This place is filthy. Example: a water bottle filled with a yellow liquid and left in the elevator for several days. You can guess what the liquid was. Along with assorted other trash such as fast food bags, soda cups, etc. Trash around the entry area, in elevator, and hallways.I am leaving as soon as possible. No wonder they have roach and rat traps everywhere.

Samantha Bixby was incredibly helpful during my experience checking in at the Costa Mesa location. I was given incorrect information prior to my arrival to the facility from the central reservations team and Samantha went above and beyond to correct those errors and provide a solution which ended up being better than my original option. She did so with a great attitude and helpfulness that was extremely appreciated. Thank you, Samantha!

The same office staff is rarely at the office and never pick up the phone. I have to wait minimum of 20-30 min every time Im here, just to borrow a cart. Furthermore, there are many rat traps all over the inside the storage area. Bad management.

I accidentally maid a payment on the wrong unit and tried to resolve this issue. I spoke to Marco the property manager and he said he would handle it. A week and a half later still nothing done. I was frustrated because obviously he didnt do his job. When I said that he became hotty and said that I created extra work for him. Excuse me! Things happen on accident and you promised me that you would handle it. He hangs up on me and says if I go there to resolve it that he would contact the police. What!? My business stuff is in there. Im not late. I am going to file a police report on the property!!! This is crazy! He lied saying they dont have a regional manager and found out they do. Big mess! I would never in my life talk to my customers the way he did. He needs to get fired! Hotty man with a major attitude problem. The previous property manager was more professional. Heaven forbid you make one mistake online for your unit. BBB should be contacted in this case since they list it on their site. I cannot store my business stuff in there with the way they handle their ghetto customer service attitude. Stay away from this place! Customer service is impossible to deal with. Just a big warning from a business owner.

Returned to our storage units after about a year to find all aspects of the site as run down and dirty as I have seen it in the eight years we have had the units. The elevators sluggish operation was concerning as well. What I had previously considered a well maintained site has now become a run of the mill sketchy storage operation.

Great place to store your things. Location is convenient to freeways. Best part, people who work here and take care of things. Special thanks to Barbara B. and Rae S. Both are pros and care for the place like it’s their home. 👍👍

Infested with Mice and Filthy ! This facility used to be clean and great before Life Storage took over . Now it’s disgusting . I saw a mouse scurrying into one of the units and there are dead ones everywhere . All my stuff is covered in mouse droppings and rodent urine — and I have to throw it out . Gross. There’s broken glass in the hall, dead mice and vandalized lockers. I should sue them .

Jamie was absolutely fantastic! Literally the best storage experience I’ve ever had and we’ve moved a lot so I’ve had plenty! The facility is super clean and no funky smells like you’ll find in other storage facilities.

I just set up a storage unit and parking space at this location for work. Jamie and Patrick were both incredibly helpful and patient as I gathered the correct paperwork for the company vehicle being stored. The place is very clean and I’m happy that it’s worked out to store with them. I also love that they set up direct payment for me and that I can access all of my account information online.

I was very impressed with this facility. Friendly staff and very clean office. After searching for storage units all day, I was very happy to find Magellan. It is located in a safe and secluded area and there is a gate and video cameras. Carts are available to use. It seemed very easy to move my stuff into this place and everything was so convenient. Great price, great location, and friendly and helpful staff!

I’d leave a zero if possible. This place went way down hill since I got first unit there. It was nice and clean now it’s always filthy. The manger dan is worthless, says he’s making notes but doesn’t do anything. They won’t even return my insurance companies calls after my unit there was broken into. Extremely disappointed in management at this facility.

Just a heads up. if your storing anything of value here dont.. it will be stolen especially if your on the 2nd floor.. wife and I had about $10,000 worth of stuff stolen from our unit and with no signs of forced entry insurance will deny your claim. Costa Mesa pd pretty much said youll probably never see your stuff again. I was so furious. trying to pursue bad faith court options against Xercor, life storage promoted insurance, for bad business practices of denying claims without investigating.. anyways if you care for your belongings consider another location and dont believe all the fake 5* reviews like I did

Unfortunately my friend who is disabled was treated unfairly by the manager, at 3190 Pullman St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. the manager who was a lady did not help my friend. my friends storage unit is placed next to the big double doors, wherein every week there is someone parked in front of the double doors blocking my friends unit. initially my friend refused the unit for this reason, but they stated they do not have any other units avail. well tonight, again, he needs to obtain working traffic zone cones and equipment from his unit weekly, someone was parked infront of his unit. the one parked said, give me 10 minutes. well my friend does traffic control on the 405 lane closures and needs the equipment asap! He went to the manager for help, considering she and her staff promised him initially, that they monitor that area and that is a no parking area, well, she didnt help him, she mocked my friend, and after he asked to speak with the corporate office, she told him in the end good luck ~ I personally work at a law office, and this sort of thing is infringing on a disabled person ADA rights by not accommodating him, and being discriminatory in a public facility. NO STARS! DO NOT GO UNTIL MANAGEMENT IS CHANGED OR RE-TRAINED. THANK YOU.

Wonderful! Bob and Kristen are the two who team up the office and I must say their friendly and proffesional demeanor are huge selling points to choosing and keeping a storage facility here. Everything is kept clean under their watch. The hours of operation are extensive and getting to you unit is painless. I have a upstairs unit and take the elevator yet it is still relatively easy. They have customer appreciation days and assorted beverages available in the lobby along with a free truck with move in.The facility is literally right next to the 55 and 405 freeways making is an ideal location.If you need to rent a unit whether it be for personal or business this is the place to come. You wont be disapointed!

If anyone has a storage unit at Life Storage on Pullman/Paularino and Redhill you might want to check your unit for a break in. Mine was broken into AGAIN sometime between Sept 9th and the 21st. This time was much worse. You cant tell by looking at the lock because they either pick the lock (which by the way also means the insurance will not cover any loss without evidence of forced entry) or they go in through a metal wire grid above which would be easy to do with a cordless drill. Especially since there is no security they dont need to rush out of there. I know a lot of people arent in their units on a regular basis and apparently the security is non-existent after 10 pm these days, the only way to know is by going there yourself.I have reported this information to the police.
