People are great there...everytime I take my car in to be serviced they take great care of me you can have a comfortable seat in their new service center with coffee and snacks, very clean and friendly! Love the assistance and service Ive had so far!

The Service Department at Edwards Auto Group is an amazing group of people whose sole purpose is to get your vehicle repair your vehicle right the first time. My vehicles have been serviced at Edwards for over twenty years.

I had it one time rated Edwards Chevrolet at five stars Im reading them only at two stars at this time because of lots and lots of problems with the service department they constantly are either too busy and have to reschedule appointments or when you schedule an appointment you get there they dont have courtesy cars available or they send you over to Enterprise which never has good cars most the time dont even have anything available if they do their slop and not cleaned up you know its its a mess I mean they overcharge you at Edwards for labor its $125 to $150 labor per hour they do not give you diagnostic reports they do not confirm what is wrong with the vehicle or not they wont let you see whats being done to the vehicles they have had several different people lately file lawsuits against Edwards Chevrolet for their customer service non satisfaction and theyre running around and excessive amounts of money that we have to put out they also go through a program for financing called sunbit which charges 35% APR per time you go in to get something then and depending upon your credit score you will probably still have to put down half of whatever you are approved for most of the time its not enough being approved to get what you need done to your vehicle and you have to get one each time you have something done you have to get a separate sunbit contract done I do not recommend people to go to Edwards Chevrolet at this time based on they will sell you what we call a lemon claim that you got a b plans that you pay top dollar for on a used vehicle and come to find out that have to stop that you need done to the vehicle after that that they never check out is not covered under those warranties to the warranty company based in Texas so I recommend you go someplace else thank you

I came in today because I needed a car not because I wanted a car and Sandra Fuller was on top of things and made my buying experience the easiest I have ever had at a car dealership. She was on top of things and was fun to deal with. I would definitely go back there to buy my next car. The finance dept was phenomenal and was not pressuring to buy any extras if I did not want them. But made it about me and my investment. Thank you Edwards Chevy for making my purchase so much fun. Seriously go see Sandra Fuller she is a awesome and relaxing person to be around to sell you a car......I will be back for sure!

We will not be returning. We had a transmissiob flush and oil change scheduled a week ago. We drop the car and went to run some errands. We get a call an hour later they did the oil change but did not the transmission fluid in stock that was needed. We had this appointment on the books for 2 weeks. So we reschedule for today. We got a call yesterday that they could not do the service because the machine they needed was not available for Saturday. The offered no discount or way to rectify the situation. Also come to find out from a hyundai dealer that the services were not yet needed on our car. We live 30 minutes away so we used to be impressed by their service but not any more

They did not do a good job they didn’t clean the motor they didn’t do nothing all They did was take it apart and put it back together at $187 an hour they probably pay the people that did it $20 an hour they made $187 an hour to do nothing the car looked back sounded bad everything when we’re done I’ve never been so disappointed in my whole life $2725 and there’s leaves and stuff all over my motor

I absolutely love their Service Department! Ethan provides personal attention and the new customer waiting room is very spacious. They promptly took care of my Ecodiesel & had me back to work quickly. Thanks for making maintenance smooth!!

I have always gone here to get my cars along with my family. But with the service I have been receiving lately, it has changed our minds going further. They did not tell us it would cost $180 to just look at our car (it was always free before to just look at it). Then they told it was going to cost $1500 to replace a part that was only $132. We decided to go else where. When they were changing a part they noticed black electrical tape on one of my other parts. They took it off due to it was not there before. Well they broke it and didnt tell us nor replace the part they broke but instead just taped it back up

First if all, they are very pushy people. Their prices are outrageous. Now, Im only speaking of the service center. The chief mechanic is a genius and Im pleased with him. The counter people are the ones pushing for you to get more done than needed.There is a great waiting room, coffee, tv, wifi. They will even drive you and pick you up to a place you want to go, while your car is being fixed. So if it wasnt for the service people I would of rated it higher.

Had a motor mount break (for a second time) and knew that my axles had to of sustained damage. Called my loan company and they said repairs would be covered and sent me here. I also pointed out that my ac only worked intermittently and asked if it could be looked at and they said of course as it was under warranty and said i should have said something sooner, still no big. I have the car towed in so i wouldnt damage the transmission or axle further. They say axle is fine and it was a broken wire and a full pound over charged causing my ac not to work. Cool. Picked up the car and went home. The next day the ac works for about an hour then starts blowing hot air. I ask my loaner what to do and she says to take it back in. I return the car a couple days later. After a long weekend and a few extra days without my car i call to ask about it and they tell me in an overly accusing tone someone cut your ac wires and we had to order a new wire harness i ask them why they cut it and get the you brought it in that way and i know full well anyone would have to work for an hour just to get to these wires let alone why would anyone cut them so they chose to blame me when they obviously did it to get me back in there to charge me for more problems. Ok whatever i get my car back and my poor loaner coughs up the cash again. Its been 2 months now and the straw that finally broke the camels back has dropped. The ac compressor has sounded terrible since i got it back and i just climbed under it to do an oil change and see that My transmission is leaking fluid from around the axle which they said they checked and had no damage. This place will ignore current damage as well as damage and destroy things that have no problems to get you back in there and to charge you more money and when you call them out on it they will just blame you. DO NOT TRUST!!!

I recently had an issues out of town with our Kia shutting down. We were struggling to find some warranty information and towing information so we could get our family and kids home. Fred Hunter got right on all of this issues and was able to get us our warranty information and get us the roadside assistance we needed to get our Kia looked at. It is reassuring to know that Fred is a phone call away and able to take care of all our needs and questions. We will continue to go through Fred and The Edwards service department for future automotive needs.

I wanted to make a review on the other page but since i already have, im here.We have gotten 3 cars from edwards all through Randy kahl and we will continue too whenever we get more and will proudly recommend him!Hes been so good to us! We have gotten a 2013 kia forte, 2015 nissan versa and a 2013 ford mustang all of which have treated us good.Thank you so much Randy you truly are the best negotiator and we trust you so much!
