THE WORST PLACE FOR A Mailbox. Management is a joke. I have had a mailbox here since 2003 and the service has went down hill the last few years. Chasing down fed ex truck to receive package that should’ve been delivered but there is no one to receive mail at this location. Sitting here now waiting on someone to show up so I can check my post mail box. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

All the contents were stolen from the unit that we rented in March 2020! We arranged for autodraft payments and when those mysteriously stopped by July, we called & learned that someone else is renting the unit because they found our unit empty .... on THE VERY SAME DAY WE RENTED & MOVED IN OUR STUFF! The owner Gene told us to file a claim.The day we rented the unit we bought from A+ Storage a pad lock AND we bought insurance. We have now learned that the insurance is WORTHLESS because they wont pay unless there are visible signs of a break in. It was a PADLOCK! There wont be visible signs of a break in! What a FRAUD!

Great place! The staff are friendly and helpful, and they really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied!

Its small but cheaper than any other Ive found, plus they really work with you on payment. I lapsed by about 3 or 4 months and they werent rude and didnt try to auction my stuff off. As long as they know youre making an effort they will work with you.

Gabriel has by far the BEST customer service I have ever seen. Really knows what hes doing and he should be given a raise!!!! I love that guy!!

I rented a cargo for a week and when was returning uhaul app wasnt uploading the photos they requested and some employee told me to return the equipment with him ... so I did it and for my surprise he never finish my rent contract and they charged me another day rentvery disappointeddont go therethis place its a joke !

The prices are fair. The hours are not ideal, however the druggies have forced that type of business curfew. There are several tweakers around but thats all relative to the area. The owner is indeed accommodating as are the employees.

Yes, people will break into your unit. I spent YEARS piecing together a collection of CDs. Made many trips to used CD stores across many states. There is little to no security at this facility. It was as simple as someone cutting very cheap wire webbing above my unit and my CDs and dishes (and whatever else I cant remember storing in the unit) were gone. This area has a plethora of homeless people and some even stay in the facility. DO not use this place unless you are storing things of ZERO value.

Used to be a good place, but I absolutely would not recommend anymore. Joseph is the manager, Gene is the owner. They have a customer who is breaking in and stealing other peoples mail and other items. To try to safeguard the place they keep changing the passcode without any notification. This means you have to call around trying to get ahold of someone to get the code if you want to get your mail outside of their narrow business hours. My mail isnt safe, just had gene (the owner) hang up on me, cant get to my mail 24/7 like they advertise and Ive paid for - so after about 5 years Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Horror if it is to minimal a word to use for my experience with this place. Two forms of ID do not include a birth certificate or Social Security card or your tax return help me people understand that? What in Gods name do they expect to be a blood test? This place is ridiculous it looks like a sleazy tattoo parlor from the outside the guy who hasnt showered in days but they wont give me a mailbox because I dont have a government-issued ID or military ID or my health insurance policy on me give me a f****** break as Im trying to find things that we satisfy their requirements AZ valid identification I had to ask myself what the f*** am I doing here if this is their policy? Do not go there dont even consider it these people are morons

Its very small and very dirty here. The owners dont maintain anything here. The tiny litle driveway isnt even swept and water leaks into the units causing damage to your things.

If I could no stars I would. Save yourself and do not rent here. They confused the unit THEY gave me with another unit and cut my lock, emptied my space WITHOUT my knowledge and are saying I moved out. Which I was billed for the month. They are liars. Gene is a rude, unprofessional and incompetent. See you in court Gene Chan!

This place is small not in bad area, Parking is awful but I got a small unit, Was supposed to be for a couple months ended up with the unit for 10 months. I got behind a couple months, they worked with me to bring account current. The staff was helpful.
