Colin and the team at SC Car Zone are AMAZING! Super friendly and make the process super easy. Not like a typical car dealership at all. Im giving them two stars because they were very very quick to respond to my text messages. I contacted SC Car Zone because I was interested in a vehicle they had on their online inventory. I inquired about it and was told it was still available it was even confirmed by a manager, so i was told. I drove for 55 minutes to test drive and ultimately buy that vehicle. When I got there they informed me that that vehicle had been sold a week ago. They asked if i would be interested in any other vehicle on their lot. I felt that all they wanted to do is get me to their lot because I already had my own financial option. I do not recommend this place.

Only giving one star because theres no option for zero stars. If that doesnt sum up my feelings towards this dealership I dont know what does. I was in contact with an employee by the name Colin. I continued to exchange emails with this individual about a car I was interested in. He informed me that the vehicle would be available to be viewed and I went on to make an appointment. Over an hour of driving, I arrived at the dealership- where the employees had absolutely no idea what was going on. After standing around waiting for close to 20 mins I was informed that there was a recall on the vehicle and I would not be able to see it. They then made a pathetic attempt to sell me on their other vehicles, just as other reviews had said. Moral of the story: if you notice a common theme among reviews maybe listen. Dont be like me and waste your time with these people.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Bought an Alfa Romeo from them in may ended up selling it after 2 months for a loss. This is a horrible place to buy cars from.Don’t let under market prices fool you. They make you purchase stuff you don’t need and don’t even have an option to decline them which adds about 4 grands on your grand total. STAY AWAY. This place is one giant scam. They list prices on their website and other car sites like CarGuru then add on $3000-10000 worth of fees on to the previously advertised price online. I came in after looking at 2020 Dodge Charger online for $25,288 just to sit down and watch the salesperson add on at least $12,000 to the price and called them “OPTIONS”. Options that the car already came with, without any choice and they chose to leave that out of the real price. They advertised the car with custom rims, and brand new leather interior but lied about the real price to get us to come in. The car was listed for the same price on their company website and when we pointed it out to the salesperson he just pointed out the ridiculous disclaimer about add one. The entire staff is in on it and they’ll just tell you the price increase is because of “adds on or options and taxes and fees.Moral of the story, don’t waste your time. SCAMMERS! After all of this, we almost reached a reasonable price until it was time to discuss the finance charges. Once again the overall price changed drastically resulting in us walking out.ALSO … they’re run your credit 5 TIMES without your permission or knowledge.

False advertising on their prices. Website prices are way off the price they sell for. Contacted them wanting to look for jeep’s. I informed them we were driving 5 hours to look a particular jeep’s. Got there to find out that they show pictures of fixed up Jeeps but for some reason put price as basic jeep and once there told us that it is actually $10,000 more than what is advertised! Would never go again and very unhappy with the way they do business.

Once I showed up and was so excited to see the 4 Jeeps we have been looking at real price was actually 10,000 more then advertised. I honestly hated my experience here . They ran my credit though sooooo many credit card companies, they finally supposedly got someone to approve me and sold the promised car they had put aside for me. I live in San Diego and they made me go back and never thought to let me know that the car was sold . As I was waiting Another gentlemen brought his car in after few days of purchase because it broke down on the street and his car only had 20 thousand miles which was a sign for me to run. When I went to other dealerships they asked for the company that approved me and they refused to give me that info over the phone they said they should be able to figure it out it’s on your report and this was management . While purchasing my current Jeep from they had mentioned knowing about this company and not hearing great things guys I drove an hour and a half for a great deal but was the worst night mare please be mindful they are great prices but there might be more too it I luckily got a chance to see someone bring the car in Because it broke down and that was enough for me to not want to deal with them at all .

Update: So here is the entirety of my experience at SC Car Zone, I had first walked in because they had a 2016 Fiat 500 Abarth advertised online at 13,500$. I came in, test drive the car and then sat with Mario for a little while trying to get approved for a loan. They were very consistent with trying to get me to focus on the monthly payment amount and my down and how they would affect each other. I will admit I was excited and this was my first time at a dealer so I was much more trusting than I should have been.Because Im young and havent established credit and had no cosigner to help me out, I got a loan at 26%, not in a million years would that work for me. I should have paid more attention, my fault. Not only was the loan attached to 26%interest but I was financed for 19,000$ on a almost 14,000$ car. This was because they added a interior warranty for around $800, a security feature $1200, and an exterior warranty for somewhere around the same prices as the rest. After I had realized what happened and all the up charges that had happened, I reached out to the general manage Shahin, he told me that he was upset and not comfortable with me feeling like i got used. We scheduled a day for me to come in and restructer my payment I arrived early as I do everywhere and saw him walking around in the main building. I went inside and let someone know I was there, they had me wait about a half hour before telling me he had to run to the bank and I would continue with the finance guy Austin. The problem is I saw him go into his little office area and remain there until I left, anyway, when I sat down with Austin he just made me quickly sign a new contract. This new contract added gap insurance for $0 but reduced my extended warranty a year and reduced my payments $25. I only signed because it would push out my payment a month and I could figure out how to get out of this scam.Immediately after I left I sent Shahin another email asking if he was still going to honour our deal about restructuring because we were supposed to discuss it and come to an agreement rather than toss me to his finance guy. He said he didnt know what I wanted him to do.Furthermore, I got an extended factory warranty and started to have doubts a couple weeks in because of what was going on. I called a dealership to confirm this warranty and they told me there was still an original for another year! Waste of money! What did I pay for I asked? Below are all the email I had sent and or received from Shahin.I should also note that he said he couldnt get ahold of me to speak to the lenders when his finance guy texted me a day or two prior and didnt respond to my text back, also, he had my email from day one and ignored me for almost two weeks in these emails.

I was attracted to SC Car Zone based on a vehicle I found on Cars.com. The car was advertised at a price that I desired. I then went to their website and confirmed the price. I had an initial conversation with a sale rep and expressed my interest. When it came time for me to figure out the logistics of purchasing the vehicle the sales rep informed me that the price was actually $10,000 more due to a lift kit and wheels and tires that they installed. I asked why they did not advertise the vehicle at the price that was $10,000 more because they certainly were not going to remove a lift kit after installing one. Very frustrating, and very misleading. I definitely did not buy a vehicle from them.

I bought a car from this place. I Was pressured into buying an extended warranty that I really couldnt afford and they told me I can cancel it anytime. So I called them to cancel it and left several messages. NO one called me back. They kept dodging my phone calls. I sent them a letter to cancel my extended warranty and got it registered from the post office for proof to show that they did receive my request. Still nothing! They are supposed to send a check to the bank where I got the loan. They never did and I called the warranty company and they said that the warranty was cancelled. Called the bank again still no check was mailed to the bank. So I believe this is fraud not to mention that they did a number on me with the interest rate that they gave me knowing that I have good credit and my credit score is over the high 750s. They didnt tell me about the interest rate they were giving me. Be aware before you sign any documents with this dealership. So they cancelled my warranty but no check was sent to the bank who gave me the loan. So now Im writing this review so everyone knows what this dealership is about.Maybe I will get a phone call back after they read this yelp review.

False advertising, and lies, if you plan on buying a Jeep with any after market upgrades expect to pay 10k on top of the advertised price, along with a lot of other fees, also they ran my credit multiple times with different finance companies without discloser. There is a few more really mean things that they did but I already said enough.... please beware

100% false advertising. Lift kit, rims, tires, and any other accessories are not included in the prices although they don’t seem to mention that part. Add on at least 10,000 to your price and that should be about what you’ll be paying. Definitely don’t recommend.

I went here based on an add on autotrader. The price listed was a complete scam. They have several add ons like a gps tracker, paint protection, interior protection, etc that are required to be purchased but aren’t part of the advertised price . These added up to $4,000. After making it very clear I didn’t want any of the add ons they still refused to remove them. Their best offer was to knock $800 off of the add ons. The registration was expired I was going to have to pay back fees. This $18,500 car was going to cost $29,000 all in. This is an old school used car scam. Beware! Stay away!

We had made an appointment on Wednesday to see the vehicle. After driving an hour and a half to go see it, they told us the vehicle is off the lot getting detailed. We frustratingly made another appointment for the next day, Thursday. The vehicle was there and was shown to us by Bryan. Bryan was great and patient with us. He walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. We ended up leaving the lot with the vehicle that night. We are happy with our purchase. Beware, though, of the non-negotiable dealer pre-installed options that will raise the out-the-door price considerably. A lojack-type GPS tracker and a paint protection, for example. As many reviewers have already said, they dont include these options in the price and are added onto the total price of the vehicle. On Wednesday I asked about any additional fees or charges aside from sales tax, DMV fees, government fees, etc. I was told no additional fees. I guess, technically, they arent fees. But I would have appreciated a little transparency and honesty.

They post deceptive online ads - I would not trust them. Im being generous with 2 stars because Ive only had this one limited experience.I was looking for a particular car and they advertised (on their own website along with many others) what seemed like a decent deal.Only after I test-drove the vehicle and began talking about purchasing terms did they disclose to me that the advertised price did not include certain dealer add-ons. Not a big deal usually, those addons can typically be removed.However, these add-ons were permanent (upgraded leather, special wheels) and were not negotiable. So, what would have been a 22K car was actually being sold for no less than 31K.With this kind of deception in their advertising, I would not trust anything else that they say unless it is in a written contract.

I decided to check them out .I walked in to the dealership and a very pleasantProfessional man named Bryan welcomed me .I told him what I was looking for . Man this place is false advertising I came to check out a challenger an a charger one was 25999 an the other one was 24999 cus they put rims on the car an lowered it the price went up 11k on one an 6k on a there one that’s not even including the taxes an feees don’t waste ur time here they charging 4K for some 500 Dollar rims this place just trying to take ur money never been to a place that want to charger u more cus they mad changes to the car so it can sale like I get couple 100 or a 1000 but 11k like if u asking 35k for the car then put that don’t put the stander price then post the car with all the upgrades I came from Moreno Valley just to walk out on them cus it didn’t make since

We dealt with Denise (salesperson) and Austin (finance). They did a good job explaining to us how we arrived at the bottom line and worked with us on a couple line items until we came to a mutual understanding. They seem to have a strong inventory of Jeeps, which is what we were looking for. A reasonable deal for a good car. I hope to enjoy this Jeep for years to come!

Very bad experience. First of all I drove for 78 miles and also I confirmed with them that car is still available. After reaching there, they told that car is no more with them. So, thats frustrating and after that one of the manager convinced me to look other cars and told that they will provide me good price on that.Trust me after spending like 2 hours there with all process done they gave me rate that was way high. Dont trust them. Try to bargain as much as you can. There are many ways they fool customers.

None of them give detailed information. They didn’t even fill my car with gas or wash it.

Total scam! They advertise a sale price but then want to add “options” that aren’t options at all. They also advertise on TrueCar but won’t honor the TrueCar price! Walk away from this sleezy used car dealership!!

They lie about their prices. The price listed is for the car and then they add a bunch of things and when you get to the dealership the car is actually $8000 more than listed. Also, the salesmen are lazy. I walked in and the guy was asleep at his desk.

My parents and I came to buy a car today. We ended buying a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport. I love the car and the dealers (especially Jay) were amazing. He was very hospitable and understanding. I went in to buy a used van based on the selling price on their website today. When the sales guy came back with the numbers there was a line on his estimate that showed over 4K in accessories on it that was non-negotiable the sales guy said. These accessories where preinstalled and they are added to the purchase price he said. I said get out of here, I dont want to purchase your accessories and then all of a sudden he was able to knock 3K off of it and said that is the best the pit boss can do. I walked out very disappointed. Im no lawyer and dont really know the legalities of false advertising, but this sure had the smell of a scam to me. Interesting to read Im not the only one that has experienced this practice and its quite common apparently. Makes me wonder why there are more positive stars for these guys and all I can conclude that there must be a lot of suckers out there!

WOW what can I say I was searching from this car for the longest time. And this is by far the best dealership experience that Ive had in my 53 yrs on this planet. My SALES REP Colin is the best must patient sales rep as at times I was all over the place. Over time and 4 visits (65 miles away) he put a deal together that was a no brainer...... Thanks SC but most of all Colin should you ever find yourself needing a sales job I GOT YOU Thanks Man LEE

My partner and I bought a car today. This year has really hurt our credit and wallets, but they worked with us. Amazing customer care from Jay Balatbat in person and phone service from Colin. Great looking used cars and were excited for our new Outlander Sport. This is a warm and welcoming location and understand that we are all humans struggling with life. 10/10 and 2 thumbs up.

Came to the auto dealer bought a vehicle paid full and cash $27,000 with the agreement that there would be a second key fob brought to us in a couple weeks. That was in October, it is now December and I still have no key fob. So I call the car dealer to request the key fob again and Im told I have to go mash through my paperwork because they didnt do their part of the deal. Why couldnt they just hold up to their end of the bargain and deliver the key fob as promised? So I called the guy who doesnt really want to help me ... theres two finance managers he wants to know who I talked to, but the lady I talked to (the car dealer) went to an office. I never saw the guy, so who knows if he was Asian or Caucasian. Pretty poor customer service. First for not keeping their word, second for not looking up the sale and making it right.Edited to add, thank you Shane for your prompt attention. I upped the review. See you Monday.

DISHONEST! Beware. The price they display does not include “extras” they add to the vehicle and are MANDATORY. Surprise...they will hit you with the extra bill when you sit down to pay for vehicle.Things like extra paint coating, window coating, etc. They will tell you that they were already applied and must be paid for. Yeah...like anyone can validate that a non-advertised nor requested “coating” was applied. I plan to report them and their dishonest business practices to BBB and FTC. Please don’t be fooled like I was.

Listen to the other reviews. The Jeep I went to see was listed for a good price. On the phone I was told it was actually $2,000 more since they put in red leather seats but their internet guy had not updated the listing yet. I then arrived at the dealer and was told there was an additional $8,500 fee for the wheels and lift. There was no mention of this in the listing and every Jeep on the lot had the same wheels and lift. I left immediately. I’ve never seen a business selling their vehicle and then saying the price listed didn’t include the options listed in the description and shown in the pictures. I left wondering what surprises must be in store for people who actually purchase a car from them with dealer fees and financing. Most dishonest business I’ve ever run across.

Came to SC Carzone and have a great experience every one is very friendly and Colín was so patient and answered all our questions . I definitely recommend this place and when I’m ready to upgrade I’ll be coming back with them.

Kari was awesome! Helped me get the 2019 Dodge Charger R/T that Ive been coveting for months! From the moment I pulled up to the lot, she greeted me promptly and guided me to the perfect car by asking the right questions! After the test drive, she walked me through the process and did a wonderful job at setting my expectations for the finance process. I was a little bit worried that it was going to be a hassle but she made me feel extremely comfortable with her transparency.
