My fiance and I are in the process of moving, and getting a high quality mattress was a huge priority. I called the store to order a bundle so I could pick it up the day we move in, and September made the entire process extremely enjoyable and made me feel really confident and at ease that I was making the right choice! When I called back a few days later, September remembered me and gave me one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had! Its such a relief that I can check getting a mattress off of my list, and I highly recommend having September help you out when looking for a new mattress as shes the absolute best and her attention to detail is unmatched!

Look, the Mattress itself it’s fine--it was the shopping experience that was horrible. When we first opened our mattress when measured it and it was 3 inches smaller than it was supposed to be on one side, and 2 inches smaller on the other side. And then it took 4 weeks for them to finally process the replacement. I had to email and call them all the time to check in on why they were delaying so much and every time they said “oops, I don’t know what happened. It must have fallen through the cracks.” And the replacement mattress wasn’t even the right size either, just a little bigger than the first one. I literally wasted days dealing with Casper and waiting for them to deliver the mattresses because they didn’t show up when they were supposed to and then they just rescheduled at the last minute. Sol while their mattress is okay, do not trust their “no-hassle” refunds/return policy. I’m sorry I fell for the hype.

Its a cool store and everything but I dont see the difference between this and a sleep number.

Staff was helpful & friendly. There were only 2 choices of mattress types, the older & newer model. Unfortunately, both were a little too firm for me.

Love my new Casper! I visited the store a couple weeks back to pick up a queen-sized Casper but I ran into problems with my PayPal account (my fault). Anthony and Lynette at the store were so helpful during my troubles and offered different methods I could try, which I appreciated. Even Kristy the manager was helping us over the phone and it was her day off! I went with their financing option instead of my PayPal and went home that day with the mattress in-hand. I finally slept in it for a full week and can say I didnt expect the difference it has made. I dont toss and turn anymore and fall asleep right away, so happy!

Not a fan of the sinking feeling for beds. Similar to the other bed in a box disruptors, Leesa, T&N, and many other common brands now. Look into latex / latex hybrid beds!

We’ve owned a Casper for almost a year. I finally had to order a new mattress and can’t wait to throw this one out! It sleeps very HOT!!!! There is a ridge between my husband and me and we are not fat!! So disappointed with this mattress and even more sad about my money wasted!!
