out to Hoffman Estates Audi in Illinois. The guy from Hoffman Estates was a straight up guy about his offer which was 1000 less than MSRP and was willing to get me from the airport. I went with another Audi that I felt was more suitable for my family albeit more expensive. After Cameron kept messaging me about this offer despite me declining already and defending it, I decided to look up the laws on it. Even if this is inaccurate, I felt like other consumers should know about this experience. Oh, and the rate was over two times the rate I got elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! l am in the purchasing business and I have never dealt with a company as bad as this one. STAY AWAY!! Particularly from internet associate, Jason Neville, Cameron Phillips and Abel. I asked to start the process of buying a car at noon and at 7 pm they told me they sold the car out from under me... after they started the credit process and took all my information. Terrible business!! Stay away.

I cant say enough about Mike Quezada and Michelle Racine. They took the time to help us get the car we wanted at am amazing price. Everyone else at Audi Fletcher Jones was great too. I would highly recommend this dealership, and Mike and Michelle specifically.

Really a 3.5 rounded up to 4. Bought a new car from them about 8 months ago. Transaction went well and sales staff were very helpful with my somewhat confusing out of state purchase. Drove off in a happy daze when we picked up my car not really capable of listening to use instructions (my fault). Then salesperson called me and begged for a good review which I gave but was not happy with her having asked. Problem is that during COVID I rarely drove but recently had some questions. My sales person emails were returned to sender so I gather she is no longer there. But then I sent multiple emails to her manager but there was never any response there either. I had left a phone message as well as emails. So my problem isn’t with the purchase but with follow up care. I love my car but have regrets. I live in an area without an Audi dealer nearby and feel a disconnect I had worried about but thought I was a member of the Fletcher Jones “family” not a persona non grata. I know FJ has a good reputation but maybe that’s reserved for the Mercedes dealership.

Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and transparent about the whole car buying process from the moment I first inquired online. When I arrived to Fletcher Jones the car I ultimately purchased was sitting out front detailed and ready for me to test drive!I was given a very competitive offer for my trade-in and that process was very seamless. The Audi I purchased was an extremely specific spec that I looked online at every Audi Dealer in SoCal for over a month. A low mileage 2018 Monsoon Gray Metallic A3 Quattro 2.0 full S-Line (19” sport wheels, sport trim, sport steering wheel, sport seats, bumpers, badges) with the technology package. The car was completely spotless inside/out and could easily be mistaken for being brand new! I absolutely love my car!Thank you again for the great service!

I was referred to Audi Fletcher Jones by Jose Magana. I’m glad I listened! I was assisted by Diego Meza when I first arrived. I told him exactly what car I was looking for and he knew all the specs on that car, so he was quickly able to seal the deal.He was upfront about the price and the likelihood of working out a deal. Fortunately, between him and Stephen Lim, they were able to match my terms and get me the keys to an amazing Audi A6 Prestige.They even offered to hold the car for me while I obtained a parking permit for my complex, which took a couple of days. When I went to pick it up, Mike helped me out. The care had been recently detailed and he spent close to 30 minutes going over every feature on the car to ensure I knew how to get the most out of my A6.From start to finish, the process at Audi Fletcher Jones was great. I look forward to enjoying my car and the perks offered by this amazing dealership!

It’s a good thing that there are like 4 Audi dealers around LA. Because Fletcher service did me wrong. They are not helpful and will make you wait while they play on their phones.

Watch out, all. The sales people here are pretty bad.This is a new dealership that is offering unique incentives that they will say you qualify for because of their “grand opening” and then later change the story on you.Classic “bait and switch”.I dealt with four different sales people when I arrived — all sizing me up and all disinterested in helping me. They were transactional and inconsiderate.What’s more is that the General Manager (Brandon Hale) cannot be bothered to return phone calls or emails. I’ve made multiple attempts in the past week and nothing. Doesn’t even want to hear your story.I was a loyal Audi customer and will never go back to the brand after this poor experience.

Katia, Sasha and the whole team including Steve were all fantastic. No pressure, patient and really cared what we wanted. They did not try and hard sell us or shove a car down our throats when we wanted to research more an think about it. When we did take delivery, the patience and professionalism was unparalleled. I highly recommend! The car buying experience does not have to be gross. No haggling and nonsense. They give you market rate and dont take advantage.

Purchased a used car from this excellent dealership! It was nice to have a fair no haggle price for the car. They were impeccable on the details and went above and beyond to insure I had a good experience in purchasing the vehicle! Everyone I interacted with from the first phone call was perfect!I rarely give 5 stars to auto dealerships as there is always something that didnt go right. This transaction was no different. We had issues trying to register the car in a different state. The difference was their service and attention after the sale was absolutely on point! Sasha specifically was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to help us through every issue.
