Dr Olson and the whole team at Olson Eye Care are excellent! Dr Olson does a very good job at explaining what he is doing and making you feel like he won’t miss a thing. I trust him with my eyes and you should too! The team is fantastic too they are professional and know their business and they have fun doing it too! They were very patient with me as I picked out new glasses, giving me some good suggestions to help me with my choice. They have a very good variety of frames to choose from too. We had our first visit today. It took a bit longer than the other place we were going, I commend that! My Son felt his exam was thoroughly completed and it really says a lot when you are not rushed. Dr. Olson took time to explain everything to me afterwards. We have found our new place for eye care! Im so happy to be going from a place that didnt understand patient care, billing, or how HIPAA works to a place that on day 1 expressed care in my Son, what his needs were and how to better address his vision issues. The ladies I met there are very personable and its a relaxed setting. Thank you Dr. Olson and staff, you won us over!

Great experience! The office checked my vision benefits prior to my appointment and called to notify me that my benefits were inactive. A little paperwork error on the Insurance company’s side. I was able to reschedule without hassle until we activated benefits. A week later I was seen. I loved that new patient paperwork was available on their website to complete at home. I arrived early for check-in, was taken to a room earlier than my scheduled appointment time; exam felt very professional and thorough, was in-and-out under an hour (I am sure it would’ve been quicker but I had a lot of questions!). Overall would highly recommend Olson Eye Care over any big chain store/company!

I recently visited Dr. Olson for the first time for a standard annual eye check and the experience/treatment was hands down the best I have ever received. Dr. Olson was more than willing to take the extra time to ensure my prescription was exactly what I needed. Additionally once my prescription was determined, Dr. Olson prioritized getting all available options on the table, allowing me to select which glasses/contacts fit my budget best.

Have been going to Olson Eye Care for 6 yrs, would never choose another place to go, Dr Olson is one of the best around. I have recommend him to all my family.

Spent $300 on new glasses. Had problems with them spent over another $100 for upgrades to correct the issues. It didnt work. And then I was told I would need to shell out more money for another pair which I said doesnt make sense and basically was told I was out of luck because they would lose money.So update: I emailed a week ago in regards to their response last Monday. Its been a week and no one has called or emailed me back. At this point I would rate them a zero for lack of customer service. Last time I spoke with Dr. Olson he said his clinic would get back to me and no one ever called back in that instance either.

The tech hurt my eye and poked my left eye that hurt for two days. I politely asked for a bill that I could send my copay the office gave me a hard time, I mailed it immediately, then called to confirm they had put the script in the mail to me and she didnt remember because she sees so many people in a day After the trouble they gave me, I did my job and help my end of the bargain and the office did not.Now, months after the visit, I received a bill for an additional 4 dollars. Clearly, the office does not know what they are doing. There was no explanation for the additional charge. I look forward to finding a new provider immediately.
