After a lot of online window shopping I decided to give this store a call and Maria not only had the exact watch I wanted but also set it aside for me without any questions or payment info for me to come it pick up. I almost bought it from Best Buy at full price and she let me know upfront that they had a promo for $150 off! Honestly, I wouldn’t have even known that so that was a huge surprise.I was in and out of the store in less than 15 mins with a brand new watch which was set up to my Verizon account. There was no wait and no appointment needed. Very clean store and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I needed some help with a phone issue getting it back on line. Im sorry but I dont remember the salesmans name that helped me, but if hes a reflection of the company there hes a good one. Completely got everything I asked for done quick and laughed at ly sarcasm... What else do I need this store is great.
We were kindly greeted and taken care of by Maria even though the store was only open for fifteen minutes longer. My daughter and I hated to be “that” customer but it was the only time we could get in together…I had to be there as the “account owner” for the transaction to take place…Maria was professional, helpful, and patient with us! I appreciate that in a sales person!
Steven was great! Insurance sent me a phone w/o an active SIM and he went above and beyond to get me back online and working again! Great service and walked me through my best options for case/screen protector even installing it on my behalf. It was the end of the night right before closing and his service was amazing throughout my shenanigans
Brian is THE most helpful patient chill tech guy!…He makes everything comfortable and really easy to understand(especially for the non-techy person). Maria is his trusty side-kick and they really hook a lot of people up regularly with a smile!

We went to Russell Cellular because they were the only retailer we could find who had the iPhone 12 red with 256GB. Marilyn G. sold us the phones and migrated the data from our old phones to the new ones which was a great service that we found out later cost $25 each phone. This was a good service, however, we should have been told it would cost $25. In all the years we have owned cell phones, we were never charged for this migration. We were also told that we could pay for everything but the final $100 per phone that would be on an installment plan or we could pay it off in the next month. Never had this type of charge before either. Our bill showed the $960 cost per phone and the $100 Installment Amount per phone. In the Your Total column the $100 showed a credit--I will have to pursue this because I just paid the $200 to cover both phones.On my Verizon bill I found a $40 upgrade fee per phone and we were signed up for the Verizon Protect Plan, neither of which we were told or asked about. The Verizon Representative said it was the Cellular Company that added these charges, but Marilyn G. just told me at Russell Cellular that it was Verizon and that I could call and have it reversed. I had already spent a lot of time with the Verizon Representative and she was not able to reverse the charge. Marilyn G. removed the monthly Verizon Protect Plan from both of our phones and supposedly reversed the first charges that were made on our Verizon Bill. I expressed my unhappiness with these additional charges that were added without our knowledge and told Marilyn G. that she needs to tell/ask her customers for any additional charges added to the cost of new phones.My advise if you enter Russell Cellular is to ask for any additional charges to be explained before they are added to your bill. And I would still like to understand why we couldnt pay off both phones but instead had to finance $200 of the cost. Shady dealings in my book!**Followup--Jan. 13, 2021--I sent in a complaint on the web to the Better Business Bureau and on Yelp on Jan. 12 and received a call from Verizon Headquarters on Jan 13. The Verizon Rep. reversed all of the charges that we did not authorize and gave me the new amount of my next Verizon bill. They responded immediately after they got the complaint from the BBB which was very impressive! The Rep indicated that they would be contacting Russell Cellular for counseling. And interestingly, I was going to add the above information to my Yelp complaint, but cant find Russell Cellular on the Yelp website anywhere.
Brian at the! Costa Mesa store on 17th went above and beyond to fix my phone. I highly recommend this store and this wonderful tech!

I had the strangest issue with my cell phone, it seemed like it would most likely not be repairable and Id have to purchase a new one. I walked in and it was VERY busy. I wish I could remember the mans name who helped me, he was courteous, kind, patient and a rockstar all at the same time. As frustrating and annoying as my problem was, he managed to fix it and for free. He explained that 3 other customers came in earlier with the same problem and he knew what to do. He saved me $800 $$$$!!! At a time like this I really appreciated that.
I went in to either repair or replace my phone. The associate (I wish I could remember his name) was polite and very helpful. There was some miscommunication regarding what my out-the-door cost was going to be, but he resolved it quickly for me without a word.

I went to the store and told the guy who was helping me exactly what I needed and it seemed as if he had more interest in up selling me. I was presented with 1 option for what I was looking for and it didn’t seem right so I left. I went to another store that gave me multiple options and ultimately ended up saving me over $300+ from what I was told from this location. I entered the store looking to purchase on the spot but left because I didn’t feel that this employee was looking out for my best interest but rather his own paycheck.

BEWARE!! This is not an official Verizon store. It is an authorized dealer only! It is independently run, and has nothing to choose from. Dont come here. They did not have the phone that I wanted and tried to sell me on all of these bizarre phones that I never heard of. They would not let us out the door without trying to sell us some things that we really did not want. They even offered to drive to a store 40 minutes away to pick up the phone that I wanted while we waited for him to come back!! Uh, no thank you! Make sure that you go to the official Verizon store and not an authorized dealer. Beware!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!Absolutely horrible customer service. They have no idea what they are doing. I came into the store to buy an iPhone. They basically ordered it online for me... something I could have done. Now why would you make me order it online when I could have gotten one from the store???? Makes zero sense. Then when I went to pick up the phone they had no idea what to do with it. Total joke and horrible experience. Should have driven a few extra miles to go to the Verizon store on Harbor. They forced me to buy accessories that I did not want and told me that I could not have the iPhone X without purchasing the accessories. When I went to return the accessories the guy I dealt with, AK D. told me that I cant, thats when we exchanged a few works. He said well, if youre going to act like that... He then tried to tell me that he was the one that sold me the accessories and I told him know. After a few minutes of that, he said his father is the store owner, so he knows everything and everyone (LOL!!!!!). AK works there because daddy gave him a job. Thats sad!!!!! ok- Back to reporting this store and AK to the Verizon Headquarters.

I came into The Verizon store today with a problem with 2 iphones, as I walked in SIMON manzano gave me a warm greeting and was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having. As he was helping me out The store manager Esteban Gavilanez came to help me change my passwords (such a hassle for me ) I recommend EVERYONE to come to this New verizon Location !
