I was not greeted or acknowledged by staff when I walked in. Being 66 Im not hard to miss. As I patiently waited my turn new customers entered the store and were helped right away. I again patiently waited my turn standing Infront of the register in clear site. Once again more customers came in and were helped right away. I left the establishment and went to Rite Aid where they have Thrifty ice cream at half the price Baskin Robbins charges.

The staff here is always very friendly. Matt helped me use a deal/reward that I had on my Baskin-Robbins app, and I really appreciated it. The customer ahead of me picked up an ice cream cake and that looked delicious too!

I come here about 3 times a week. 1. - I use it as an excuse to get out of the house during quarantine and 2. - for the Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough! As a non-dairy eater, Im stoked that BR is offering that AND the Coffee Caramel Chunk! YASSSSS!!!!!!The store is average-sized, with several tables that can accommodate couples or small families. (Theyve since been removed to accommodate social distancing.) There is one fridge for bottled drinks and two freezers hold cakes and pre-packed quarts. (Imagine my surprise when I found a trove of non-dairy Chocolate Extremes!)The associates are usually teens - or are they older (?) - It sucks getting old! Theyre all super nice. They need to clean the scanner though. I always have trouble paying with the mobile app. Only there though... I use mobile pay everywhere and you should too, kids!Always tip in cash and WEAR. A. MASK!

Great place for daddy-daughter dates. The staff is absolutely awesome. I always forget to bring cash to tip the servers, they deserve it! As far as ice cream is concerned, you can’t beat their selection of frozen goodness. On a hot day, the AC, cool treats and friendly experience is worth your while.

I give 5 stars to all that working here tonight and 10 stars to derek!!

Staff is always a group of young kids, but theyre usually polite & attentive. Its a franchise so you know what to expect in terms of product. Niece loves coming to this location with us whenever shes visiting; always making great memories over a scoop of ice cream!

Janet the franchise owner wouldn’t give me my job back when I applied at the beginning of the summer :(. I guess this is my way of coping.

Good ice cream. A bit pricey. What upsets me is a scoop of ice cream does not include a cone. A sugar cone is 50 cents extra and a cake cone is 25 cents extra. Who does that? Last I checked ice cream usually comes with a cone especially when you pay $3.79 for a single scoop. Very disappointing Baskin Robbins. Won’t be back.

Huge portions of ice cream that correlates with its hefty price, ~$5 for a single scoop which is pretty normal considering other ice cream shops. I wish they had some way to indicate how large it was. The single scoop was way too much for me, wish I went with a petite.

Nice store, but large posters on the floor blocked our view to 16 flavors. We had to choose from the other side. Also theres a money wiring service next door and a woman knocked on our car window asking for change for a $100 bill. Make sure you lock your doors quickly and get your ice cream to go.

This shop has lazy workers and is rather dirty. I typically go to the one off Brookhurst and this one is subpar in comparison. I believe the prices are higher as well.

So I have pretty mixed feelings about this Baskin Robbins. I needed a cake for a party. I had been driving all around Costa Mesa looking for a good cake, and when I finally found the perfect one at Baskin Robbins I wasnt able to get it. Basically what happened is when we walked in, I saw the cake that I wanted right there in the display area and asked the staff if we could get it. The man that was helping us seems very hesitant and confused at what we were asking for. He kept coming out from behind the cashier desk and looking at the cake from where we were standing and going back and forth, whispering to the only other person that was there, his coworker. We asked if there was a problem and he told us that he couldnt give us the cake because he was still in training. We didnt know what that meant so we asked him what he was talking about and he said that he hadnt been taught to give cakes to customers. We then asked if the other worker could do it for him, he said that they were both still in training. So then, we got very confused why he couldnt just take a box and package the cake. But anyway we returned the next day to see if there were any more experienced workers and there were. There was a very very very friendly lady that greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked us what she could help us with. We told her that we were interested in the cake from the day before and she took it out and asked us if we wanted anything written on it. We said that we wanted happy birthday... And then she did it for us in 5 minutes and then package the cake. We came in, she got the cake, she wrote on it in very neat writing, packaged it got paid, and then we left in the time span of about 10 minutes. Very good service on the second day but not on the first day so I dont really know what to give this store. I think that on the second day I would have given it a 10 out of 10 but the first day probably a 5 out of 10 because although I can understand someone not being able to package of cake because their boss told them that they werent allowed to for specific reasons, I dont understand why there would be nobody in the store able to serve the customers what they wanted. But that is just my personal opinion.

Really delicious ice creams, so many flavors to choose that thats the most difficult part when you come here every player is so good that you want to try them all and then you want to eat them all unfortunately thats not possible but again I know the best ice cream places.

Bannana royale is a must!! Once I get the craving for one of those things its all over!! Lol plus they are always fast and I never have to wait too long
