Large branch fell on my Brand New Truck. Got a couple quotes but found out Great Plains works directly with my insurance company. Kelly, Drew, Cory and the other lady in the office were fantastic. Kept me up to date on repairs via there text message option and when my truck k was done it looked like nothing had every happened to it. Noticed my back up camera was not working a few days after pick up, swung in after work and they had it working in less that 5 minutes. Would recommend to friends and family and will definitely uses them in the future

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and explained everything thoroughly. I was told it would take a week to repair my vehicle, and even though there was more damage than originally thought, they were still able to get the additional part and get it back to me in one week. The vehicle looks like new! They even called afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the work and asked if I had any additional questions. The crew at Great Plains are the best. I have had to have 2 vehicles fixed and they did a remarkable job on both. They keep me informed all the way through the whole process. Both vehicles were done on or before the estimated delivery date. Hopefully I will not need their services again but if I do thats where I will take my work. Great Plains Auto Body was very helpful and professional. They guided me through the insurance process to make the most informed repairs. They communicated directly to my insurance as well to ensure I didn’t miss any steps. The truck looks amazing and they communicated every step of the way. This is the only repair shop I will go to. Corey did everything he could to fix my mirror so I wouldn’t have to buy a new one. I broke 2 of the clips so it wouldn’t hold. He did save me from having to have paint matched by reusing the cap. They always great me with respect and empathy for whatever problem I’m having. And the work is always spectacular. Valarie even called to follow up to be sure I wasn’t having any problems.

Great Plains Auto was great to work with. This was our first experience with Great Plains. The communication was super! Valerie called to let us know our car had been delivered by the tow truck before I had a chance to call and check. Dirk called promptly to discuss the damage and estimate and walk us through the next steps. Corey was very helpful with questions we had with the insurance company. We also appreciated the employee who assisted us with the trunk and license plates. Unfortunately due to the age and damage to our car, it was totaled. We appreciated all Great Plains did to assist us following the accident. We will definitely be back should the need arise for repairs or damage. We highly recommend them! They were great to work with and well deserving of the 5 Star Rating!!

Corey also repaired a small scratch in another area that I didnt notice until after the job was done, at no additional cost! The scratch was there beforehand, as the photos showed. My mom also had body work done prior to this, and it was done well and finished a day early. I would come back again and recommend!

Ive had two vehicles repaired here. They are very professional and their work is exceptional. They deliver the car on time, every time. When you can get car dealers question whether or not the car was ever damaged, you know you got a good repair done on your car. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs the service.

I have had hail damage fixed a few times, damage from hitting a raccoon, a hit and run by a stolen truck, and another car kicking up a piece of metal that tore open the front fender! Just recently I had my newer vehicle treated for hail damage, the dents are all taken care of, and in a day and a half! My car was cleaned inside and out! Which made me feel better about the pandemic issues. Front staff are very nice and answer any questions, even unrelated ones. Ive compared their cost with the dealership and they were right on the mark. Everything is filed electronically with the insurance and Ive never had to pay any overages.

Great Plains Auto Body repaired my 2001 Buick Park Avenue ahead of schedule and at the estimated cost. The color match is factory perfect. Functionality of the damaged area is back to pre-damage condition. They kept me informed during the whole process through text messages. They did a fantastic job with my vehicle.

Love this place!!! They are friendly, caring great to work with. My truck has been ready on time both times I have had to get accident damage fixed. They call or text through out the process to update me how the repairs are going and if they need to do something extra than discussed. They even went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming out the inside for me.

I went there to fix a simple issue and it was in and out in about 3 days with no issues. Cant tell there was an issue.

Dirk and his staff are tremendous. Im a VERY particular customer and Dirk responded to my every query as if it didnt bother his schedule a bit to stop and talk to me or to my wife. His staff is second to none. The paint match is perfect with a difficult color. A real skill the painter possesses. The bodywork done in preparation for his painting skills is superb. Wonderful fit and finish. These craftsmen are truly skilled and can be trusted with your most prized vehicles. They will do exactly what they tell you they will do, no corners cut here.

I was beyond impressed with Great Plains Auto Body. After my car was totaled by a buck, we took it here to get fixed. Within a day they got me a new windshield so I could drive the car while they ordered the new parts. Once the parts came in, Great Plains worked out a deal with Enterprise to provide me a rental car (since my insurance policy did not). This made everything SO much easier on me and my family. My car took exactly the length of time to fix that they quoted me from the beginning. They were very fair on prices and over all, just provided incredible service!

Vehicle was finished on time . Personnel was great to work with.The paint was blended to match the 16 year old paint perfectly. I was kept apprised of the progress every day.

My car went in about 930am on a Monday and was done and ready for me by noon on Thursday. I was tied up and could not get there to pick it up till 4. They had no problem with my timing. Looks great and I am very pleased with the work and whole process.

Gruff and impersonal when doing the estimate.I provided the specific claim number and they failed to send the estimate to the insurance company for which they are a preferred provider.The estimate floated in the system and was not received by USAA insurance. This even after I specifically asked if the estimate would be forwarded expediently.When I contacted USAA and Great Plains they both blamed each other and the delay was such that USAA closed the claims prematurely.Go to Toms or Varns in Council Bluffs instead.
