This place is awesome. Very clean and easy to get to. The employees and the manager are top notch. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help you out. If I am ever in need of storage again I will definitely be contacting them. Hopefully they will have a space open!

Love this facility. All these units you can drive right up to. We have used other storage facilities and hate the whole elevator and mazes. But this place is the best. The staff is great as well. Super helpful.

This place has been great. The rates a little lower than public storage or the other big chain places, and the facilities are clean and well kept. Alvin, the manager, is great. I thought he must be the owner with how hard he works around the property and how great he is with the customers. Highly recommend this place if you have any need for storage.

This is a great storage facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It has easy access whenever you need and they have a lot of different sized units. They also have someone on site at all times to make sure the facility is safe. I would highly recommend!

Emil and Alvin are truly the best! I feel more like a friend or even family when I come by - they always come say hello, check in on what’s happening in our lives, and offer their assistance. I actually enjoy going to my storage unit because I know I’ll get to see one of the guys and that always makes it a pleasant experience. I feel safe when I’m there and know that Costa Mesa MiniStorage cares about me and my belongings, which is different than most storage facilities. Rates are comparable, if not less expensive than other spots and they have any size unit you could possibly need. Spaces are clean and common areas are monitored by cameras. I will never go anywhere else for my storage needs after working with Emil and Alvin- go see them if you need a storage unit in Costa Mesa- I can‘t recommend them and their kindness enough.

I have been a customer since 2008. I have had only one incident and that was quickly fixed. No more issues. Alvin calls me every month to be sure I am in town and if not will roll money from my reserve (I always keep 1 month ahead). The facility is clean and I have used the restroom and it is very clean considering how many individuals could be using it. I highly recommend them for your storage needs. As far as homeless...I have never run into any of this and I am usually there late at night dropping off payments after hours.
