Nice Krispy Kreme Donut Store in Council Bluffs. Selection is smaller than other Krispy Kreme Donut stores I have been to, but we got everything we came for. This location has a drive through, but we went inside. They do have tables to eat at, but we took ours to go.

Losing stars one visit at a time, For now on, for not having the french crulers in stock for the past four visits. Its all my wife wants when we visit.

What can I say? Its Krispy Kreme. Sweet kid let me know that if I bought a dozen of assorted donuts I could get a dozen of glazed for a $1 because it was national donut day. The store was clean, everyone was working like bees. My only sadness was my cream filled donut didnt have any cream.

Went to Krispy Kreme and waited in line for about 10 minutes because I was pretty locked in. It was very slow and I sat at the window for a good 3 minutes. When someone did come they took my money and asked what order was mine. They gave me donuts and I left. Once on the road I looked at the donuts and they gave me the completely wrong order. I ordered 6 donuts and they only gave me 4. I decided not to go and ask for different donuts simply because the line was too long to sit once again. The donuts were good, but I was disappointed that they didn’t check which donuts they were giving me as a paying customer. I paid for 6 donuts but only received 4.

I placed an order on the Krispy Kreme website for next day delivery. It sent the order through for immediate delivery. When I contacted the store, the associate was more interested in getting me off the phone than to solve any issues. I asked to move the time to the next day when I requested online and was told they couldnt do that and cancelled my order (per my request if they couldnt change the time). Then in the email in my cancellation they blamed me for choosing the wrong time. Poor customer service and desire to resolve issues with their own website.

Cant be Krispy Kreme Doughnuts if you are Out of doughnuts..... maybe they should be called Krispy Kreme stuff that goes with doughnuts but not actually doughnuts.....

Quick friendly service but donuts were lacking ... Not enough icing (didnt look like the picture at all) and the seemed smaller than other locations? Still got our sugar fix though 👍

Very rude employee, didnt greet us, acted as if we were bothering her. We even attended to conversate with her and she didnt even acknowledge it.Not going to forget to mention the quality of the donuts were poor and the price isnt worth it. I will not visit this establishment again. And I recommend others dont either.

Good donuts, cold coffee! I went twice in the same week and it was cold both times. Also, I asked for cream and got black coffee on 8/11/20 at 10 a.m. in your drive through. Drive through service sucks!

Terrible customer service. I called last week to see if I could place a preorder for pick up and was told that wouldnt be a problem. Then called the night before and Melissa was told me that no preorders will be taken, but they had plenty thay day so shouldnt be a problem and told me to call in the morning. I called first thing in the morning Melissa said nope they they are all gone. She was very rude as well and had a terrible attitude on the phone. Thanks for ruining my daughters halloween party! I will never buy from here again! They need to make sure everyone is on the same page and people are not giving out wrong information. Now i dont have any extra time to get treats for my daughters halloween party!

Krispy Kreme has a delicious, light taste of its own. I have to save stopping there as a treat, or it would probably be a regular event. Its close to work, and colleagues enjoy the donuts as much as I do. The street construction makes it a challenge to get there, at the moment, but victory is sweet, figuratively and literally.

They make donuts fresh daily. By the evening the favorites are usually sold out. May be best to ask for a dozen of your favorite in advance.

Best donuts and coffee in Council Bluffs. I do have to say that todays service was below average. Waited 10 minutes to be served while delivery truck was being unloaded. That is to be understood. However no Service Recovery was offered other than we are sorry for the wait. It was a missed opportunity to recover by offering a free coffee or whatever product they would like to offer toa faithful customer in a situation like this.

Very good donuts, but i will never order online delivery again. I guess it was supposed to be delivered through door dash, i recieved my order confirmation and ended up having to call the store an hour after i placed my.order just to find out no one was going to picked up and it would not.be delivered.

Drove an hour and a half one way to try their Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese filled donut and told me yesterday was the last day even though your website says it is today. Literally the only reason I drove down there. Still purchased 3 dozen donuts to take home, but the lady assisting me seemed annoyed about it. Overall very disappointed, but their donuts are always good.

We love Krispy Cream Donuts! But there are none near where we live. So, for my mother-in-laws birthday we drove 4 hours to bring her her favorite treat. We we so satisfied with how these awesome donuts tasted! Thank you for making her birthday special 😄

I have never coming to a Krispy Kreme to have only four different options of donuts before 11:30 a m. I highly suggest that is specially anytime before noon you guys be prepared for The Rush that you always get. I was extremely upset that I had only 4 options that I had to leave and find a Krispy Kreme somewhere else

Can I do half a star. I placed an order for Valentines day, you know those adorable heart donuts with the smile, in advance. That means I PRE ORDERED them. When I went to get them they didnt have them. The lady that was working was very nice about it and gave me free donuts. Dont count on your pre ordered items. I even saw my name and order on the clipboard on the wall.

Best glazed doughnuts in the WORLD!!! (At least in my opinion)If doughnuts were good for you, I would be here every day.Sometimes I wonder what highly addictive substance they are putting in their glaze as from time to time I actually find myself craving these doughnuts. The location is generally convenient, although I cant help but wonder if they can survive this years major road work that will be happening right out in front of this location. I sure hope so, because I need my occasional glazed donut fix that only this place can satisfy.

Went into Krispy Kreme for the first time ever and had horrible service. I ordered a latte and the Oreo chiller. Took 5 minutes to get my Oreo chiller and the girls working forgot my latte. The girls werent very busy. I wasnt aware that they werent making the latte until another 10 minutes. And the latte tasted awful. I ordered a mocha latte I didnt realise till I left that it tasted so bad because it was hazelnut. This needs fixed. Dont have three 16 y/o girls running a store alone. They work like turtles and dont seem to care much about their job.

Krispy Kreme was not the same as my hometown of baton rouge, la. There was no hot sign and doughnut were cold. There were no lemon filled doughnuts and they were out of alot of the assorted kind. Will not return.
