Nice they have a security guard inside to keep people civil. They have a convenient machine for ca$h payments. The staff have often been very kind here.
Not very friendly service. My brand new phone wasnt connecting to service because of no Sim card provided and I was questioned uncomfortably about it after already speaking with customer service on the phone (Keisha, very nice) and being instructed to go to a store. Then once the Sim card issue was resolved I asked to purchase a car charger, and the sales representative responded dont you have one from your old phone? I asked to buy a new one, not to be interrogated as to why I wanted to buy one.
They dont help anybody with anything and they take forever to pickup the phone
They quote the price, but dont tell you that it costs much more if you want to pay the full price upfront. I left the store, because the lack of disclosure when they told me the price. To me, that shows that anything else they might say cannot be trusted. Move on.

Placed an order for curbside pick up witch they said will be same day or next day pick up since they have it in stock but still no email and I ended up going to the store but they ended up closing 1 hour early with no notice anywhere even technical support told me they closed at 8 and they ended up closing early.
Had to go back the next day, because they didnt get it right the first time.

This store is horrible!!! My mom tried to purchase an iPhone yesterday and the employee working at that time (towards end of shift, he is of very small stature, and he did NOT provide his name), he refused to sell her the phone, and then he had the gall to close the door on my moms face!I am trying to contact Verizon Customer Service in order to place a complaint and I have been on hold, via TWO DIFFERENT LINES, for more than an hour now!Shutting a door on a potential customer is not right and should not be tolerated and I want to place a formal complaint ASAP!DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STUPID STORE!
This place and company is absolute disgrace. Their customer service is almost non existent, their staff careless and liars (the manager Jeff Brown) could not care less. Their processes a joke. Avoid Verizon at all costs and especially this location.

I came in to switch carriers and get a new phone in the process. Ive had Verizon before and used to admire their commitment to excellent customer service. My first visit was great the associates were attentive and helpful. When I came back for an issue with my initial order I was completely ignored, walked passed, and generally forgotten about. I asked one associate what the wait time was and they just looked the other way and kept walking. When I finally received service they were chatting it up with their co-workers about irrelevant topics while I waited for 30+ minutes. The person I had was abrupt, short, and didnt seem like they wanted to be there let alone help customers. After a few more eye rolls they refunded my phone and just plain walked away with no follow up or care in the world. I understand this isnt representative of Verizon but.. wow.. I terminated my lease agreement as soon as I got home and stayed with Sprint. That level of service was a complete 180 experience.. I just hope that whoever is managing that location notices this horrendous incompetent staff and replaces them before it costs them more money.

Great store with excellent service. I came in for a phone upgrade and they took a lot of time to help me find a new phone and get me set up with it. The case I wanted wasnt in, so they called another store and had it delivered to them, and they gave me a call. they are kind, patient, and will take their time with you. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here!

They had a waiting list and my wife and I had to leave, so we didnt get served. It was a nice looking store with a good variety of phones and other products to look at. We will have to return when we have more time.

I came in twice about a month ago, got great service. Alex and Gerardo helped me out big time. I had a phone bought from online and it wasnt working with att. They got it working perfect. I also found a better verizon plan for the same price I was paying. Good stuff
Yes I agree they do give false information. One of the manager is very rude. Looking around the room while trying your room speak about your Verizon issues. He takes things personally, very unprofessional mannerism. Please do not come here, you might literally feel like your life is in danger. Mentally been exhausted with my situation and Im barely a month old Verizon costumer.
This store refused to exchange a phone case without a receipt and this was right after I bought two phones and added a third phone line with Verizon. I received the phone case for Christmas, but it was for the wrong phone. I explained all this and pointed out I had been with Verizon for close to 20 years. They said it was not possible and out of their control and have no way to do the exchange. I went to the Verizon store at 901 S Coast Dr by the South Coast Plaza and they took care of me without any issues and thanked me for my loyalty. If all of Verizon treated me like the Harbor Blvd store I would leave Verizon.
I want to thank Jose for working on my ancient smart phone until he fixed it. He was pleasant and professional, and, somehow, he got it back in shape. I really appreciate his willingness to try lots of different things until the phone was working again.
Sixteen years with Verizon and after being in this store I may switch. Zero help! My grandson would be more help to me and he is five years old.

This place blows. Walked in to pay cash for an S9 and no one could be arsed to help. Theres no desk or kiosk there either. Freaking weird ass place. Ok, so I decided to call from the parking lot, 20 minutes later no one picked up. Oh well tomorrow is another day and Ill try somewhere else. I recommend you call before or go somewhere else. I never got through so youll probably want to go somewhere else.
WORST STORE EVER WORST SALES TEAM WORST MANAGEMENT OF ANY VERIZON STORE IVE BEEN TO! They tell you one thing and then charge you for something else. They activate your devices without telling you about the re-stocking fee. I went in to have them explain my new plan that was supposed to be saving me money and when I told them this is not how it was explained to me yesterday the salesman Gunther actually had the audacity to tell me I wasnt paying attention because I was on my phone! He was the one who had me setting up the phone. The assistant manager Derwin was of no help at all. His job is to make customers happy. I told him if he wanted me to walk out a happy customer to let me return the tablet without the re-stocking fee and he said he couldnt do that. I asked to speak with his boss but he said he wouldnt be in until tomorrow. Then the salesman who was supposed to add me to the account so I would be able to make changes NEVER did that so now I have to go back tomorrow with the person who is the account holder so we can speak with the manager and make the necessary changes to our current plan. I usually am very diligent when it comes to things like this and I asked several times so what your saying is we get....and the salesman said yes now today he is singing a different tune and said he never said that. After being there for almost three hours just to upgrade our phones I was pretty much out of it and unfortunately looked at the paper work after we left the store now they want to charge more money to return the items we bought. They are the worst they are not about making customers happy, I just wasted 6 hours of my life arguing with these people. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAQUE!!! I used to go the one on Newport Boulevard and they were best and now they are gone COSTA MESA STORE SUCKS!!!!

Called the store spoke to Alex. He did a stock check for a watch. They had what I needed, when I got to the store Alex greeted me with a smile the watch in his hand. I left the store in under 15 minutes after all was said and done by far the best Verizon visit Ive ever had.
These guys sold me a plan which is not compatible with the phone and they cant refund.its ridicules they that they charged and didnt provide any service

Went from one carrier to a new one, salesperson helpful, however I was on the phone 4 hours to try and port my number which was done after two more calls and two hours more and none of my numbers got ported over, so have been manually putting in. I was told they would do that. But now phone up just trying to figure out new phone.

Salesmen undercover. Sell with honesty and let the product and service sell itself. I worked with Kemal to set up 3 different phones and he was extremely helpful. Everything was clear to me. The manager Rudy Guzman was extremely professional and helpful which you can tell by the way he ran the store. Im shocked there is bad reviews. Maybe the management is new but great experience.
Verizon has been one of the worst user experiences I have ever had! I have spent weeks trying to buy a custom Droid 2 Turbo from Verizon. Every step of the way they have made it very difficult. I now have the Motorola phone and no one can hear me when I call. It is time for my tenth visit to the store to try and make this happen. My last visit was to get the $200 rebate and the rep basically refused to help me telling me to Call Customer Support.. I had received an email saying I needed to act immediately to get the rebate. Following the steps it then told me I would get zero.I am on a Friends and Family account which requires me to have my friends secret password to even talk to Verizon.
I came into the store in desperate need of help. I had just been robbed of all three of my phones, my sunglasses, my money, and my travel bag. I just needed to uses their landline to make a phone call lasting no more than two minutes. I was denied by the blonde hair, blue eyed devil.
The best Verizon store Ive been to is at the Spectrum. Both times Ive been to the Costa Mesa location I have not been impressed by the customer service. The last time was particularly unpleasant. I worked with an unfriendly girl lacking product knowledge.

Watch verizon respond with a copy-and-paste response, just like their scripted responses when you call for help . . . They dont care about customers, they care about money. When you call 611, hit 0#*everytime you hear the computers voice. It will get you to an agent asap.

Totally lied to and misled by Estela Rodriguez to sell a new plan.I was on the original grandfathered unlimited data plan. She tells me the new unlimited was identical to my old original plan and would be cheaper because I would not have to pay tethering. After explaining what I use my tethering for, work in radiology as a tether to download images, she tells me the new plan is perfect for me. I get home after switching to my new plan, and my download speeds are ridiculously slow.... Why? The new plan throttles you after 10 gigs of Downloads from 4G to 3G. Like going from DSL to dialup. I went back the same night but was told to come back the next day by Avar as it was closing time. I came back the next day and was told I need to Apply with a form, which was not filled correctly by the service rep at the store to get my old plan back. I now have to wait till my cycle renews to see if the old plan goes back. All waste of time and stress due to an untrained or lying rep.
We had a little problem with our phone. We had to wait 15 minutes to get help. The worker fixed the problem really quick. Three stars for waiting for 15 minutes.

Absolutely the best customer service experience Ive come across in a long time. I was greeted right away by Sambra. I told her Im looking for a signal booster. She says, You must mean a network extender. Im like, I dunno. Tell me about it. (I was getting hangry so she needed to work fast.) She laid it all out for me and I was like, SOLD! Off she went to retrieve it. I did a little browsing. The store was busy that day, but all the associates had everything under control. I was amused by the clown car effect of the associates popping out of the back office one-by-one as it got busier. Sambra returned and told me they were all sold out. H-E-double-hockey-sticks! Apparently, its a hot item! Would I like her to order one for me? I have like one bar at my new apartment and I was desperate. Lets place the order, ya know? Then she noticed my upgrade and mentioned I could get the new galaxy tab for like nothing. Ok, why not, I gotta leave with something, right? Off again she went.Uh, oh...my battery was hovering near 60%. Can i get a quick charge while I wait?, I prompted Alejo behind the counter. Absolutely!, he says and off he went. Here comes Sambra with a little basket. Whats in the basket? Just my new tablet, a couple of cases to try and the screen protector. While I was looking more closely, I realized just how many people were in the store now. Holy cow! Was there a sale? Is it a flash mob? Lets boogie to some Cascada. Evacuate the dance floor, my man!While Sambra was configuring my tablet, Amanda the manager came up with some wonderful news. They found a network extender that a customer decided to cancel. Sign me up! High five!, I was overjoyed! As Amanda left to set up my new extender she offered me some water while I waited. I dont think Ive ever spent this much time at a wireless store ever, but I honestly didnt mind. These guys were going above and beyond to get me everything I needed. Alejo swung by with the water and a smile. Another few moments and I was out. These guys are great. Shout outs to Alejo, Amanda and, of course, Sambra! You guys are awesome!

Walked in with a phone that had a faulty SIM card. Replacement should take about 60 seconds. They said I had to sit in line for 30 minutes as the line attendant guy sits around doing nothing. I left. Incompetence!
I knew what I wanted going in and they were quick about it, even with a wait, I was out with a new phone in 20 minutes.Make sure you get all of the deals you are entitled, I got the Google Pixel with the free Google Home thingy, havent opened it yet, but I have it because it was free.
