Terrible service, even tried to keep our belongings hostage! Demanded for us to pay before unpacking the items! Couldn’t believe the way they spoke to us and they took almost ALL DAY to move an apartment! Not nice and not helpful! We basically did most of the work ourselves also! Choose another company and run away from these terrible people!

Run don’t walk from this horrible company. Nearly every piece of furniture was scratched and damaged. What a heartache. Spent hours cleaning greasy hand prints off leather couch, maple furniture, appliances and office chairs. I witnessed so many unprofessional maneuvers I was a nervous wreck. Notice the reviews, one star or 5. Hmm, I’m guessing one star are from actually customers. Our refrigerator is gouged beyond repair. When settling final bill, Jack added another couple of hours commute time which was a surprise to us. We didn’t pay because our belongings where so abused. I’ve attached a photo of our beautiful Samsung refrigerator which is beyond repair. Worst service of my life, ruined some many of our things. RUN!
First, the movers hit the fire sprinkler in the hallway of our apartment with our box spring, which caused all the fire sprinklers to activate and drown our floor and the elevator shaft. As a result, our box spring was soaked, and the movers placed it in our storage unit without letting it dry, which in turned caused it to mold. Furthermore, the mover broke two expensive pictures, a box of our dishes, my safe (which I believed was an impossible task, but sure enough, the movers found a way to accomplish this), and a handful of our other possessions. When it came time to pay the movers, they deducted $60 from our bill for the safe. We were unaware of the other broken possessions until we opened our boxes and unwrapped our pictures and artwork, so we paid the moving bill thinking that we had to just eat the remaining price of the safe ($240). After we opened all of the broken boxes and realized there was mold on our $1800 box spring and mattress, we called and filed an insurance claim. After weeks of back and forth with the insurance company and Jack the owner, Jack offered to pay us $90 for our loss. Needless to say, we are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit. So, save your money, heartache, and stress and hire Craigs Movers. Craigs Movers were professional, efficient, and careful. I have absolutely no affiliation with Craigs Movers, but their professionalism earned my business for life. DO NOT HIRE TWO BROTHERS MOVERS! How much are your possessions and peacefulness worth?
Everyone arrived on time and got going right away. I was moving from a three bedroom house and they finished quickly enough. The did a good job of moving our items. I appreciated the attention they gave our move.
I am very happy with the Two Bros moving company. They were very personable and nice. And they were fast, professional, and nothing was damaged. All our stuff was put into a small storage unit which was no small feat.
These guys were horrendous. They moved us from one town to an adjacent town, from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. It took them 12 hours and broke or damaged many items. Its been 3 months and still finding damaged goods as we unpack.
Jack is professional and very helpful. Was a delight to work with would recommend to all my friends and family.
Awful!!! Not only did they dent half my stuff but then they charged me a deposit for the blankets they used to wrap my stuff and refused to give me the deposit back when the job was done. They took way longer than it should have to pack things up and 1/2 the stuff fell or broke during transport. Then as they were leaving they demanded that I pay them the $1,500 in cash. Would not accept a check and waited for me to go to the bank and pull it out. Was not told it was cash only until they were done.
Best movers in town...on time...Great rates. Courteous. Professional. Clean Movers..
