We love this place! I always get the Italian ice with just a little ice cream on top, but they have lots of options!

Without a doubt the best ice cream in Costa Mesa/Newport area. The service is always 10/10. Flavor is off the charts. I come here at least once a week and cant get enough. If youre stumped they have signature Confetti combinations for your parfait choice and they are always spot on. Trust them - its delicious every single time!

Looked really good, but we could not try it because they use the same scooper for all of their ice cream and italian ices. They scoop one kind then another kind and the flavors had cross contamination. If you have allergies try another place, if not other customers were raving about it.

My wife is pregnant and was craving a Dole Whip. The place we were going to go was closed already. Thankfully we found Confetti. My wife said her Dole Whip was amazing, and I’d go as far as saying it tasted better than Disneyland’s. I had a raspberry lemon cheesecake custard with some soft serve on top. It was awesome. We brought our dog along with us too, and she absolutely loved a small spoonful of the soft serve. The experience overall was awesome. Confetti would be perfect for families, friends, and most likely anyone wanting something delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try more! Did I mention the guy working was one of the kindest guys I’ve ever encountered at a dessert place.

The ice cream, custard, value and service here are phenomenal. Always fresh, tons of flavor, locally owned by people that love what they do and easily the best ice cream Ive ever had! Nutella almond crunch, loaded peanut butter, blueberry cheesecake, salted caramel, strawberry mochi and the list goes on. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

We ended up here when another ice cream option failed, and Im so glad we did. Highly recommend both the ice cream and the service. A great treat for the kids and parents.

This italian ice and custard shop not only has quality ice cream but it has quality service. The family that owns this shop is so generous and caring about the effort they take making their product and the time they spend serving it. Yesterday I had quite a bit to take home with me and I was standing outside with my friends eating one of the four large ice creams I had purchased and they were super busy - came outside and offered to pack it for me in a temp controlled bag (they had already provided ice packs in the plastic bag) to insure it got home without melting. Every time Ive been into the shop the owner always has the biggest smile on his face and he is so welcoming! I absolutely love this shop and I always walk out happier than I came in. If there is a wait- its worth it and you cant go wrong with anything you pick. One other thing I noticed is that he uses the best of everything. He doesnt sacrifice taste or quality for profit. This guy is the real deal.

We stumbled upon this place after a Google search on the way home from the beach. It was fantastic! So clean, and the staff are so kind and friendly. The custard was phenomenal! Great portion size for the price, and everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend!

This place is so good, like, actually SO GOOD. Came here expecting a random italian ice place, walked out converted right after the first sample. Theres italian ICE and ICE CREAM, ask for both samples since texture is different. Try the parfait, theres a popular choice table if you cant decide.Three tables outdoor, there is no seats inside.Oh and, free ice cream on your birthday ;)

Wow. I have to give this place 5 stars. The ice cream is amazing. They really take extra care to make sure you are happy. The interior is super bright and clean. Its picture perfect. You can choose 4 scoops for the large. The spoons are super colorful. This place makes me happy. They even pack up the icecream with ice if you ask for it to go.

The guy who works here is super friendly. Top notch customer service. My favorite is the Italian ice and pineapple dolewhip! Love trying out the new flavor combos on the sheet.

I had the opportunity to enjoy this play during a hot, humid summer day. There is definitely ample parking as this is in the same lot as Stater Bros. Also, due to COVID-19, a mask is a must while inside the shop and there is a few tables and chairs outside for dining.I had the opportunity to meet the owner (or manager) and he was really nice and greeted my friend and I very welcoming. We ordered the Pineapple Cream Dole Whip Float and the Pineappleñada Dole Whip Float because we had withdrawals of Disneylands Dole Whip. Did it deliver or did it deliver! It was delicious all throughout and I loved it! Incredibly, I finished mine while my friend was not able to do it may be a bit much but the price is reasonable for such a dessert. This place does have a variety of choices to choose from so I recommend coming to place to at least try them out.

Look no further for one of THE best dessert hot spots in the OC area. It’s super cute inside and the staff is incredibly sweet/patient. So many choices and options - the main things are their Italian ices (better than Rita’s lol), ice creams, and custards!!! Can’t decide what to get? Trying samples are encouraged! My fave combo is the pineapple dole whip with lychee and passion fruit ice. You will not be disappointed!!! Can’t wait to return :)

I was skeptical when I agreed to visit a strip mall ice cream shop for what I heard is the tastiest place around. Italian ice, gourmet flavors and the soft serve vanilla had my eyes, and taste buds, watering with excitement when I walked in and totally turned my mind around in a hurry.This place was AWESOME!!! The staff (owner I think) was very friendly. She explained the way they make the servings, with three scopes for the medium sized (good portion) with soft serve on top or in between. Great taste balance, having vanilla separating my choice of watermelon, lemon and mango scoops. Tons of choices, too. And besides Italian ice, they have gourmet ice creams. Those Ill try on my next visit. Because there will definitely be a next visit!

I love this place! I go to Confetti mostly for the Italian Ice, my daughter has a dairy allergy and we can never go out for ice cream as a family. Now that I’ve found this place, we all go there and enjoy their delicious Italian Ice. They have so many different flavors to choose from, my daughter loves it and now she gets to enjoy a yummy treat without me worrying about a reaction from her allergies. So happy I found this place. Will be going there for years to come.

The girls and I were unable to stop by Confetti on our way home from the university on Friday because we had to rush home so that they could complete their final papers for an Interpersonal Communications course.We had to celebrate completion of the course. Confetti is where our family goes to celebrate lifes victories. Husband had me call in the order: a medium peanut butter, chocolate, and strawberry ices; party size pumpkin streusel ice cream and vanilla custard with cinnamon drizzle, party size lychee and guava ices and pineapple Dole whip, and party size lemon raspberry cheesecake ice cream and vanilla custard.Husband was disappointed not to see our friends Linh and Farah when he picked up the order, but Rocio who had taken the phone order was there to pack up the order and make sure we got our desserts.

I’m from the Central Valley and I make it a point to visit every chance I get. There is something so special about this ice cream. The texture is creamy, the taste is amazing! I bring my niece and nephew with me and they love it just as much. When my nephew and I didn’t finish our ice cream, the manager gave us to go lids and a bag of fresh ice! Talk about amazing customer service! It’s also a very neat and clean place! I can’t say enough about this place because the service is incredible and so is the ice cream! This place needs way more attention then it gets!

I love confetti so much. If I’m 20-30 minutes away and I want ice cream, this is the place I drive to go visit! They are so friendly and their flavors are amazing. I need to try something new, but my favorite is the Oreo ice cream with vanilla custard mixed in. They give you plenty here, so it’s also a great value. They even have a punchcard. Plus- they are open late during quarantine/COVID-19!

This place is AMAZING. The aesthetic inside was so cute and reminded me of old mom and pop candy shops! There was an abundance of flavors for the icecream and italian ice, and they even had pineapple dole whips which reminded me of Disneyland. I can’t wait to visit again! The lychee and blue raspberry italian ice make an amazing combination and remind me of cotton candy! The cookie dough icecream had so many pieces of cookie dough inside. I cannot express how great this place is. I wish there was a location in Irvine!

This place is amazing! The guy was very patient and let me sample a few of their brilliant combinations. Definitely recommend trying there banana ice... Made with real bananas in the store. I ended up getting the chunky monkey and absolutely loved it. Froyo and shaved ice? What could be better?!

I would come here over Frostbites any day. They have many more options as far as custurd and the flavors seemed to be better and more fresh than Frostbites. My only complaint is parking is a bit difficult to find and the prices were a bit high (up to $6 for a small cup). Then again, this is OC and those prices are about average for the area.

Summary: The moment we enter the door we were smack in the face with humidity. I mean for an ice cream parlor I expect the temperature to be under 70 degree.Food: Vanilla Ice Cream and Custard was to die for. Most place tends to overdo it with sugar or syrups, but this place makes it with precision.Service: The wait was a bit long but somewhat understandable since there was a long line (each customer happen to try a dozen samples) and there was only one employee at the time, I guess that is why there is a Wanted Sign by the window.Overall: I just wish you guys would turn on the AC so that we could take our time and enjoy each spoon of these self delicate custard instead of turning it into an eating competition.And as a suggestion, narrow down your quantity of samples. You may please one customer but youre actually pissing off the other three in line.
