Today is the second time I went to this location to purchase a gift card. My first time was back in August of this year. The lady was on her break I guess so I didnt receive any help. Today was my second time to go to this location to purchase a gift card. This time two ladies were sitting at a table chatting it up. Neither one of them got up nor offered to help me at all. They just sat there, kept talking amongst themselves and completely ignored me. I feel as if both ladies that were working today both deserve at least a write up if nothing else. I work just a few blocks away from you guys and I am almost certain if my co workers and I ignored or treated a customer that way we would be written up if not fired. Sorry but that is just really lousy customer service in my opinion. Right now as it stands I would not recommend this location to anyone. If I could I would give this location zero stars as well.

Its a small little coffee shop inside of Hy-Vee. They have great drinks, great customer and usually never a line

Very friendly workers. Great veiw. I ordered a chocolate sparkling soda. It was tasty,different, but not worth the price.

Good Coffee. Inside the HyVee by the customer service (it is a little hard to find). A little different than your normal caribou in terms of food items but is still very good. Very small seating and hidden but looks good and tastes great

Located inside of grocery store. Coffee good. Bicycle parking outside. Seating area rather small, maybe 6 people. Staff is polite and accommodating.
